The fit was super comfotable and flattering. I wore a size 2 and it fit like a glove. I could of worn with shorter heels but went with taller ones to make sure the dress just touched the floor slightly. Lots of compliments and fun to dance in !

Basic but gorgeous! The cut is flattering and slots made it easy to move.

Beautiful detail on the side and back, but the front looked a little frumpy. Might have been better with a necklace or better bra. The 6 fit well in the hips but the straps were a little loose.

I loved the fabric and fit of this dress! The dress is long enough to wear high heels with, but it won't trail the floor. But definitely needed heels for this size. I was also able to wear a strapless bra with it! Very comfortable, and no shapewear needed due to the thickness of the knit fabric.

Very snug! Was afraid I would not get the zip up. Had to take off my bra, lie on the bed and have my friend zip me up. Once it was on, it looked great. The fabric is quite thick which is a plus as it holds you in.

Loved this dress. The fabric was thicker which was helpful for a fall wedding semi-outdoors. My only struggle was it was too long, even with heels. I'm 5'0-5'1.

Fit is tight but the slits near the bottom make it easy to move around (especially on the dance floor!).

I ordered an 8L and 10L. It runs smaller so I wore the 10. It is a slim fit and the pro is it held everything in. I have a smaller chest so I would consider a bigger size if bigger chested. It is breathable and light weight and fun to wear!

I rented this for a bridesmaid dress. It was comfortable, easy to dance in, and flattering. I was a little nervous about the cut outs but I received compliments all night! I did not wear a bra with it as the fit was snug enough to not need one. The material is thicker which can feel a little hot at first, but the slits up the side help with that. I loved the detail straps on the back.

This dress was a 5-star fit!! Comfortable and sexy. It was PERFECT for the formal wedding I attended. Sexy and tasteful.

I loved this dress! I was looking for a dress with conservative cutouts that was form fitting for a winter gala and this dress was all of that and more! I typically go between a 4 and 6 in gowns. Based on the reviews about the dress leaning tight, I went with the 6R (as the 4 was unavailable) and it fit perfectly! I never found the dress to be too tight, even after eating and drinking. I found the cutouts very flattering and that, combined with the high slit, very sexy. The dress was comfortable and I could dance throughout the night! Additional bonus- the cutouts were low enough on my build that I could wear a strapless bra. The dress is constructed well enough that you don't need to wear Spanx, but I did just for the seamless lines. I'm 5'3 and wore 3 inch heels and the dress grazed the ground. I would rent this dress again in a heart beat!

I had the appropriate jaw-to-floor response when my boyfriend picked me up for the evening. This dress is classy and sophisticated while the side slots give a sexy appeal. I normally wear a 6, and rented a 6R and 10R because there weren't any 8s left. I ultimately decided on the 10R because it gave me enough room through the back. I'm a crossfit coach, so I have a wide upper back and chest. The length was a perfect fit for my 5'3" height while wearing 4" heels. I was able to dance and move around comfortably all night.

This dress was perfection - fit like a glove, perfect length, and I liked the material (thick enough to hide any bloat but not too thick). I received so many compliments. It will be hard not to rent again (can't justify that when this site has so many other options! ). :-)

I wore this dress to a black tie ball in DC in January. The fit was excellent. I am 5'5 and slender and this was nice and snug on me, but not uncomfortable at all. I wore a sticky bra, but you could probably wear a strapless bra if it is low enough in the back. The fabric is thick and the dress feels well made. I wore 3.5 inch silver heels and the height was perfect, didn't drag at all. I would rent this again in other colors for sure!

This dress was PERFECT for a wedding in Nashville where the temps reached between 40-50 degrees. It hugged all the right areas and the color looked beautiful. Similar to other reviews though, it's a tad snug on the stomach area.

I wore this to a work holiday party and it was amazing! The fabric is so comfortable, the fit was perfect and so flattering! I usually am a 4 or 6 and I went with the 6L. I am 5'8" and I wore flat shoes, I probably could of worn a regular length but I didn't feel like it was too long. Absolutely loved this dress and would definitely rent again!!

Fit perfectly. I'm 6'0" and I definitely recommend for taller ladies to get the long. I received many compliments. Perfect for the Marine Core Ball, which the attire has to be modest & appropriate.

I loved this dress! The material was pretty thick, so it covered any undergarment lines or cellulite ;) I rated this true to size, however I'd say the middle waist ran a bit small and the length was a bit long. I'm 5'2", 110lbs, 34A and the 2R was too tight to zip all the way up the back. The 4R fit perfectly on top, but was longer than I would've liked even with 3inch heels on. I wish I would've gotten the 4S for comparison!

This dress was sent as a last minute replacement because my original dress was too large- so my main concern was that it fit. For some context, I am 5'2", 120 pounds with a booty. It was for a black tie wedding. I had scrolled past this dress on RTR a few times because it seemed so simple. But the second I put it on, I felt as if it fit me so perfectly, it actually made me look and feel 10 pounds lighter! I was amazed! The material is thick with some stretch. I wore 3.5" heels and it just touched the floor. I wore a 4R. I danced all night long without a hitch. I would definitely wear this dress again. As an FYI- I tried it with spanx but ended up not needing them- but it was just as comfy and you couldn't tell i had spanx on underneath (if anyone is curious). I received compliments all evening long. Rent this dress- you will not regret it!

Rented for a military ball. Very comfortable, thick material. Got the 4R and 6R, the 4 fit but the 6 looked just a bit better- definitely size up for backup especially because of the cutouts! I am 5'3", length was perfect with 4" heels. Wore it with a strapless bra, but no bra would have worked as well. I'd wear it again for sure!

I think it fit true to size, but if anything it may fit a little smaller than other dresses because it's such a tight fit

I use RTR for almost every wedding I attend and this was my favorite dress by far. It was so comfortable, flattering and as a mom who needs the support - I was able to wear a bra! I first had it on with spanx, but it actually looked better without, so I took them off. Highly suggest for a wedding that is fancy or casual. I received so many compliments but still felt comfortable.

After not fitting into a sinilar dress on RTR I was hesitant about giving this a try. However, I took everyone's advice and sized up (usually a 4, got a 6) and it fit great. It was super flattering, I got a bunch of compliments and now I really want to buy it.

I rented this for a black-tie optional wedding. Typically I wear size 0, but I felt like my sides squished out of the cutouts so I wore the back up size 2R. At 5'3" with 4" heels the dress was a perfect length, my toes just peeked out and it didn't drag at all. It was extremely comfortable to wear all night and I received soooo many compliments. Though it is tight on your thighs, the slits on each side make it easy to dance the night away. One detail that surprised me was that it's made out of a canvas like fabric and the color looked slightly faded on the straps. I think that's just the style because both the sizes I ordered appeared that way. Though I wore my hair down so that wasn't a big issue.

Beautiful shape and color. The side vents and straps are a nice touch. The fabric is stretchy but has some hold and thickness to it so it doesn’t show too much. Can wear a strapless bra underneath. The length was a bit long for me but fine with 4 inch heels otherwise could have taped up the hem. Could have work either 0 or 2, but ended up going with size 2 because I didn’t want too much spillage in the side vents when sitting down.

Here's the thing: this dress is very sexy, so if you're not comfortable with showing off the WHOLE thing (it does not leave much to the imagination), then you should go with something else. It's a show-stopper - tons of compliments all night. It was comfortable, easy to wear, but it's not for someone who needs a lot of bust support - I don't know how a strapless bra would work with this. It was easy to sit down and eat during the wedding, and it was so much fun to dance in it! The slits make it easy to walk and move. The dress I got was a bit worn out and clearly had been worn one too many times, but it's a gorgeous color and hugs every curve. For someone like me with minimal curves, it showed off what little I had and made me feel like a total babe. Great dress.

I'm a 4 at banana republic/loft etc. the 6 fit me perfectly and i got the braza bra which worked great. The material is very supportive so you can get away without a super supportive bra

Ordered this dress in a pinch and it came ahead of scheduled time. Very form fitting and flattering. I would have liked to try the 2 as a back-up but it was unavailable and the 0 worked great just a smidge tight. The length was perfect with heels (I'm 5'3" 120lbs). Overall a great dress, definitely recommend!

I was hesitant to wear this dress because of my tummy pooch/muffin top, BUT the thicker fabric actually helped keep it sucked in and tight! I wore thong style Spanx that also helped me feel more confident. The thicker fabric was nice to help with shape, but I will say I got pretty hot on the dance floor, so maybe an updo for hair would be a good idea. Overall, I'd highly recommend this dress even if you're typically against wearing form fitting outfits like I am. :)
