Could have squeezed into the size 6 if I wasn't going to sit down all evening but the waist was a bit snug so I sized up to my backup 8 to make room for a big dinner 😁 Beautiful dress, very comfortable, thick fabric

Such a bombshell, versatile dress. Had to get it taken in at the waist because it was big. But overall, just lovely.

I wore this dress for graduation and I was pleased with the overall style and fit. However, I am usually a size 0-2 but the size 2 was pretty tight. It doesn't have a lot of room in the legs either which makes sitting down difficult (especially because it can ride up). Overall, I really liked it and I rented it again in another color for a separate occasion. (usual dress size: 0-2, bra size: 30 D, waist: 25 in, ribcage: 29 in, hips: 32 in, leg inseam: 31 in, weight: 120 (ish), height: 5' 6")

This was not my first choice dress (backup order after my original dress didn't fit). At first I didn't want to wear it because I thought it was awkwardly long. However, I'm so happy I wore it. I received so many compliments and I felt very pretty and elegant wearing it. The neckline gives it just enough sexiness to balance out with the length of this dress. It was a little snug around the hips, but I was still able to dance (and even bend down to pick something up, albeit slowly & carefully).

Great quality, super flattering! I normally wear a size 2 but it was way too small, really glad I had the size 4- it fit perfectly! Snug in all the right places. Was perfect for Valentine's Day :)

Beautiful material that hugs in all the right places. It is very low cut if you're bigger on top, otherwise the dress is so comfortable.

The fit was perfect for me, the dress has no give really, so that was lucky for me. I wore a size 0 and I have a 32 C/D, I typically wear a XS or a 0, this would not be able to be zipped up if I had been a size 2 for instance. Not stretchy. I could see sizing up on this dress and it still being very flattering but the straps might start being long if you size up too far.

I typically wear black but ventured out in color- this dress hugged nicely and was really forgiving. I would rent again.

This dress was perfect - it fit like a glove without being too tight and was such a gorgeous pop color. It was great for a summer wedding but it could also be good for a holiday party. Overall a really fabulous choice.

Tried the 6 first. Fit in the bust and hips well but too much fabric around the lower back. Tried the 4 and fit like a glove but was a bit tricky getting in and out of the truck. Overall was a head turner

Loved this dress! The color is vibrant red and it fit like a glove. I'd say I'm usually a 2-4 in dresses and wore a 4. So if you are between, size up :) the straps were a perfect length . Got so many compliments on this one!

I went to the wedding as my boyfriends date and didn't know anyone. There was a really stylish older white haired couple at the wedding. And both of them separately came up to me throughout the night to tell me how amazing I looked in the red dress. It was a highlight of my night. To quote them "I've been married for 50 years and let me tell you, always wear the red dress"

But I was glad I got the size up, it was still pretty tight (I normally would get a 2 or even a 0 in some brands). But this dress was very sexy, and honestly pretty comfortable, too!! I'd consider getting it again for something other than a wedding.

I loved this dress! Definitely size up as it is snug, but you can still move around in it. Hugs the curves well, no bra needed, and everyone else loved it too!

I'm usually a 2 or 0 but heard this ran small. I ordered a 2 and a 4. Both fit but glad I wore the 4 so I didn't have to suck it in too much after dinner. Got lots of compliments and it was very comfortable too

I rented a 6&8 decided to go with 8 because I couldn't get the 6 to zip comfortably at my upper back. The 8 left a little slack in the top & didn't give the tight fit I was looking for across the bust since I was wearing this bra less. Besides that the dress fit the same between the 6&8 in the waist and hips. It hit about an inch below my knees. Dress had really good stretch and was a thicker fabric, good for winter. Overall enjoyed this rental & received lots of compliments!

Absolutely loved this dress! My favorite so far! I rented this for a formal Valentine's Day party and it was perfect. Very fitted but sucks you in! Runs a little small but overall excellent RTR pick!

Loved this dress! Very thick material, stayed nicely. I did have to go up a size, it fit snuggly. I am used to having to wear a bra but didn’t have one that wouldn’t show under the dress. However, I was not uncomfortable at all. The dress held me in place and looked great!

Really flattering dress IF you have some shape wear on and size up. The reviews are correct, I wish I had worn a 6 (I’m a size 4, wore a size 4 but needed assistance every time I zipped up) Only think I really didn’t love is the built in nip cover, gave a weird triangular outline near the boob area. Padded sticky cups for small chested girls might be a good move. Material isn’t super forgiving. But overall the dress still retains sexiness but in moderation due to being knee length. I would rent again but would size up to a 6.

The color on this is great and I like the material thickness. I am a consistent 6 and should have gotten the 8 in this dress. It zipped but just barely! Too tight to be comfortable. I wore another option.

First I ordered a Size 10 . unfortunately it was too small around the bust I almost cried but RTR was ON IT . They sent me a new dress the NEXT DAY. I was so pleased . This dress is sexy and it hugs me all the right places .

I say this fits true to size, meaning for Likely. I wear a 4 in this brand, similar to Elizabeth and James- one size up from my standard. Dress fits perfect, color is a gorgeous red and material is thick and keeps everything feeling tucked in.

This dress was gorgeous! It was out of my comfort zone, for sure, but my husband begged me to wear it. I'm a pear shape (32" bust, 40" hips), and it worked, but it was definitely hugging my hips! I got tons of compliments about how it accentuated my small waist and the color was popping!

It does run small (I'm usually a 4-6) so I ordered the 6 and 8. 8 fit better in the bust but on accident I ended up wearing the 6 the night of the wedding and it worked fine! Be careful getting in and out of cars as the slit doesn't allow for much movement!

Dress definitely runs small- I am a classic 4 in dresses and sized up. Word spanx to smooth my silhouette (the dress is CLINGY) and didn't need a bra for my 34 C bust. Word to the wise, though- people could definitely tell when it was cold in the room- so be aware of your headlights situation. Wore to an upscale cocktail party and felt like Jean Harlow. Rent it and prepare to get a lot of attention!
