Rented this for some photos and work and it was perfect! So flattering. Definitely runs VERY small, I would order at least 2 sizes up if not 3

This dress is super fitted but still professional. If you are pear shaped it fits like it's made for you!

Everything about this dress is great. It's comfortable and flattering. I'm 5'4 and the length was only slightly longer than I would have wanted, but still looked beautiful. I work on Capitol Hill, so finding clothes that are conservative but gorgeous is the aim, and this dress nailed it.

Paired with a statement jacket to wear to the office and I got so many compliments on both. The fit is designed to show off your curves while the length and modesty keep it professional. Would definite recommend.

I had to size up for this dress. But it fit great once I figured that out! I wore it to a new business pitch and felt very confident.

I wore this twice, once for work and once for a rehearsal dinner with a leather jacket. Accessorized with different necklaces. It is comfortable, fits great and would def rent again. I usually wear and 8 or 10 but went with the 8 bc it was a little tight around my stomach.

Amazing dress. Thinking about buying! I love it that much. Got lots of compliments.Looked classy and fabulous. It's a little tight on the hips--had trouble getting on. But once on, it fit like a glove. Note: I'm pear-shaped...so might not be an issue for all ladies.

Rented at the last minute. For something I ordered 2 days before I needed it, it did the trick. However, in classic long torso/pear shape form, the hips of the dress hit a bit higher than my actual hips so I ended up with little bulges on my sides- I'm probably the only person who noticed. Fixed it by just wiggling the dress up a bit to hide them- just needed to be careful with the slit in the back. The zipper did bulge a bit in the back which kind of gave me a tail but oh well. Wore 16 weeks pregnant and went up 1 size from my usual so I'd say it's TTS. Fabric has a bit of stretch and I was comfortable wearing it all day.

I love how form fitting but still professional look. Caution: very fitted and not much give to the fabric so there's no room for error and kept pulling on my stockings after walking a bit. Ditched the stockings mid morning and had to slow my pace.

Like everyone said- dress is extremely tight. I normally wear a 4 or 6 and wound up wearing the 8. Could only zip it after changing bra from a push-up to a regular bra. The mid section was VERY forgiving and actually gaped around my waist and hips. But I had to wear the bigger size since neither would zip around my bust. Just weird that it's so large in the middle and tight around the boobs. Other than that it was great and not too tight anywhere else. Would rent again for work.

Wish I would've read the reviews before ordering because oh my goodness this dress runs small. Arrived on Monday and couldn't wear until Friday only because I cut out all carbs. I can't believe the stuff we do!! :)

Too tight for work ... I'm usually a 4/6 so I went up to the 6 in this one. It is EXTREMELY form hugging so if you want to wear it to a conservative work environment id size up 2 sizes

Dress ran 1 size small (I am a 0 or 00 normally and the 2 fit perfectly!). Great dress for business with conservative length. It hugged curves nicely. Love!

I rented this for work and found it ran too small - I could have worn it to a social event but not I work. I recommend sizing two sizes up if you plan to wear it to your office.

This dress is cut/tailored perfectly. When I first took it out of the bag, I thought it would be too long, but when I wore it, it was extremely flattering. I couldn't find a long version outside of RTR, but I actually ordered this dress in a shorter fit to keep and am considering buying this one. Def recommend!

I'm usually an 8 or a 10, wore this in a 12, it fit like a glove. But I loved it so much I bought it! Went past my knee so if you're short, it's probably going to be a little long for you.

Ok I normally wear a 6 and I got an 8 after reading the reviews and I wish I would have gotten a 10. I still wore it to work and got lots of compliments but I'm a curvy girl and it was hella tight on my butt and hips.

This dress is really nice! Great style, excellent quality just entirely too snug. I normally wear a 0 but it was tight around my arms and if I tried to eat or sit it would be uncomfortable so I'm sending it back for a 2. This is a great LBD that is a blank canvas for wearing to work or out for drinks after.

This dress does run tight. I loved it. It was comfortable everywhere except the armpits. I'm a little broad. I liked how it fit everywhere else. I would definitely rent this again but gI'm usually between a 4 and a 6 and would order an 8 in this.

One of my favorite rentals! Dress is a little tight but creates an amazing silhouette. Would recommend for a work day or networking event. Would not recommend for anything where you need to be moving around quickly as the dress can limit your range of motion.

This dress definitely runs on the smaller side, so I'd recommend sizing up one or two sizes. I'm between sizes 6 and 8, leaning more toward 6, and I wore the size 8. It was comfortable, but still very fitted. Once I ate, I felt like I needed to suck in the whole time I wore it. The length was perfect, hitting just under my knee.

This dress was a little snug, but extremely flattering. I felt so confident during my presentations in this dress. Highly recommend!
