The dress fit well except the shoulders and arms being too tight

I've rented this in a 2 (my normal size) and a 4 and sadly neither work. The 4 fit in the waist and hips, but the torso was far too long and the darts stuck out below my chest. I think it only works on taller women or women with a more narrow waist. I wish it fit!!

Fabric was high-quality, thick(ish) and pretty forgiving. I'm tall and the length was great for the office. I'm between a 4 and 6, and I should have gone with the 6 instead for a perfect fit. The bows on the arms give this dress a cute flair.

I loved this dress. It was classy and elegant and perfect for work. It fit snug but in a good way. The only challenge is the zipper is tight so you may need help getting it on and off. Would rent this again in a heartbeat!

Easy dress to wear to work. Long enough and nice sleeves

This is a classy little number with a gorgeous length that touched just below my knee caps. Don't plan on raising your hand (arms) very high as the shoulders offer very little give particularly if you have larger breasts. For this same reason you might also want help zipping up. If you can look back those two minor issues, this one is worth a rent. I loved the look: simple and sophisticated!

There are some dresses that when you put them on you just feel good. This dress was that for me. The fit was perfect, the fabric was high quality, and it was a great length for a conservative work setting. I will definitely rent this again.

Fits snug but not too snug that you can see every bump. A little tight on the bust, and I'm a very small chested person.

A black dress is always a staple piece to have! You can dress this up with heels for work or a date, or dress it down with flats for everyday. Although this dress wasn't very stretchy, it ran quite true to size and was comfortable. Those with wider hips or if you are unsure of your size may want to size up for a backup just in case. Overall, a classic dress and always a favorite!

I wore this to a work conference and it was great. There not a lot of give so I was happy it fit well on me. It was very professional and the perfect length for work.

Disclaimer, I have broad shoulder. That being said, this dress is definitely snug in the shoulders. It also picks up lint like crazy. It's a good conservative work dress tho!

This is a great black dress for work that can be dressed up or down. Wore it for a conference recently and may end up buying it.

I liked the dress and found it to be great for my conservative office environment. It is a thick material, so its good for winter, especially with tights. In terms of fit, I have a straight and narrow body type and usually find a true 2 to fit perfectly, if not big, on me. This was definitely on the tighter side (I lost some wight recently so I'm probably closer to a 0 now, but otherwise it probably would not have fit). I would say size up!! Its also VERY tight in the arms/shoulders. It worked for me, but beware.

I borrowed this dress to wear when I was speaking on a panel. I wanted something with a short sleeve so that I didn't have to wear a blazer. The length is great too as it comes below the knee so you don't have to worry about showing too much leg. It's very basic so I wore with a nice statement necklace. Was perfect for what I needed and would borrow again.

I picked a size 10 thinking it would be the British size 10 (I normally wear a US 8) and it was too big. The dress is very pretty and perfect for work (I'm an attorney). I will rent again, but size down.

I've rented this dress in the 2 (black) and the 4 (red). The red 4 was massive in the hips and almost looked a little odd. When I sized down to the black 2, the hips were better but the waist was pretty tight on my ribs. The fabric has no stretch, so if you're in doubt I would size UP.

I had rented the red version previously but didn't realize it had been a 10 instead of an 8. While I could technically zip the 8, I wouldn't have been able to breathe all day so I sadly had to return for another size. The quality of this piece is great, can't wait to try this in the right size
