I read that this runs small, and i think it might in the chest and arms. I went up a size after reading reviews but if you're small up top order true to size. VERY CLASSY!!

This dress fit me like a glove. I was nervous about the straighter skirt, but the darts in the front and back created a flattering look. Just to be safe I also wore spanx and a yummie slip. The fabric was exactly what I was looking for for my interview -- professional and sophisticated while also feminine. Navy is my power color! I will absolutely rent this dress again for more dressy work functions.

This dress was close to perfection for work. Conservative yet hugged in the best places. The stretch was comfy but didn't look like a sack. Felt confident, even in my trouble area (post-baby belly). Arms are kind of big and I didn't love the fit below the elbow but rolled the sleeves and wah-la!

LOVED! Excellent cut - polished shape, with feminine seams to give a gentle hourglass shape. Good quality, sleek fabric. My only possible change I would make if I were the designer would be a slightly lighter navy (so that it's unmistakably blue, not black), but perfectly beautiful dress.

Beautiful high-quality fabric in a deep navy. Great construction with attached lining. Only flaw is no pockets! If I rent this again, I will likely wear a 6- went with an 8 to be safe and it is totally fine if a little baggy up top.

Very much enjoyed this dress. Unfortunately it got very cold and I had to wear it with black tights and I do not think the dress looks as good. But with bare legs it looked great. Very comfortable and work appropriate for a work evening event.

Modest and full coverage, but fit perfectly. Not a lot of stretch to the fabric but the tailoring was great for an hourglass shape even if the design is simple. Will definitely rent again.

This has a tailored cut for a petite woman. It fits, but the seam rose about 2 inches off the largest part of my backside in an unflattering way. On a shorter torso, it may have worked perfectly.

I felt like Kate Middleton in this dress. Very simple and elegant. It was perfect for an important work meeting. I am tall so the cut and the draping were perfect. I can see why the Duchess loves this designer.

I'm kindof shocked that this dress is not maternity - I wore my pre-pregnancy size despite being 6 mos. pregnant after reading other reviews and found there to be more than enough fabric in the stomach area. I couldn't imagine the fit of the dress if I was not pregnant!

Very comfortable fit and the pleats/darts are flattering. The sleeves are a tiny bit tight, but not uncomfortable. I loved this dress.

I'm normally a 10-12 and ordered a 12. It was too loose everywhere so unfortunately didn't work, but with the right fit it would be beautiful! The fabric is substantial but not too heavy - great for work year round. I ordered this for a conference and was sad to have to swap it out. I recommend sizing down if you're between sizes.

The fit was very flattering to me because I do not really have a waist and this gave the illusion of a waist. It did run a bit big. My only complaint was the hem on the sleeves didn't seem to be so I had to roll them up. The fabric was super nice.

This dress is just gorgeous. The fabric is very high quality, and the cut is flattering and just perfect. It's also extremely versatile so you can wear it to work, events, etc. I wore it for some family Christmas events, and everyone loved it.

Ok, first off / it's a lovely dress in a nice color and fabric. BUT: it runs really large (I'm a size 16 normally, 18 in some brands but a size 16 here was too large). It's also large in the shoulders so that the seam stands up. It's also a bit matronly... While I like to dress modestly, especially in a professional environment, and this dress has a great length, it's just a bit too modest. If it fit better or was more curve hugging I'm sure I'd be nice.

I tend to wear a 4 "in real life" and more of a 6 in RTR clothes. This fit a little large, the 4 was very comfortable. I'm tall, the sleeves and waist sat higher than I would've liked, but that would be just fine on a more average height person.

material is nice. Dress is great quality. Good length could wear with heels or flats.

I wore this for work and it looked nice but didn't feel like I was wearing a high end dress. The material was thin and slightly frayed at end of sleeves.

I rented this as a work option. It fit very well. Polished without being overdone. The pleats in the front made for a very forgiving dress. The only downside is trying to zip it up by myself. I finally figured out I didn't have to unzip it all the way in order to get the dress on. Overall, I would rent this again as a cute work staple.
