Fabric was really sturdy, felt pretty formal overall. Nice detail with the vertical lines of the Hem throughout the dress. Fabric is pretty cotton heavy so towards the end of the day it was a little wrinkled. Chic, professional and a clean look.

Very fitted in the bodice; the dropped flare leaves a lot of forgiveness in the hips. I'm 5' 1", so this was tea length (about 1-2" above the ankle) on me and looked really nice with high heeled ankle boots. The details are beautiful - the fabric is a heavier weight polished cotton (with a blazer it worked really well for cooler weather) and the pleating and color are stunning. Beautifully made as well - I would buy this if I could afford it!

Worn to a themed function where the color was blue. This hit the mark perfectly... For the record, not a lot of wiggle room up top!

This dress is amazing. I was worried the seams around the midsection would be unflattering, but that was far from the case. This was a great dress for work. The length was perfect for a tall person. I would say it runs a little big, so if you are in between sizes, order down. I got so many compliments. I'll be keeping this one for a while. It's going to be hard to send back.

This dress is made of beautiful heavy cotton with a slight sheen that feels and looks great on! The weight of the fabric is also great for a windy spring day. The skirt is definitely much longer on me at 5'4 than the model but worked fine with heels. The skirt is full but a seam below the hips keeps it from feeling too much like a ballgown. The pleats and seams are very flattering and the 6 was comfortable all day. Any shorter than 5'4 and this would probably be way too long.

Zipper is a bit tough to do and it runs narrow in the rib cage. Beautiful fabric and shape.

It was a little tight on me since I went with the suggested size 4. I'm usually between sizes but prefer a size 6. Maybe because of that, the dress was just a little tight on me and I felt like it wasn't as flattering as I would have liked. I wore a denim jacket with it to feel less bulgy. It photographed well and it also is a beautiful length. I think it would suit taller people well. I'm 5'5" and it was tea length on me. I loved the fabric and wore it without a bra due to the tightness and because of the fabric had no issues. If you are between sizes, I suggest sizing up. Nice cut of the neckline.

Fabric is a bit taffeta-like, which, in combination with the length and pleating, make this dress a bit more formal. It's conservative so absolutely appropriate for work. I paired it with blue suede shoes and it did the trick.

This brand makes consistency classic dresses. I would have rated this one with more stars but the length was a little weird - too long and with all the fabric pockets would have been great.

I rented this for a work dinner event and it would be perfect except that the 4 (my usual size on top) Is so tight I can't zip it myself. When I did get it on I could barely breathe, much less eat. Sadly sending this back, but will try it in a 6.

The torso and waist are meant to be fitted and there is not a lot of give. The skirt is lustrous and full. I have had this one in my closet a couple times and each time I wear it, receive many compliments.

Super cute, wore it with a sweater. Wish it was spring/summer so that I could have worn it without a sweater. Would have been cute with a belt too to dress it up!

Works for many occasions

The only thing I didn't love is the bust was a bit tight. Everything else fit great, but the bust was pulling a bit.

I rented this dress for my rehearsal dinner for my wedding. It was a bit longer than I was expecting but it was absolutely gorgeous. The fabric is a sateen and kind of heavy. Perfect for a fall affair. I definitely contemplated keeping it and would absolutely rent again. It's gorgeous.

I'm usually a 0 or 2 in dresses, but sized up to a 4 based on other reviews. Beautiful dress, cotton-like material with a sheen to it--makes it the right amount of dressy for a work event. Hit mid-calf and paired with nude pumps.

People literally stopped me in the halls at work and complimented this dress. I wore it with a blue suede bomber style jacket I had that happen to be the exact same color, with nude patent heels, which made my 5’5” look another few inches taller. The skirt came down below my knees and I had plenty of room in the bust, tush and tummy... and I’m kind of a chunky size 6 right now. If your large busted you may need to size up... average small bust and frame, you could size down. I loved it so much, I went to LK Bennet and bought it. Perfect for a warm fall day... or night.

This dress was fitted yet forgiving. I have received a ton of compliments on the dress. The top is fitted but not too tight and the skirt flares to hide your belly. I'm 5'5" and it was below my mid-calf but that worked for me. Perfect for work or special occasion.

If you're hoping to look "put together" this dress is perfect! The fabric is beautiful, it's a really well made dress and if you aren't a super model the tea length is perfect. It was so much cuter than in the picture because I'm 5"6 and it hit a little further down on my shins. I loved it!

So I was going to see bill Clinton at this book reading thing and i had a cute summery dress to wear... but then it started raining and didn't stop and there goes my wardrobe plan. In a miraculous early arrival my RTR shipment showed up with this dress inside (which I was going to wear to the theatre) and I was like yaaaaaaaas. And it is so chic and nerdy cool. The pleating and sheen along with the waistband hemming and the the drop waist hemming (not a seamstress can you tell?) made this the perfect outfit for a rainy cold early summer political event. I loved this dress. it was longer than I thought it would be, still, loved it. Might buy it. Can't stop thinking about it.
