Fun and glam!
The earrings drop about 2.5" and are not too heavy. Boss gets a little caught in hair/scarves with the rhinestones so I recommend wearing with hair up, especially to get the full effect.

Cutesy but Lopsided!
Lovely earrings. Cutesy and fun. Not too heavy overall. Only complaint is that the 'LADY' is much heavier than the 'BOSS' which is fairly flimsy. Don't wear with hair down or it will ALL GET STUCK.
