This dress was so comfortable, so chic and so sleek. I loved it. I felt like a million bucks and people complomentrd it plenty. I wore it to work but would be haply wearing it to events. The material was flattering while still hugging all the right curves.

This dress was great for school! I got tons of compliments. Size up, it runs small. I'd like to think I'm a 12, but for RTR designers I've had to not look at the number and stick with the reviews. I had a flower belt that went great, but could be worn without a belt too! Thanks RTR for keeping my Post Covid teaching outfits fun! At least something is fun...lol!

I am a fan of this. Im average height and size and found this comfy - almost a Jersey material - but the drawn in waist means it's not too baggy and still is flattering. Pretty blue color. Fell at calf level but with a small slit so easy to walk - and bike! - in. Not a total showstopper dress but a solid, interesting dress to rent for work or weekend. For work, would probably add a jacket depending on how formal your office is.

Very comfy, great for all day work event. I returned an uncomfortable dress for this one and am so glad I did. It was fine without a belt, but better with. Note of caution, it definitely does show sweat.

I'm short waisted and long legged, and the cut of this was just right for me. Fabric is on the thin side, I wore shape wear to smooth the lines.

I was worried that the length would make me appear shorter but it looked great and made me seem longer. Such a cute dress. I wore it once for work and then paired it with a moto jacket for a girls night.

It's looser on top (good for larger busts) and slim through waist. The fabric is a stretchy cotton and very breathable. Another winner from Leota!

Loved this dress for a fall day in Texas. It's lightweight so might not work for super cold weather. Not wrinkle prone and was ready to wear right out of the garment bag! Paired with a long vest and booties. Compliments all day!

I love this dress! The stripes are so flattering and the colors are bold and artistic. This dress is a high quality knit and even though the waist is elastic the dress is cut so well. It is very flattering. I wore it twice and couldn't bear to send it back. I will keep my eye on this one of the price drops to buy!

I like most Leota dresses for work. I thought this one was cute. Would maybe be long for petites but worked fine for me.

Wore it twice. Love the comfort and the black and blue stripes. Super easy to wear and move. I will say the L is true to size, maybe a touch small. I got it to be fitted, but might have liked a little more material to make the top blouse a bit more. A fine unlimited dress for work.

Love: stripes and the fact that it was long sleeve. Challenge: it didn't quite fit my long arms. This dress was great for fall being a midi length and was snug without being tight.

Love this dress. It was stretchy and comfy but had a good structure. Good for every day or wear to work. The fabric was light so it wasn't too hot or restrictive. The unique pattern is good for hiding problem areas. I loved the bold blue. Looks awesome with big hoop earrings.

Such a fun versatile dress. It's very comfortable. I wore it to a work conference with black booties and then dressed it up with strappy heals and different accessories to go out in the evening. Very flattering despite the vertical stripes.

This is a nice fitting dress that is true to size. It is a funky take on the classic stripe. I work it for meetings with clients. And it goes from the office to a happy hour quite nicely. I am am full chest and curvy and this fit nicely.
