Would wear again but felt a bit self conscious when sitting and standing due to the leg exposed from the slit. Had to pull dress down continuously, otherwise great fit.

Fit was great, cute for work. Nothing special, but I did really like the rouching in the front. If I would have rented in spring or summer I would have ditched the cardigan.

This was adorable. I would usually wear short sleeve dresses in the office even in winter, but it was an especially cold day so I paired it with a shrug length cardi. Wore w black tights and ankle boots. The knot/twist in front is very cure and it was very flattering/forgiving. Because of how it opens in the front, you do have to be mindful of sitting and crossing your legs and making sure it stays put, but with tights you even get a little forgiveness on that. I will definitely rent again!

The fabric definitely makes this a winter dress (stretchy flannel = comfortable and warm) so I had to figure out how to cover my arms. Because the ruching created a weird lump above my mid-section (probably because I have a small bust so others may not have this issue), any jacket or cardigan looked weird. I solved for this by layering with a grey turtleneck. I was then pretty happy with the look (the "lump" notwithstanding). Stretchiness is good, length is nice. It's comfortable. This is definitely a work dress (conservative) not for a party or date. Depending on your shape, you may not find the ruching flattering.

This was my back up style but it will replace the main dress for my weekend Christmas dinner. I'm plus size and this was form fitting and flattering. I felt like a million bucks. I thought it was too small at first but a different bra changed it all. Fabric is soft and stretchy and thicker for fall/winter. Love it!

Very comfortable and easy to wear. It you are curvy or body conscious you may want to size up as it is a little clingy

For a more formal workplace, definitely will need tights because slightly short in front.

I've got a pretty short torso (usually wear a petite on top) and the knot on this dress ended up hitting me too low to look cute. I also found it odd that the dress was loose through the torso but true to size in the shoulder/skirt. No pockets and no zip/openings for easy on/off.

I was nervous about the overlapping skirt, but it was work-appropriate and quite stylish.

I didn't like having the slit in front, plus made it shorter. I was not comfortable, especially wearing to work. Yet, I am taller which makes a difference in the fit of length of dresses

For being knit, there's not much stretch, so you definitely want to know your size, great dress though

It was a little snug in the tummy area but still looked nice. Nothing special, but versatile enough to wear to work and then out for a drink afterward. Appropriate weight for fall.

I found this to be very flattering on my apple shape. I wore this in summer but its more of a colder weather fabric, so I may rent it again in the fall. The shape is great and it has a lot of stretch. Great work dress.

I rented this dress for a client meeting out of town. It was comfortable and I wore it all day and night from morning flight to evening dinner. It fit pretty true to size maybe a little on the smaller size. It's pretty short with but with my height and hose, it was fine. Overall, it was stylish, comfortable and professional without being stuffy. I would rent again.

The fit for this dress was way off. The cut in the front was way too high for work even with tights.

I liked that this dress is sleeveless with covered shoulders. It is a somewhat heavy weight fabric with a summer cut. It was a good choice for work, and travel. It doesn't wrinkle when packed. I thought it was more slimming on me than the picture in RTR.

The combination of the traditional fabric with the fun cut of this dress make it great for work. Fabric is thick so probably good for winter as well.

Interesting with the front detail, I wouldnt say the most flattering dress I own, but huge points for comfort.

Fit is a little bit big. With a navy sweater, i made this dress looks like fit me perfectly. This dress will looks better on skinny body type.The design on shoulder and belly part will make you look bigger and bulky.

Contemporary dress and great outfit to pack for work trip. Doesn't wrinkle and is perfect in most work situations. The plaid is printed on to the fabric, which makes it even more interesting.
