It flows beautifully. Though I usually wear a small, I listened to other reviewers and bought the medium to make sure it fit in the bust and that was a good move (though I am just a 36B the medium is better). The fabric is somehow both heavy and light. A very rich feel and look.

Giving this 4 Star's because there was no way I could button up the neck and the shoulders were tight. The material is heavier than I expected, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Super cute jacket and details, it's like wearing a dress.

I did like this coat, but I found it a little bit long. Also, it had to be completely buttoned up or else there would be a flap that didn't hang right. A few times the clip on the neck line got stuck to the sweater or shirt I was wearing and pulled at it. Despite these few hang ups, I kept the coat for a bit and wore it to work on a rainy, grey week in March.

I rented for a weekend in Napa where the weather is constantly changing. The sleeves were too short so I ended up rolling them to a cuff. The coat is warm enough and effortlessly transitions from day to night wear. No complaints - other than the sleeves!

It's difficult to stay warm at a winter party because most overcoats are kind of unattractive. This coat was so darn cute though, and has my dress not been so pretty I would have worn this around the party all night. Flattering waistline to keep you from looking boxy, a dress-like quality and flows-ness. Definitely a must-rent-again garment!

Heavier material then how it looks, but that was perfect for me since I needed it for a chilly weekend in Chicago. The tie waste makes it still flattering. I usually wear a medium and it seemed true to size. Wished I didn't have to return it!

I absolutely love this coat, and as soon as I can find it on sale somewhere, I am going to pruchase it! I had so many compliments on this coat and it was such an amazing fit. I felt like a spy in a way, and like Audrey Hepburn at the same time. I love it and will rent it again when I have my next cold weather event.

Warm enough down to 30 degrees without necessitating an under layer, but still light and non restrictive. Very comfortable and I love the material. Adds a little flare to your outfit!

Pretty coat that pairs perfectly with dresses. Good for mild temps from 38-55 degrees; don't think it would be warm enough in very cold and windy weather. Comfortable and dressy for work or evening out.

To be honest all I can say is I would definitely would want to own this trench.

This trench is true to size but a little snug if you are busty. Sizing up would have been too large. Great length and thick enough for a rainy spring day.

Oh this jacket is just so great. Sept-Nov and March-May, this one is perfect! The fit is extremely flattering - there's a back flap that helps to accentuate the waist. I have the option to buy it with my unlimited membership and I might just do that! Only problem... no pockets, which may be the deal breaker. Otherwise in love!

I ordered a M when I would normally order a S and it was a great decision! The arm length fits perfectly, but it is a little on the longer side, hits a little below my knees.

Lovely coat... would suggest sizing up. Arms are a bit short. But I loved wearing this. Will probably purchase!

I needed a simple coat for a trip to Paris, and this one was perfect. Incredibly flattering, and the material was heavier than imagined (looks and feels expensive -- which is surprising for the price point). It's the first RTR item I've considered purchasing!

I rented this to take with me to Paris but ended up returning it instead. The coat was a little thicker than most trench coats, but I expected that after reading the other reviews. The "skirt" fell beautifully, but it was a little longer than I expected, almost a tea length on me, but definitely below the knee. It was a little tight in the shoulders, but I have broad shoulders. It was beautiful! If it wasn't going to be so cold where I was going I would have planned to wear it open, but it was going to be too cold for that.

I wore a large and it fit like a Medium. I have hips which required additional room. Should be ok for a slim woman with height

I loved this coat!!!! I got the small and it was fine with a tee, but with a sweater the medium would have been better. If this was wool I would have purchased it. Great pockets and great shape! So in love!!!!

Had this been more fitted to the body, it would be perfect. Very feminine style but runs large.

This coat is very flattering but not practical for women who are curvy on top. The coat fit perfect through the waist but wouldn't button up top and was tight in the arms. I would size up for sure.

I rented for a weekend & wore it to a wedding over a cocktail dress & over casual clothes to dinner with the family. The jacket was missing the belt so I wasnt able to belt it & get the full effect of the fitted waist trench. It was an okay coat, not great. Still surprisingly too big for being an XS.
