Gorgeous dress, and very comfortable. Tons of compliments! THE CUT: I safety pinned the cleavage, since I didn't have a nude plunge bra, otherwise it would've shown. This is very low cut, but I don't have a lot of cleavage so I didn't have a problem. THE FIT: I'm a 38D, and the chest was a bit snug. I'm usually a large in shirts, but after reading the comments, I got a XXLR. The XLR wouldn't have fit. THE LENGTH: I'm 5'8", and with a 2ish inch heel, it was perfect. Overall, amazing dress! I recommend going to the brands website, LaDoubleJ, to look at the measurements. Not sure if this would someone larger that an L/XL in the bust/stomach region.

This dress received SO many compliments! It shimmered and swayed, was a beautiful color, and I felt so regal! The front is an open button, so I wore some spandex shorts underneath - that was my only 'complaint' - the gap was slightly visible, and I had to be mindful of that for photos. Otherwise, this was amazing! 10/10 would wear again. Thank you RTR!

I LOVE this dress and would totally wear it in real life if I could hem it. Beautiful fabric, such an elegant design, incredible colors. In my tallest platform heels (making me 5’7”) it was still too long for real life, so I’m making it work for Halloween! Can’t wait!

I kept reading RTR reviews about dresses that said "compliments all night". Well I rented/wore some of these dresses and nada. Until this one. People were coming out of the woodwork to tell me they liked this dress. Asking to touch it. A caterer at the event stopped me to tell me I was best dressed. My sister saw a pic and said "who knew orange was your color?" (it's not). I have never had an experience with a dress like this before, wow. A total showstopper. This despite the dress not being a perfect fit. I am petite and the dress was too long as they often are for me, even in 3 inch heels. I just had to lift it as I moved around. Also it does have a gap where your underwear shows, I just body taped it shut temporarily and it was all good.

Perfect dress! I rented for a renaissance themed wedding and it was a hit. It was very flattering and so comfortable. There is not much give and I sized up to the xl, probably could have worn the large but it pulled a little too much in the front.

This dress is gorgeous!! The ruching detail around the ribs is really flattering. If you have a larger chest I would recommend sizing up becuase there is not much stretch in the waist/chet area!

Wore to a baptism and got tons of compliments as I was walking down the street! Runs big in the chest - amazing boho chic look!

I love everything about this dress. I’m 8 months postpartum and it covered my remaining baby belly with the unique elastic design and the gorgeous draping. The fabric is GLORIOUS- it’s shiny, warm, flowy, soft! I felt so regal. I wore the large to be most comfortable through the chest.

This dress is beautiful. I didn't wear a bra with it and felt comfortable and covered the whole night. The buttons are real and can lend to some gaps, but it wasn't terrible. I am 5'4, wore 3 inch heels and the dress was the perfect length. Would definitely rent again.

This dress is very worth the price and worth renting! It was so comfortable and the second I put it on I was so in love. I can see why some people would have a problem with the top being too tight. I’m on the smaller chest side so it was perfect, but anyone bigger might have a problem with the buttons.

This is a beautiful dress and worth the $200 rental. However, because it runs very small I was unable to wear it for a wedding event. I am 5'5", 143 lbs and chest size is 36C. I usually fit into a Size 10 or 12 so I ordered the M and L sizes. I could not button the top of the L dress without it being incredibly tight and ruining the drape of the dress. The tightness also made it ride too high at the waist; the fixed waist band in the back did not provide any allowance. I was so disappointed! RTR stands behind the renting experience so I'll hopefully fare better in my next dress!

I didn’t end up wearing this dress. It just was not flattering in the lease that I was hoping to love it based on the other reviews where they had said they were surprised, etc. with the color seemed very intriguing but the other day it just made me look like I was ready for The Salem witch trials

Enormous and heavy. Felt more like the dressing gown than the actual dress/gown I planned to wear. Or this might work for a period piece where fancy ladies lounge on velvet sofas and smoke from long silver cigarette holders.
