5’7” And 200 lbs-ish. The shoulder pads are there but they do their job of making the waist look incredibly small. The band around the waist fit snugly especially after an all day wear. Steamed before wearing but I do think some of the crinkle in the material is purposeful. Extremely elegant. Easy to wear. Feels sophisticated.

This dress has major shoulder pads. I felt like I had football gear on. I also didn’t love the difference in material — the top just looked like it needed to be steamed. I did not wear.

Dress is gorgeous… but the shoulder pads are extreme as in they don’t fit on my body. Perhaps I just have smaller shoulders as I am a soft classic but I could only make this work by the shoulder pads not being in.

I wanted to love this dress - fun fall color and great skirt, but the top was so weird and wrinkly and just looked like it needed a steam. I didn't have time to try to fuss with it, so wore my alternate rental instead. Would not rent again, personally.

Top was too big and bottom was a little tight - I’m an 8/10 and I got 10. Couldn’t wear it.

This dress is nothing like what the picture shows. The shoulder pads are absolutely terrible, they make you look like a linebacker, and the sleeves are about 3 inches too long. I am 5'4 and 128 lbs, and I was incredibly disappointed in this dress in all aspects. I did not wear it.

Roomy in the busy and skirt, as designed, but the waistband had no give and was definitely a slimmer fit! Would recommend considering a size up if you're between sizes

This dress fit fine on the bottom but the shoulders were massive and the arms were too long, even for someone 5'8. Otherwise a pretty dress.

Elegant dress. However the shoulder pads were really bulky! Wish there was a way to make it more formed fitting around the neck and shoulders.

The previous reviews are right.. the top is extremely large and the shoulder pads are too much. I loved the way this looked on the model, and assumed that I could make it work. I was wrong. The chest area was extremely oversized, the shoulder pads were so wide that they sat more on my deltoids than my shoulders. The waist was true to size, and the material was beautiful. However, I would say don’t rent it.
