Brought this bag everywhere on a trip to Italy - transitioned perfectly from the plane to day trips to evenings at dinner and out on the town.

I rented this for a day in an amusement park, and it was perfect. The straps were comfortable to wear over one shoulder or both. It has plenty of room but still feels compact.

Love the idea of a statement bag. This was a fun one to carry around for a week or so. The bag is very light and has a lot of room.

Pros: great shape, versatile color, right size, received a lot of compliments. Cons: a little finicky to close and the shape is such that things will fall out if you don't close it securely. It worked for three days in Chicago and needing something polished but also a backpack, but I wouldn't buy it.

good for work - fits a 13" macbook easily!

Pros: Cute, great feeling and your hands are free. Cons: You have to return it and the adjustable strap is annoying at times.

Rented this for a conference, easily held a 12 inch embroidery hoop, water bottle and cardigan. Very pretty color that went with black and brown, so extremely versatile! Would definitely rent again or purchase outright!

The straps are the only issue I have with this bag. They made it difficult to put on or take off the bag without spilling the contents inside. It's a gorgeous color and the material is super soft.

This bag was so amazing I considered buying it. It fits a ton without being bulky and the color is a lovely lighter maroon. The leather and hardware look and feel very high quality. One major flaw (and the reason I didn't buy it) was the way the straps are designed. It's hard to describe but the straps are basically 1 long continuous strap threaded through a ring at the top of the back so every time you take 1 strap off the whole strap slides through the ring. It sounds silly but it's REALLY annoying (especially when you're trying to access your bag at a busy subway turnstile). Every time you take 1 strap off (or are trying to get the backpack on 1 strap at a time) it does this and then you have to struggle to shimmy the now-short side through the ring to even out the straps. Really silly design flaw in an otherwise fantastic bag.

I had to pass on this bag, and I sent it back. For me the size of the bag was a bit large, so this is good if you are actually going to class or traveling (although it may be too small for a regular size laptop). I wasn't fond of the strap, it seemed a bit awkward to put on. That said the color was pretty and nice for fall.

Absolutely love this bag!! Rented it for a weekend trip to Tahoe. Was perfect. Only knocked one star due to wishing the straps stayed in place. Other than that certainly recommend this bag!

Love the color but the straps were bad when taking the bag off because it goes to one side when taking a strap off. Just wish it had the pocket in the front of the bag with zipper instead of the back.

Really loved this bag but it was just the slightest bit too small for my 1 liter bkr bottle and carryon things. If you're a light packer, you'll love this!!! I would still rent again!

It was a beautiful bag. For me it was a bit cumbersome, however...Taking it off my back to access my things inside, sliding down the drawstring and then opening the latch. Too much work for me-plus the outside pocket does not fit a cell phone so unless you want to put the cell phone in your pocket, you needed to go through all these steps to get it out of the bag. Will not rent another backpack/style bag unless it had a zipper access and/or outside pocket.

Super cute bag. The clasp is a little hard to maneuver- its very small and kind of stiff- so its hard to open and close quickly. For me, not the best every day bag. But fun!

The bag is gorgeous don't get me wrong. The color is lovely, the leather is really soft, and it has a lot of good inside pockets. But the straps are so weird! It's one long strap anchored on each side to the bottom and a loop at the top. This makes it annoying to put on. Like you have to take a second to balance it out then gracefully and carefully put it on your back. It takes effort. It was fun to use for a month but I wouldn't rent it again.

I rented this to use as my carry on for traveling. It is an attractive bag and a good size for the airplane, but unclasping and reclasping every time I needed something was challenging- the clasp isn't super easy to work with. The straps also aren't bulleted down at all and they slide around, so it's very hard to take the backpack on and off. It was especially hard to take off and put on over a bulky coat.

I love the look of this bag but it's absolutely one of the least functional and least convenient bags you can imagine---and it's a backpack! The straps are terrible because it's not a "true" backpack so you have to put on both straps on at the same time--super awkward! Also super hard to snap it closed and turn the lock around and it's heavy by itself. Just don't...

The straps rested strangely on my shoulders and never sat evenly across my back. It was hard to take on and off.
