I loved, loved, loved this gown. The material hugged in all of the right places. It was a bit heavy for my cruise luggage, but so worth it. The dress was perfect for a formal night. I am 5’8”, and the long length worked well with three inch heels. I will probably buy this at some point, and will definitely rent again. You won’t be disappointed!

Imagine if Spanx MADE formal wear. (Psssst SPANX-get on that ASAP) The material for this dress is supportive, smoothing & the most flattering & forgiving thing I’ve ever experienced. Dress is comfortable & modest but SEXY AF. Best part is, I didn’t feel hot or sweaty at all-this is for my ladies going through the carnival ride called “The Change.” I may have to purchase this one!!

I have rented dresses from this designer - La Petite Robe di Chiara Boni before and love the simplicity, well cut designs, and flattering shapes. This dress has a thick stretchy material that moves and gives as needed and holds beautifully... Who wants to worry about being uncomfortable all night?? I rented a size 44R (larger than I normally do) and appreciated the extra room. I'm 5'6", 34C, 130lbs...

I did go with the larger size for comfort. I was so happy with this dress. I would rent it again! Even at 5'8" with three inch heels the regular length was long enough. This dress hugs in all the right places and really makes you look good in it. My 17 year old daughter told me I looked tall and skinny!

Fit is excellent, I wore a 10 however I could have worn an 8 but it was unavailable. Fit my curvy hips perfectly. The 8 would have fit my shoulders, back, and bust area better for a smoother detailed fit. So many compliments...I love this designer! I am 5'2 hourglass shape normal size 8.

The dress fit perfectly and was so easy to put on, take off and go to the restroom! I danced and was so comfortable - like wearing pjs. I would highly recommend this dress!

Came home from a 21 day trip and had no other options. Turns out it was a perfect fit and I felt absolutely gorgeous!! Material is stretchy and there’s ruching in all the right places.

Wore this to a gala, compliments galore. Felt prettier than I did on my wedding day. Didn’t need a bra, dress is like Spanx. Fitted, gorgeous. Note that there is not a zipper or buttons, it has to go on and off over your head. Keep that in mind when selecting hairstyles/trying on dress. You’ll need to be careful not to mark up the fabrics with make up or deodorant when it goes on and off. Happy renting!

Dress fit amazingly!!

Highly recommend this dress! If you’ve worn this brand before you know how fabulous this material is. A few thoughts…. - I wore tall heels with the regular length dress. I could have worn the long length dress but wanted to show off my heels. - If you are between sizes, size down. It stretches. - This dress is forgiving and flattering. - I wore a strapless bra but you could go without a bra or even wear a regular black bra with the straps pulled down your shoulders if you had to.

Complement galore!! I ordered the regular and was scared that it was going to be too short but it was perfect I’m 5’8! People were saying that I was giving them housewife vibes or mob wife vibes lol

Adored this gown! 42R was a perfect fit. Super comfortable. Wore a strapless bra and seamless underwear underneath. The material is thick and wrinkle-free. So happy with this choice!

Wow… I can’t sing enough praises about this dress! The neckline and cut were gorgeous, it was classy and made me feel gorgeous without being too revealing OR too boring of a black dress! It was perhaps a teensy bit big, I always wear this size and it wasn’t quite as form fitting as I expected. The material is great because it has stretch AND most importantly, no wrinkles!! I threw it in a weekend bag and in my car, and all it needed was to be hung up on a hanger for a bit, and every wrinkle fell right out!!

The dress was fitted in all the right places. I’m 5’4” and the regular length was perfect. It’s stretchy, has no zipper or buttons, making it super comfortable. If I had more formal events ahead, I would buy this one.

A black tie event on a work night and this ultra comfortable gown was the winner! No foundation garment needed beyond a strapless bra, the cut is slimming, the fabric rich and thick, and the silhouette so flattering! You will feel sophisticated and no one needs to know how cozy you are ;-)

Gorgeous gown that made a statement without being over the top. It was a flawless fit and more forgiving than I expected. The material has some stretch to it so it was very comfortable, as well. Heed the warnings to STEP INTO THE GOWN. Otherwise it's a nightmare. Rent it!

This dress fit like a glove in all the right places. Very elegant and was not too long with 2 in heels ( I'm 5 ft 2 No zipper, so you will have to slip on before hair and makeup.

Great dress! I am 5'8 and normally wear a size 10. This fit perfectly. Tip for putting it on - step into instead of pulling it over your head. Also, I didn't need a bra. The built in support was sufficient and also thick enough. (I'm not busty though). Highly recommend the dress!

I have gained 30 pounds over the past 4 years and wasn't looking forward to dress shopping for this NYE black-tie wedding due to concerns of looking like a sausage in a fitted gown. Wow, did this dress do the trick to get me over that! While it does form fit, it hugs in all the right places without looking too tight. I received compliments from everyone all night and I felt that a standout (for the right reasons)! I am 5'9" and ordered the Long, which is a MUST if you want it to be floor length. In this picture I am NOT WEARING shoes and you can see it just touches the floor. The materials feels like legging material without looking like it! It is one of the most comfortable gowns I've ever worn ... and the most elegant too! LOVE THIS DRESS!!!

I wore this for a black tie gala and felt gorgeous. Received so many compliments and my husband wants me to buy it. Fit like it was made for me. The material is very forgiving and hugged my hourglass figure in all the right places. Comfortable to wear all night long standing and sitting. Length was perfect with my heels. I will be renting this again.

Another winner from this designer. Maybe the beat yet. I felt like a movie star and could still MOVE all night. I definitely needed the L with heels. Loved this. I did wear a strapless spanx slip to keep it all tight. You'll love this dress!

The material is almost wetsuit-like. This sounds weird until you put it on, and it seems to suck everything in without showing any flaws. I have a little "extra" going on in my midsection due to having a baby several months prior to the event, and this dress seemed to hide it well! The cutout in the top was just enough so that the (larger than normal) girls did not come out, so it was tasteful while still being sexy. This dress very much accentuated my hourglass figure that I thought I had lost after having a baby recently. I felt confident, comfortable, and sexy! One thing to note is that being 5'2", I planned on wearing 3 1/2-inch heels with this dress. That would have been perfect, except that due to a sprained ankle I had to wear 2-inch heels instead. With those, the dress did drag slightly, so I had to keep pulling it up to avoid stepping on the bottom. Not the dress' fault, but just a sizing/styling note to consider.
