I rented this gown for a work ball. I got a lot of compliments on it and it fit like a glove! It is a beautiful, conservative dress with nice detailing on the top. The color is also a pretty blue that looks slightly different with indoor vs outdoor lighting.

My 17yo daughter was looking for a classy and sophisticated dress for her Jr Prom...and this one ticked off all the boxes! She was overwhelmed by all of the complements, and even I had strangers walking up to me while I was taking pictures telling me how beautiful she looked. Almost a body con type material. Gorgeous color! Fit her perfectly! 118lbs, 5'4, 30B Highly recommend!

This dress has loads of stretch which made it comfortable! I decided to go with a different gown but this was my second favorite.

What at amazing dress! It hugged and sucked. Straight on I couldn't even tell I was pregnant. I went with the 40 Based on other reviews. Effectively one size up from pre-pregnancy size in this brand.

This dress fits like none other. It is. Stretchy but thick but light weight dress. No need for a bra. No zippers. It just slides on. I wore it twice to two different occasions and got rave reviews from folks. I usually get hot really easily and did not in this dress. Despite the fact that I usually have to wear huge heel with most gowns, this dress was flexible and I wore a normal heel and could have gone to flats or bare feet.

This dress was perfection! A little challenging to get into...recommend stepping into it versus trying to pull it over your head. The material is thick but not hot. Super flattering! The neckline worked great for my 34DDs. I am only 5' 3" and the length with 4 inch heels was perfect. This is my new go to designer for gowns.

The cut out detail on top did not sit flat, as if they had been stretched. However, everything else was too tight. I did not wear this for my event.

Dress is extremely comfortable and hugs all the right places. Danced in it all night and felt great. Nice, thick but stretchy fabric. Very flattering lines. Would rent this dress again in a heartbeat!

The cutout around the neckline was great. Nice color but felt a slight bit short-I don't usually like my whole shoe to show.

This dress is AMAZING. It was just the bit of glamour I needed for my niece's wedding. The fabric is a strange but wonderful thick material that reminded somewhat of a scuba suit. It felt comfortable, hugged in all the right places, and didn't need any special undergarments. It was difficult to return it. I would love an excuse to wear it again!

I don't know exactly how it would have fit had I not been pregnant (probably would've been very nice too) but I felt that it was super flattering for my early pregnancy bump. It's very comfortable and perfect length for 5'3 with 3.5 inch heels. I couldn't wear a strapless bra with it because it showed through the design at the top. I just wore some filler cups for shape and since the dress was tight they didn't move and it worked well!

I didnt have to wear a bra with this gown which was excellent! I was concerned at the size due to the length but the 3" heels I purchased fixed that issue. The color is really nice it's more of a grey navy. There is no zipper but it was easy to get on. I wore the 42L I am 150, hippy small on top 5'5 and was extremely happy with the fit. Photo shows no shapewear on but I definitely had it on the day of the wedding. Hope this helps!

I rent a LOT from RTR. I go to a lot of formal events due to my job. I cannot remember ever wearing a more comfortable or flattering dress. It was so forgiving, stretchy while still holding a nice hourglass shape. The length was perfect. And I got SO MANY compliments. The design and embellishment is just lovely. All I had to wear to accessorize was some nice chandelier earrings. Seriously, one of the best RTR dresses I've ever worn.

Hugs all the right places with the stretchy fabric, but gives enough to let you breathe and dance.

I picked this dress because my boyfriend was the best man for a black tie wedding and I had never met some of his family before. I wanted to find a dress that was sophisticated, black tie, and flattering, and this dress hit the nail right on the head! I wore it with a black faux fur coat, simple black strappy heels, and a crystal drop earring as long as my hair. The color is the same as my eyes, so I had to go for it. It was comfortable dancing in, and I was easy to run around all night because the fabric was extra stretchy and thick. Highly recommend this dress!

Rented this dress 5 months after having a baby and still 15 lbs over my pre baby weight. It made me feel beautiful. It tightens everything in, and it runs big so I was happy to fit into the size 4. I am 5'1, 140 lbs at the moment and I did not feel uncomfortable at any moment of the night. The regular was a perfect length for my height. I was able to wear 4 inch high heels but yet I was also able to change into flats without dragging too much. Perfect dress for the perfect occasion.

This dress is very tight, but very flattering. I usually have trouble with the top of the dress being too big, but this one fit well. I was able to wear a normal strapless bra with this and I also wore spanx shorts. You would be able to see lines so definitely choose seamless undergarments. The length was great too and I wore 2in heels with it. I had a ton of compliments on the dress. It's simple but beautiful!

This gown was perfect for our friend's black tie optional wedding! Unique but classic and fit perfectly. I am 5'7" and would have preferred a long, but I wasn't sad to have to wear flats all night, I was so comfortable! The fabric is incredible and very flattering.

This dress is something that fairy tales are made from. It hugged all the right places, gave me a figure, and turned ever head in the room. I felt amazing all night long. I have a mom bod from having two babies back to back.. this dress and a pair of spanks made me feel sexy again! The top was very loose and I forgot fashion tape so I was constantly pulling it up, but I would do it all over again to wear this dress. The material is thick and warm so it's great for cool fall weddings. Is very warm and doesn't breathe much so I wouldn't wear it on a hot summer day in fear of sweat marks showing. Overall this dress was a show stopper! I loved it and would wear it again in a heartbeat. I originally ordered the 46 which fit but was a little loose, the 44 hugged all the curves in the right places and made me feel more confident. I wear a size 8 old navy pants and medium top for size reference. 145 pounds on the wedding day and 5'3". If you are on the fence, order this dress! You will not regret it!

The pictures of this dress don't do it any justice. I actually did not originally choose this dress, but it was sent to me because the size I wanted in the dress I chose wasn't available. Despite the stress of that, the stylist at RTR did a great job choosing this stunning dress for me. The seams on the inside of the dress are a little annoying/uncomfortable, but this can easily be remedied with the right undergarments. I strongly recommend wearing a strapless Demi-bra with the dress due to the cut-outs at the top of the bust area. That way you won't worry about your bra showing all night. This dress is very forgiving and I would say enhancing to your figure. Totally recommend not only the dress, but the designer.

THIS DRESS IS AMAZING! I am super picky and was really worried about renting a dress for a wedding but my goodness it was perfect. This dress stood out the perfect amount. The material was stretchy so i was comfortable all night. It photographed beautiful. After the wedding I didn't want to send it back because of how much I fell in love with it. If your on the fence about getting it, DON'T BE. You'll love this dress.

This dress was amazing!! I would wear it all over again! I am a 36H bra size and it fit so well. That is the beauty of La Petite Robe de Chiara. No zippers or hooks. You literally pull it up like a swimsuit. Let me tell you...it's like a dress made of spanx!!
