Perfect for petite, sleeves weren’t too long

2nd time ordering this. 1st time I ordered a 6. It fit but was a little big in shoulders. This time I ordered a 4. Fit looked better but it was a little tight if I had to use my arms/tight while driving. However, it's a great jacket for work or pair with jeans for a more casual look. It's heavy and can get hot in the warmer months.

Loved this look but wasn’t a stand out for me. The blazer is super structured with pronounced shoulder pads. It’s tailored through the waist so it doesn’t feel boxy, and the gold buttons dress it up nicely. Fit runs true to size—snug in the shoulders (because of the pads) but still comfortable, and the length hits right at the hip.

Easy to dress up or down for work. Looked great! Very fitted, so if you're between sizes, go one up.

First impression was holy shoulder pads (not removable) - after I got used to this type of look, found it quite flattering. I go between size 0 and 2 tops depending on brand / style. 0 fits, but a little snug and size 2 probably a better choice.

Wore for my graduation dinner! Great color and fit. Sleeve length was great for a petite.

Fun style. A little bit military. I didn’t end up wearing because it is fairly thick material and it is already pretty warm where I live.

I generally loved this blazer. Great fabric and structure. My only complaint was the shoulder pads. They moved around a little and I don't love shoulder pads to begin with. If I'd kept this I would have removed them. Otherwise great and I got a lot of compliments. Fit was good. Any smaller would have been too small.

This is a stunning jacket. So many complements and I wish I got a photo in it. Highly recommend it is a structured jacket and not much room for anyone looking for space you may want to size up.

This blazer is the excellent quality you'd expect from a L'agence garment. The last jacket I rented from L'agence was nice as well, but the shoulder pads were pretty large. This blazer also has shoulder pads, but they're not as big and they add a nice structure.
