Usually I’m a 2 but I saw that these shorts were a bit higher waisted so I went with a 4 which was a good idea, considering the waist fit me exactly perfectly. However, it was a little big in my butt and hips, which I am a bit small in those areas. Very nice!

These are cute white shorts that can be dressed up or down! The waist fit and length is perfect but the shorts stick out a bit in the front as you can see from the 2nd photo.

Overall, I'd give these shorts a 3.5 out of 5. I absolutely loved the color, and the length was great. The gold button detail is such a nice touch, and they definitely look expensive and high quality—much nicer than what you'd typically find in most stores. That said, the fit was a little awkward for me personally. They were very snug in the waist, which I actually liked since I have a small waist, but they flared out a bit through the hips. If I'm being honest, I felt like they added width to my frame rather than creating a slimming silhouette. I think these shorts are designed for someone with a tiny waist and fuller hips and thighs. If you're naturally very slim and want to create the illusion of more curves, these would probably do that beautifully. For me, though, I prefer shorts that make me look more streamlined and elongated. Overall, they're beautiful, high-quality shorts that would pair well with just about anything on vacation and instantly elevate an outfit. I would rent them again, but I do think there are other styles out there that are more flattering if your goal is a slimmer look.
