Beautifully constructed jacket. Not too heavy. True to size. Shoulder pads were a little larger than I would prefer, but it made a nice shape to the jacket..

You have to position the shoulder pads but once you do it looks great. Material is stretchy.

Nice blazer for a cold office! Shoulder pads were not overbearing to me. I would size down for a more cropped/tailored looking fit. I am usually S and got the XS and it was perfect. I didn’t button it up though, so not sure if it would be too small buttoned.

I liked this a lot but the shoulder pads were a little too intense for me. I was on stage for work so it did give me a little oomph but I wouldn’t choose again.

I love this knit jacket! It's warm and I love the fuzzy detail at the sleeves in the pockets. This is one of my favorite brands.

This was the one item I could not let go, but sadly am returning today. I styled with baggy jeans/ kitten heels and tights/ skirt/ boots. It's a gorgeous lady sweater with just right shoulder padding and beautiful buttons.

Love the little fuzzy detail on the sleeve. Glad I went with the medium - it’s very cropped and a small would’ve been too tiny.

Shoulder pads forever on this one. It looks great but if you're wary of dramatic padding, this isn't for you. Very polished look and perfect with any black bottom. Note that it is quite cropped. I wore it only with highest rise pants and skirt. Absolutely perfect for work.

Wore it as a top to work. Lovely and structured. Has shoulder pads which some may not like but I thought they were fine

I wore this as a top one day and as a blazer another day. It looked great both ways. This is very well made and the fabric is somewhat heavy.
