I was surprised how much I liked this coat. Initially I thought it could be worn over a work dress, but the material makes it too casual (at least for my line of work). But it was great with jeans! I wore it to a zoo (as you can see from the picture) as well as to a business casual lunch with jeans and heels. I wanted to buy it bc it would be a good staple but it was too expensive. If it drops in price I probably will.

So cute, comfy. I rarely where jackets where I live (HI), but perfect for a trip to the mainland.

I don’t often wear jackets because I work in a very casual environment. However I couldn’t resist the look of this one. Heed the reviews warning this runs small! I sized up and it was still pulling across my shoulders. Another thing to keep in mind is this is an Open-Front design, meaning there are no buttonholes and you can’t button it closed. This jacket was just the right size for my daughter who's a size 0-2. She just needed something fun for wearing for a state competition and the awards dinner. She said it was tight in the shoulders, but if it was a size larger it would have swallowed her up in fabric.

This didn’t look like much when I got it, but it has become my go-to as an alternative to a basic denim jacket.

I loved this blazer!!! It fit a little snug above the elbows on me but totally worth it. Shoulders fit great and that’s usually where jackets fit me tight. Rent it when you want to feel powerful. You won’t regret it!!

I’d recommend sizing up unless you are very petite up top. I went with a medium and it was a little tight and restrictive across the back, but not unwearable. Otherwise thought it was very flattering, especially the shoulder pads, and received compliments when I wore for casual day in the office.

The jacket was awesome. A little tight in my shoulders but that’s normal for me. I wouldn’t have wanted to go any bigger. It has a good amount of stretch to it. So only really affected me as I was trying to tie my kids shoes. HA! Was very happy with every piece I put together for this look. Would definitely rent again.

I wore this jacket so many times. I wore it to work with this jumpsuit also from RTR. I wore it with jeans. I wore it with a dress. I wish I would have bought it. The fabric has good stretch. Just know that it doesn’t actually button closed, if that matters to you

I ordered an XL, and if I had gone any smaller, it would not have fit (normally I would have worn a M). That said, I really liked the jacket. It’s beige denim with silver buttons, and I had enough room to layer a button-down shirt and short cardigan. I also plan to wear it on the weekend with jeans and a tee. It did stretch out during the day, so I’m wondering if, after more people rent it, the sizing will adjust because of the stretching. For now, though, I would size up.

Loved the jacket. The sleeves were a bit snug on my arms but that's because my arms are pretty big. Very versatile, wore it to work, church and out to eat.

This was somewhat flattering. It was more casual because it is Jean. The buttons are gold with anchors on them. The arms are very snug but as a Jean material, they did stretch a little.

I ordered the M and had to exchange for a L. I love the jacket and would rent again, but as others mentioned the material is very thick and the arms wrinkled a lot. I ironed before wearing. The wrinkles hurt your arms a little. The medium was way too tight.

Super cute and easy to style with jeans but so glad I followed other reviewers advice and sized up. The medium was still a little tight across the shoulder but looked good overall.

I loved this jacket. The cut is super flattering for a curvy woman because it cuts right where your butt is. I’m taking away a star only because I had to change midday at work to a different blazer, because it was so tight on my arms when I bend them to type. I received a lot of compliments from on this one though.

Wouldn’t say it was too tight, but it’s definitely not loose. But not sure I would size up either because it is a good fit overall. After wearing it for a bit it loosened up and started to feel comfy. Can dress up or down.

I liked that it's fitted, which gave me a nice figure. The material is stiff which was somewhat uncomfortable when moving the arms. But on the good side, it didn't wrinkled throughout the day. The sleeves were an inch too long for me but I folded them towards the inside and had no issues. I got so many compliments with the outfit that I'm considering buying it!

It was fine. Stiff. But fine. Nothing spectacular, nothing terrible. The shirt I was wearing under this jacket was way to low cut, even with me pinning the straps.

Y’all. I don’t know who this jacket fits, but it isn’t anyone who has ever picked up a dumbbell even once in their life. This jacket is absolutely adorable and I wanted to wear it so bad! I tried. It left pinch marks inside my elbows! The fabric is very stiff and unforgiving. My biceps are 12” and I could barely get them in the sleeves. When I did, bending my arm was not possible. If you have skinny arms, go for it. Still size up though as other reviews have suggested. I did, but even the XL was too tight. Two stars for this piece. One for the cute design, one for the versatility. But that’s all it gets.

The other reviews are spot on - this fits very small, and the sleeves are extremely tight. I sized up and it's still only really possible to wear with a sleeveless outfit. Beyond just the snug cut, the fabric has zero yield - the denim structure means there's just no give in the shoulders. So it looks fine if you are standing with your arms straight down, but any movement whatsoever is uncomfortable. I really only put on so I could get a picture for this review, it was too uncomfortable to wear anywhere. My rating approach: (5=LOVE LOVE; 4=Will rent again, a couple of details I would change; 3=Works but meh; 2=Won't rent again, but may work in some cases; 1=This should be burned). I am on RTR to try new styles and find sizes for my post-menopausal weight/body shape.

Tight across shoulders and slightly uncomfortable but I still enjoyed wearing. Cropped length worked well with high waisted bottom and style was fun and modern. Color is neutral

I sized up based on other reviews, and it worked great! Denim material but the buttons elevate it. A dressier denim jacket that can be worn to work or on the weekends!

I wore this jacket to work and to my son’s soccer game. Worked well for both. Arms are a bit tight — it fit me okay, but it’s rare that something is tight in the arms for me.

Nice work blazer! Not a huge fan of shoulder pads but fit was still great! :)

Size up if you've got a bigger chest. Great staple for the transition between summer and fall weather.
