Elegant, flattering, and has pockets! I'm a big fan of work dresses and this is one of the best.

This is a more mature brand and I find it tends to be high quality but runs a little big, so I ordered my smaller size (I'm a 2 or 4 depending on the dress so I went with a 2). I think it was too long on me but I wore it anyway. Nice quality but the fit didn't do anything for me...

This is a great travel piece, didn't wrinkle and can be dressed up or down.

This is a simple black dress with subtle features that make it stand out and fit nicely. It was the right length for me hitting just above the knee. Has pockets which is nice. Neckline falls crisply and is very flattering.

A little long for my 5'0" self.

Even though it has cute sleeves, it’s not great for European work wear. The lining inside is a bit thick, so can get hot even indoors during spring.

It's a basic black dress with small sleeve details and pockets.

I will be trying this dress again in a smaller size, but I wasn't impressed with the size I ordered. I am normally a 4/6 depending on fit. I ordered a 6, and it was HUGE. It was so baggy and way too long on me. I would definitely recommend sizing down, especially if you are a shorter lady like myself.

Not a great dress for me. I'm pretty hourglass shaped and this dress hugged my hips and butt, then hung strange on top. I usually love pockets, but on this dress the kangaroo pouch pockets are completely unnecessary. They're made of an extra piece of fabric that goes across your pelvis/ belly on the inside and it scrunches and bulks in a weird way. Maybe it works well on some, but I could think of 20 other black dress from RTR that work much better for my body type.

I love the shoulder pleat details and the way this dress falls. It's almost a crepe-like material, and looser around the stomach, which is perfect for my body type. I wore it to the symphony, and one of my friends asked if I lost weight! :)

Beautiful dress, but didn't end up wearing because it was too snug. There's no stretch, so being a little wider in the hips, meant I could even zip the back. I think if I had sized up it would've worked.

This was awful. Super super big and long. Normally a size 0/2 in dresses and this fits like a hospital gown.
