Very nice dress. True to size. Nice color. Sits well. No complains on the material.

The fit was pretty true to size. I was very happy the 16 fit as well as it did. It was comfortable. I could go on wearing it.

Color was pretty navy blue with just the right amount of shine. Received so many compliments. Able to wear a bra under as well. First peplum wasn't sure turn out good.

I wore this dress for New Year's Eve and loved it. This was my first time using Rent the Runway and I was very happy with the experience. They even included the party hat I'm wearing in the picture :) The color is beautiful and the dress has a very subtle sparkle to it. I ordered the 18W and 20W. I have a fuller bust and the 18W fit but was really snug on my chest. I ending up wearing the 20W and felt very comfortable in the dress all night. I definitely would recommend this dress.

This is my first time using RTR and I am pleasently surprised. I wore the 16W which was a bit big and next time I will order a size 14. I liked how the sequins reflected the light. It was very age appropriate.

This was my back up dress, and I didn't wear it. The dress was actually labeled an 18W! And thus it was too big for me (I wear 14W/16W). The fabric has some stretch, and moves well. Where the peplum is set there is seam all the way around, which would likely get scratchy against bare skin all night.

Had to size up for this one. Got one overnighted by RTR, who were amazing! It was a little loose in the chest but I wore a regular black bra underneath and no one noticed that it was the bra and not the dress. Perfect for a wedding or formal event. The dress is blue, not black, Comfortable, easy to wear and looked nice.

I wore this to The French Laundry in Napa and it was perfect! Not only did it look great it was also incredibly comfortable.

I rented both the 16W and the 18W. I went with the 18W, which was surprising to me since I generally don't need to size up but with more high fashion designers I wasn't totally surprised. The 16W fit everywhere but was too tight across my hips to be comfortable. The slip underneath has no "give" so if your hips are wide like mine, you may need to size up. The waist of the 18W was a bit big, but because of the peplum I think it was not noticeable. It was clear this dress had been worn before (there were a few stray strings and sequins hanging off the dress) but it was also clear that it had been well cared for. I felt so classy and elegant in this dress and got numerous compliments! Because the dress is much more obviously a navy blue, I would suggest blue toned jewelry to bring that out. I felt incredibly comfortable in this dress once I got used to it being shorter than the length I normally wear. Since I'm pretty tall (5'9") it was about 2" above the knee. The slip did not ride up and the sequin overlay stayed in place. All in all, I was very impressed. I would rent this designer again in a heartbeat. It fits well to curves.

This is a beautiful navy blue dress with just the right amount of sparkle for an evening wedding reception. I ordered my size, plus one size up, but my size fit perfectly, so it runs pretty true to size. Based on a previous review, I was afraid it would be too tight around my "ample" hips and thighs, but it fit perfectly! I got lots of compliments! The skirt came just over the knee, but when I sat down, it pulled up to mid-thigh, so if you're planning to wear support stockings or undergarments, keep that in mind. Otherwise, I'm thrilled with my first rental!!!

I like the peplum detail to highlight the waist and not the tummy. This dress has the right amount of sparkle. Kay Unger certainly does not design for women with hips and thighs, I wear a 16 normally but based on my previous experience I decided to order 1 and 2 sizes up. The 18w fit but was to short for my taste, 20w fit me well. I received many compliments and actually referred a colleague to the site. I loved this dress

This dress is beautiful! I got it as a back up to another rented dress, but when I got both dresses, I preferred this one. Unfortunately, it was just a little too small, so I couldn't wear it. It has some really nice sparkle and is very classy. I'll rent a larger size next time.

Wore this to a wedding - the color is just beautiful, and perfect for a formal/semi-formal affair. Very true to size, My 27 yr-old daughter and my husband both loved it.

The fit felt a little big. I am in between sizes. I am a 38 DDD so this really made me feel "supported" in the way that I wasnt showing "too much" The sheerness made me feel sexy ALSO, the sparkle was A plus. HOWEVER, the sequins was really bothering my underarm. Thats my only complaint. I def recommend this for ALL ages. Hides problem areas - tummy

The color is lovely, black with just enough blue so your not wearing a LBD very lovely. It fit great, there were just enough sparkle without it being over the top. The biggest con was it was itchy, and I felt like I was pulling it down all night. I felt pretty and appropriate, but it wasn't sexy.

Great fit! Only sitution was I do have to wear body liner and the straps were showing. They were black and looked like they belonged to the linder underneath. So many compliments.

I rented the 16W and 18W. The 16W fit perfect but on day of my event the zipper got stuck. i had to wear the 18W wish was a bit big. I love rent the runway...but I feel like there is not a big variety for plus size. Please add more dresses in our sizes.

I didn't wear it- I typically wear a 14 dress size and the 16W was, predictably, way too large. But it looked like a great dress!

Wore this dress to a outdoor wedding & reception. Dress works well with a dark colored bra but the back is pretty low so the bra might show in the back. Lots of loose strings from what I assume is wear and tear. Overall the dress was great for my first experience using RentTheRunway! I would for sure try this site out again.

Ended up not wearing this as it felt too short for a plus size dress - hit several inches above the knee and I wouldn't have been able to sit down. The fabric and style (aside from length) were really cute though..

I didn't end up wearing it. The material was a lot fancier than it looked, and overall the dress was uncomfortable. I would have had to have worn a strapless bra with it (anyone with a big bust knows that is something to avoid) and the peplum added a lot of fabric to an area I am already self-conscious about.
