After my first three dresses didn't fit, this replacement came in clutch! Worn to a 1920s bash, but also reserved again for another event. Sheath is easy to wear and not clingy, fits a normal bra underneath. Lace layer has no stretch but is not rough against the skin. Great look to cover my chubbier arms! Love love love this dress!

I felt very comfortable in this dress. The fitted satin slip might have shown some imperfections but with the lace and sequin overlay, it camouflaged any areas where I am usually self-conscious.

This dress is super comfortable! It runs bigger so I was able to wear the smaller size. Very happy! I can’t wait to use rent the runway again.

I had six events in one month at six months pregnant, so I decided to try rent the runway unlimited for a month. I bought this dress two sizes up and it fit great. I got compliments all night and people asking where I got the dress. I'm not sure how to guide you on what size to get if you are not pregnant, but it did feel like if I were not pregnant it ran a tiny bit big. It was very comfortable, very easy to put on, and very flattering. I had three options to choose from for this event and this one one out. I didn't need to wear it with any jewelry since it sparkles on its own.

This was not my first choice. Once I tried it on I fell in love. Very comfortable, comes in two pieces. Runs small.. I am usually an 18 I wore a 20. I wore this with black tights and booties. Looked great. Right above the knee. Very conservative yet sexy.

This dress was a replacement for TWO that I had mailed to me for my upcoming trip to Las Vegas. Both dresses looked terrible on me, so I visited the store in Las Vegas to swap them out. Upon trying this dress on, I knew it was PERFECT. I was really surprised when I saw the photos of the dress on the website. This dress is far more flattering and beautiful in person. I am usually a size 16, but the 14W was perfect. The photos make the dress look boxy, but it perfectly covered my midsection (I'm self-conscious about it) and skimmed over the rest of my curves beautifully. The slip is separate from the lacy/sparkly overlay which makes it easy to take on and off. You will not be disappointed!

I thankfully had the 18 as backup. My normal 16 was uncomfortably tight in this dress. I liked this dress a lot. I didn't feel 100% bc I felt like my tummy wasn't hidden. I got several compliments, though, and it did photograph nicely. The sparkles elevated it for our dressy fundraiser event. The lacy overlay is pretty itchy (I took it off on the two hour drive to the event haha) but comfortable once standing and walking. A solid pick!

Loved this dress for a wedding with a formal reception and dance. Very comfortable with the 2-pieces.

I usually wear a 12-14. 14W ran a little large but very comfortable and could wear without shapewear and with a regular bra. Has a subtle sparkle. I was a guest, but this would be a lovely MOB dress. I am 5'2 and this hit just below the knee.

Overall fit is true to size, hits right at the knee for a 5'3" person. Comes in two pieces, underlap and beaded dress. I did not wear due to better options.

I think it would be flattering on most body types.

This was a backup sent after my original dress became unavailable right before my rental. It was an awesome replacement. Wore this for family photos and the slight sparkle in the dress photographed so well! The fit was very forgiving and I felt like a million bucks!

This dress is a beautiful navy with subtle sparkle. The picture makes it look boxy but it's actually very flattering. Comes with a separate navy liner. The dress is also comfortable. I was looking for a nice dress with sleeves I could wear to dinner while on vacation and this did the trick. I was pleased with my choice.

I loved wearing this dress. I always wear black dresses, so this deep blue with subtle sequins was a very nice change. I got a ton of compliments. The dress was very flattering, comfortable, and easy to wear through cocktail hour, sit down dinner, and a lot of dancing. Great dress.

The dress fits true to size. I'm pear-shaped so buying dresses that fit the top and bottom is always a challenge. The under layer fit great, but the top layer was a bit looser than i would have liked in the arms. I might have been able to go down a size but this was my backup dress so i only had the one size. The top layer was a bit itchy but the sparkles and overall look was great.

Rented this dress for a wedding because I've put on some pounds and none of the dresses in my closet fit. This one worked out well though. It has a little sparkle to it without being too sparkly. The top of the back seemed a little floppy for some reason, but overall the dress worked well. It did a good job of fitting around my midsection which is my problem area. Good coverage overall, though the sheer arms helped it to not be matronly.

I am 5'8", and this one was pretty short on me! For a wedding I didn't feel comfortable wearing it. The inner dress is nice and flexible, but the overlay isn't- so it makes the fit a little strange. Didn't look right on me. Plus the overlay is very itchy! With the right fit on someone shorter, I think this could be a pretty dress.

This was my backup dress for a Christmas party. While the fit was on point, the dress did naturally ride up in the back. Both in this size and the next one up. It wasn't possible to sit or bend over when wearing it without providing a bit of a show. I ended up choosing my original choice dress for my event. However, the dress is beautiful and someone shorter (I'm 5'10) my not have this issue.

This dress looked stunning on me however I only received half of the dress in my size (14) and so I had to wear the larger size, the 16. The slip portion of the dress was a bit too large and the arms slipped off but with the lace top portion on top of it, it fit a bi better. I would say that the top lace party is more true to size then the slip. My two complaints are that the top lace portion was very itchy and pretty uncomfortable. Also it is not a dress for the summer or hot rooms. I did feel overheated in it. Overall I got many compliments on this dress and looked great but due to the itchiness I probably wouldn't rent it again.

I received this dress as a backup replacement and while it is absolutely gorgeous, it clung to all the wrong spots. I had the dress a size up from my usual size and it was tight. I could have worn it but I knew how much I'd want to eat and drink and would have been stuck standing at the bar most of the night because of how tight it was from the waist down. Kind of awkward at a family wedding. If the dress were available two sizes up, it would have fit perfectly. But I didn't get it, and that's OK. It would definitely have given a better silhouette with Spanx but it was too hot for me to put those on. It may be a better fit for ladies who don't have the combined Mom apron and junk in the trunk.
