After my initial 2 dresses came and neither of them were what I hoped ( one was too short, the other did not have the Slip needed to wear the dress properly)the underslip was formfitting, as it should be. was also the perfect length so that I did not have to readjust or worry i was showing too much! the Sequin sheath was also perfectly smooth against my skin, not itchy, and gave just the right amount of sparkle. I was told multiple times how beautiful I looked and that my dress was FABULOUS.

This dress was very comfortable. It fit pretty much as it was supposed to. I felt very pretty in it. It is more of a champagne color than silver. I got a lot of compliments. I will rent it again.

Comfortable, fabulous and NOT shapeless even though it's a shift. Easy to wear all night, sequin overlay is not scratchy, looks amazing on the dance floor. Vintage gold color looks great with any shoes and with any skin tone. Got compliments all night, it was great.

This dress is very flattering! I wore it to my bachelorette party in Chicago. I literally had people stopping me on the street just to tell me how awesome my dress was. The compliments from the guys were never-ending. Overall it was an unforgettable night. I felt like a runway model in this dress!

In person, I thought this dress looked a little plain compared to what I imagined and saw in photos but seeing photographs made me absolutely love this dress. It was beyond comfortable, just the right length, the sleeves protected against chaffing. I will say the dress is definitely more of a taupe than a silver but it worked well for me! Also, my bust size is not listed, but I usually wear a 42 or 44 I (eye) bra.

The fit was loose yet body hugging. I am a plus size gal with curves and boy, did this dress help me work them. I was invited to the Grammys with a brand I work with often, and they host some fab beauty and fashion bloggers, so my look had to be on. Thank you rent the runway for this dress!

The fit is true to size, which I found pretty much to be true with every Kay Unger dress I have tried on. The dress hangs really nicely without being clingy at all. I thought it was very becoming and comfortable, and I received several comments.

Sequins were not bothersome at all.

I wore the stress to my friends formal Saturday night wedding. The dress arrived well packaged and on time. The dress was sparkly and beautiful. It has two layers. The bottom layer is a silvery gray silky sheath. The top layer is lacy with silver sequins on a champagne colored lace. A nice feature is that both layers have straps inside to hold your bra. You can wear this dress with a regular bra. I usually wear a size 14 and this was a 14 W. it smooths over the body nicely, a little loose but comfortable. I did wear spanx underneath. One downside of the dress was that it was in pretty worn condition. After I put on the dress I did notice that there were some snags in the lace that were essentially holes. Some other guest actually asked me if I knew that there was a hole in my dress. Rent the runway has not offered me anything to compensate me for that. On the other hand, I did wear the dress and feel fabulous.

I wore this dress as a bridesmaid dress with metallics as the wedding color scheme. The dress was perfect! The fit was great and very flattering.

This dress was amazing, everything I could have wanted and more! The sparkle of the top shell was gorgeous in the light of sunset. I could have worn the 14 regular and been perfectly comfortable. Wearing a standard bra with this dress was also a big plus. I received many compliments on this, and I hated sending it back! The fabric of both the under slip and top shell has some stretch to it. The dress I received looked in good condition with very few signs of wear. I recommend this for any occasion when you wish to feel great and look great but also want something a bit more hassle free.

I typically where a 14 but I loved the way the 16 fell very loosely on my body. I felt like I stepped out of the 20s...definitely had a Gatsby moment. I don't have any cons...I really loved everything about this dress. Also it was very comfortable!

The moment I put this dress on, I felt instantly gorgeous. The shimmer of the dress looks even better in person - I felt like I was glowing all night! It was a great modest but fun dress that was a perfect addition to my Dress Rehearsal evening for my wedding. I wore the smaller of the two dresses and could have even gone a size smaller (I always tend do rent bigger just in case). It was comfortable and easy to move around in.

Great dress! True to size and a good length. Above the knee but not too short. No shape unless you already have it. But incredibly comfortable!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dress. I have gotten so many compliments on it. I will say you need to wear it for about 30 minutes to give it time to fall out and take its true shape.

First, I have to say that RTW was great! I had ordered a different dress that got lost in shipping, so they had me pick another dress and they sent it to me at my hotel the very next day! I was so pleased with this dress. I normally wear an 18 or 18W, and this fit true to size. It's a good bet for renting because both the lining/underdress and the overdress have a little bit of stretch. That made the fit easy and the dress comfortable. It's tough to tell from the photos, but the fabric of the outer layer is almost like netting with tiny sequins throughout -- very pretty and upscale looking. The lining/underdress is a beige fabric with a good bit of stretch, so it's pretty easy to fit. I wish this had been a little longer, but it'll be a great length on most women (I'm 5'10").

This was my back-up dress for a black-tie-optional wedding. I regularly wear a 12 or 14, petite, and this was a 14W, which was just an ordering mistake on my part. It was loose so I belted it, and ended up being very happy with the loose fit, which meant that I could comfortably dance all night.

I received the 14 and 16W. Although the 14 fit I sized up to the 16W because it gave me more room to move and I wanted to dance! We danced the entire night and the dress was comfortable and attractive. It takes a little effort to get into, with the sheath lining, but totally worth the unique look that you get with the dress. I was very careful with the jewelry that I chose because I was wary of picking the delicate weave of the dress. I have never used RTR before and this worked well for me because I needed a formal dress and I had no time to shop for one prior to the wedding. I will consider the service again in the future.

I received this dress as my backup dress for a wedding. I absolutely loved it. The color was more nude than silver, which was fine. I am 5'1 and the overlay dress was a bit longer than I normally wear, but it didn't matter since the dress is gorgeous. It was very comfortable and the sequinned overlay was not irritating. Be sure to use both the shift and overlay straps to secure your bra to the shift dress and the overlay to the shift and you will look sharp all night. I received so many compliments from my friends and stranger alike all night. Be prepared to stand out!

After receiving my first dress a day before my engagement photos only to find out that it was way too short...needless to say I was in panic mode! I didn't think I was going to find anything and I didn't know the process of exchanging a gown through rtr. After figuring out I could go to the topanga location and try on other options and do my exchange I was a bit less anxious. This dress was the first one the associate pulled for me and I was hesitant to try it on since it was about 2 sizes larger than I would wear. I put it aside and tried other options but all of the others didn't really cut it. I left the store with this one, still not totally convinced but after seeing my engagement photos and receiving the endless compliments from my fiancé I was so happy I chose it. It was truly meant to be and I'm so elated at the end result of my pictures.

This dress was better than I ever imagined. As soon as I took it out of the bag I was blown away by the SPARKLE! It is absolutely stunning. I received compliments from passing strangers in the hallway! It was extremely comfortable and easy to wear with confidence all night long...no constant adjustments or tugging (as a very busty girl this is almost ALWAYS an issue). The pictures don;t do this dress justice. I was a little worried about the couple of reviews that claimed it was shorter than expected, but with my short torso it fell exactly where I had hoped (to the knee). Do yourself a favor and FIND an occasion to rent this dress for!!!!

The dress was super comfortable. I received 100's of compliments. Have a large bust, a tiny waist and a gigantic bottom. I added my own belt to cinch my waist. I am totally hooked on RTR! I have never felt so beautiful.

I am the apple-iest of apple shapes: 42H, thicker upper arms, a belly, narrow hips (relatively). I am 5'11 (6'1 in the heels I was wearing). I got Married at City Hall; I felt glamorous without being overdone. The sequins were gorgeous in the daylight. The dress was fun without being too exposed and felt like the perfect frock for someone who didn't want anything fussy but wanted to feel festive. It was perfect in every way.
