I rented this dress for a cocktail attire wedding, intending to dress it up. However, another dress was more appropriate, so I ended up dressing this down with sandals for average dinner out downtown. Photos (sorry for poor quality, they were taken in elevator & bathroom mirror): dressed down with sandals (was trying to match my mood, as I didn't have makeup on either) and two dressed up with the shoes I might've worn to the wedding (again, no makeup or hair done- if you can ignore that, you'll see that this is a stunning piece of clothing). LOVE THIS BLUE STRUCTURED, BUT FLATTERING FABRIC.

I wore this dress to Sea Island bingo night and it fit the bill perfectly. It's an amazing color and is simple and comfortable. Would be a great dress to own.

The best features: you can wear a regular bar, the color is vibrant and memorable, and it's comfortable. It does wrinkle easily and you should size up. Overall, I loved wearing it. It's classy. (This dress would also be great for a work function where you needed to be dressed in a fancy yet conservative dress.)

The material is divine and cut is beautiful. I found this to be a bit lose on me and could have sized down. The cut is everything; it is expertly done. The blue is royal and shoulder bow an elegant touch.

Recommend sizing up I typically wear a four but the six was perfect. If you are a little pudgy around the mid section it may show but it's not fitted.

Thick and sturdy material but not too hot. I rented this for a daytime military ceremony/change of command and felt it was appropriate and got compliments. The bows were a nice but not too dramatic of a detail- they layed flat. There was very little difference in the two sizes, I sized up to a 10 and probably could have used a 12 and it still would have looked nice due to my bust size. Would recommend and would rent or buy again.

Loved this dress. I was a little worried it would be too business-like for a wedding, but the cut and bows gave it a little more fun. I have big hips, but this dress was actually tighter on top than my hips (unusual for me). It definitely fit snug around my rib cage, but the material gave just a tiny bit throughout the evening, so it was actually really comfortable. The cut seemed to give me a thin waist and good curves, and I got lots of compliments on it. Another dress I was sad to return.

I rented this for my mom to wear at my rehearsal dinner. It was so cute! The color was spectacular and the little bows on the shoulder gave it a perfect fun little touch.

I sized up to a 12 to accommodate my chest, which left a tad too much room in the waist/hips. The bows on the shoulders add interest and this is a classic, well-made piece. Would recommend!

This dress is perfect for a summer day at work! I loved the color and style! Since it is warmer, it's typically colder inside, so I paired with a peach colored sweater. I loved this dress because of the style, color and it's ability to dress up or down. The back is lower which is awesome for putting up and taken down you own zipper. Fits good. I like clothes to be a little loose. I typically wear a 4, and wore the 6. It was perfect and not fitted. If you like your dresses to be fitted, then order your exact size. Wore this twice to work as part of my unlimited package.

Dress run small, usually I wear size 12 but after reading reviews I sized up to 14.

Kate Spade usually runs a little small so I ordered the 10 instead of my usual 8 - and had to return it for the 12. But it was worth it! The dress is gorgeous. Great color and perfect style, fit, and length for work. I also wore it to a reception after work and got several compliments. I will definitely rent it again!

I loved this dress and the beautiful blue color. I've rented Kate Spade dresses before and I've found they tend to run small. I typically wear I size 8, but I wore the 10 and it was tight, I think the 12 would have been the perfect size. Otherwise it's a gorgeous dress and as a tall girl I like that it wasn't too short. The bow details on the shoulder are subtle but dress it up in a cute way.

Overall the dress was fun, lightweight and something different. I sized up based on other reviews, but I think it ended up being a little too large. Should have gone with a 2. The bust area was baggy on me. The fabric is gorgeous with a mild sheen to it. There is no stretch or give, so you have to be careful about the size. This dress is definitely "cute" maybe a little too cutesy for the office.

Runs slightly small. I typically wear a 3 but the 4 was a perfect fit. I don't have spanx on in the photo but I did wear them the day I wore the dress to work.

This is the nice simple dress. It's nothing special but it's perfect for work. I wore a braid to the side so that you could see some of the detail on the sleeve. If you're looking for something simple but elegant this may be a good choice

This is a great color and the bow straps softens the look. It was a good cut and well made. It fits true to size. It is A line, but it is not too wide. Knee length and good for a causal event - doesn't quite fit a cocktail attire on me.

Very comfortable. Runs small. The last Kate Spade dress I got from RTR I got in an 8 and it was roomy so for this I got a 6 and an 8. The 8 just zipped. 10 may have been too big but it was a tad tight.

Flattering fit and flare

I received many compliments! I loved the color and the fit but it does run small. I ended up rolling it a little at the seam to make the torso shorter since that was where it fit tight. Besides that, it was a great dress for any wedding!

I love this dress. The color is stunning and the cut is very flattering. Only complaint is that it wrinkles easily if you are sitting a lot. The dress is very true to size. I always wear a 4 in Kate Spade and this 4 fit well

I'm a huge fan of the classic styles of Kate Spade and this dress did no not disappoint. The color is amazing and the bows added a cute fun touch to the dress. It does run a little smaller than other Kate Spade dresses that I have rented in the past and I had to go up one size.

What a precious dress! I'm a 2 but grabbed the 0 in the NYC store -- it fit but I'd definitely go with my usual size if I rent it again for the sake of comfort! I loved the bow detail and felt elegant wearing it. It's such a pretty classic shape and the color is gorgeous.
