I still have this piece at home - it's great with anything from jeans to a business-appropriate dress. It is slightly cropped and the sleeves are a little short on me. I ordered a 4 instead of a 2 based on other reviews. The fit is great for me. Fyi, this is an open jacket. There are not buttons or a zipper.

I rented the 10 because it was available. I'm generally a 12, and a 12 would have fit better. It worked for what I needed though. I love that it's not too much jacket to overpower a dress, but still covers my arms. The neck got a little itchy by the end of the day, but nothing too bad

Absolutely loved this blazer! Fit incredibly well and got so many compliments. Rented as part of my unlimited and wore it out to an engagement party and to a panel that I was speaking on - two very different occasions and worked well for both. Would definitely rent again!

Loved this jacket. Rented it for Thanksgiving, but ended up wearing it a couple more times. It fits true to size and is really warm, which was convenient for the cold weather in Michigan!

Fit was perfect. Especially loved the fit for my narrow shoulders and somewhat short arms. Goes so well with dress as well as skinny jeans. I loved the high neck design and the material did not bother me. Inside is very soft so was very comfortable to wear. Great piece when you want to style up a bit and still look professional. I'll definitely rent it again. Great for fall spring and winter but probably not for summer/warmer weather.

Love the cut of this blazer, I find that most (especially tweed) tend to be more boxy. It's flattering and adds a little bit of pizazz to even a basic outfit! I normally wear a 4, but rented the 6 and I'm glad I did, the 4 would have been a little snug and short. Only wish there was a liner in a different fabric; but overall it isn't itchy, I'm just used to a more satin material inside.

Cute jacket. I'm normally a 14 in jackets and sized up to a 16 based upon other reviews. I found that the jacket was a little tight through the back of the shoulders still. I wish this jacket fit just a little better. I would probably live it instead of just liking it then.

Texture with just a little sparkle has interest but not too much for the office. Felt classy and stylish, but on me (usually a size 8 ) the 8 did not close all the way in front and arms seemed short. If fit had been better would hv kept longer to wear again.

I typically wear a large in jackets due to my shoulders. I wore the size 12 which fit great however the sleeves were a bit short, so i rolled up the sleeves to 3/4 length. I work at a super casual tech company and this was good for work. I paired it with dark jeans and a black shirt.

It did not close around my (normally) size 8 36C chest. I wish it were just a little more roomy in the bust.

I rented the matching dress for an in-office work Christmas party. I did not end up wearing this jacket with the dress because the two pieces together was a bit over the top...maybe I would have if the party was after-hours. I wore the jacket the next day to work with grey dress pants. The jacket was very pretty, but was extremely scratchy around the neck and chest. I couldn't really take it off either because it's a fitted jacket, and I was only able to wear a tank underneath it. The sleeves were a strange length...not quite long sleeve but longer than a 3/4 sleeve. Would not rent the jacket again due to it being so uncomfortable.

It was trickier pairing this blazer with tops or even pants than I thought (from just the picture) but on the plus side looked dressy and amped up a regular work outfit successfully

Wore it over a dress during the day and with jeans at night.

This jacket is probably my favorite piece I've gotten from RTR. It goes with practically everything! It's formal enough to be worn with business or cocktail attire, but also super cute over jeans and a tee. I love multi-use items, and this was perfect for me. It's a great design, and looks edgy and fun without losing elegance. Perfect!

Received lots of compliments at the office. I work in a conservative setting and the sparkle was just enough to pop without being too much. The sleeves hit about 4 inches short of my wrist, so it worked as a crop sleeve on me, but might fall at an awkward point on someone shorter or with shorter arms.

Fit well thru the arms and shoulders which I often find tight. Basic but the sparkle makes it festive for evening. The gold zippers are prominent. No closures to the jacket and unlined. Wore with silk tank and skinny pants and heels.

Great jacket with a little metallic bling threads in it. Wore it to a party and gave my look an extra pop. Doesn't close so know that it will accent your top underneath nicely. I think I would have benefitted from the next size up as my size wasn't available when I wanted it.

I wore this a couple of times to work when I rented it with my unlimited subscription. I'm petite and felt like it fit perfectly in the length of the arms (usually arm length is a problem for me since I'm so tiny!). I'd rent again but probably in a size 2 (size 2 wasn't available when I rented it, so I went up to a 4).

Sleek and well fitted jacket. It was just way more metallic and shiny than I had expected and was appropriate for my work, and so I sent it back!

the skirt rode up over time, but otherwise it was cute and fit well for our Flannel Fridays at work

This jacket was gorgeous. It was not super heavy and would have been an easy extra layer to wear to work. However, it was very fitted through the arms and it may have just been me, but it didn't fit my arm area at all and I could not wear. I ordered one size up, so maybe need two sizes up if you have larger arms. Otherwise it is very pretty and the detailing is subtle yet unique enough for the workplace.

Excellent fit, very cute jacket and appropriate for work or a more formal event. It's just extremely itchy because the jacket isn't lined completely.
