I just gave birth to my daughter 5 weeks ago. So I needed a dress that was complimentary to my small frame yet hid my postpartum belly. This dress was it! The tight fit up top with the open v-neck along with its short length complimented my 5'3" petite frame perfectly. Also, my main concern was hiding postpartum baby belly and the a-line cut hid it well. The main pros is the color, the pockets, and fabric. The bright yellow color livens up its simple cut and perfect for spring/summer. The pockets are useful and offer a cool-laid back feature to this more formal dress. And the fabric is quality. Also, this dress is fun to accessorize with! No complaints about it.

I wore this for a wedding in Vegas and it was perfect! Bright, fun and flattering. I would definitely recommend it!

This dress was so amazing! It was the perfect shade and the cut was so classic. I wore this beauty to a wedding and received tons of compliments. It definitely runs big because I normally wear a size 2 and ended up wearing a 00 and it fit perfectly. I paired the dress with silver strappy sandals, and my boyfriend couldn't stop staring ;)

This fit true to size, I usually wear a size 4. The material is great, it's thicker so smoothed out imperfections but not so thick that it's hot. The skirt cupcakes out the right amount, even on a short person. The color definitely has more green in it than the picture, but it's gorgeous and totally pops.

Absolutely loved this dress and got so many compliments! Warning-it is NOT yellow! It is definitely citron. It has a lot of green in it. It's still such a fun color and perfect for a wedding. I adored this dress. Very flattering too

I'm 5,8 and 125lbs, my bust is a 32 DD. I wore a size 2 in this dress and the fit was perfect. The color, texture and weight of this dress can best be described as light and fresh. It's a fun, classy and sexy dress all in one. It complimented my skin tone perfectly. A must rent!

Looooved this dress - very comfortable and fit true to size. The color is more of a hybrid between neon yellow and green. I wore the zero because I believe my backup 00 size was accidentally swapped with a size 2. Regardless, the 0 was perfect - could be a bit too snug for bigger chested ladies. It was a little tight for me around the ribcage as well, but it wouldn't have looked right if it wasn't tight in the chest/rib area. Was a little worn at the neckline - the hem at the neckline seemed like it was starting to come out as well as the neckline stitching seemed like it may tear after a few more wears. However, all these notes were minor, and it was a great dress!

This dress was perfect! I ordered down a size and it fit exactly how it should. It's great for a petite frame (I'm 5'3") and the hem hit a little above my knee. I felt very sexy, while remaining classy. Plus, it had pockets which are fun. I had several strangers tell me they loved my dress. I strongly recommend renting this, but suggest ordering down a size. I wore this to my sorority's formal and it was perfect for the occasion. The dress fit wonderfully and was super fun to dance in. I wore it with sparkly Kate Spade chandelier earrings (which I also got from RTR) and strappy snakeskin heels. I highly recommend it!

The fit is awesome, runs a tad small but I went with my true size for a night of dancing. Very conservative neckline and hemline. Love that it's feminine without being pink!

This was my first RTR dress and I was SO happy with it! The dress is stunning!! Definitely size down! You will stand out in the crowd and have strangers compliment you!! It does get a little wrinkled but who cares! I also rented the coral looking cuff, these sparkly earrings and a clutch to go with it. Wore pink platform sandals for another pop of color! I wish I could buy this dress!! If you are on the fence about it, just go for it!!! You won't be disappointed!

It fir perfect! It looked short on the models, but on my 5'2" frame it was perfect! I would definitely rent this dress again! I received compliments all night and the color is amazing.

This dress definitely runs small, usually I'm a size 0-2 and even though I wore a 0 in this, I think the 00 would have fit a little better around my waist and bust (I added lots of padding to fill it out). This dress is very comfortable for sitting in and hits in all the right places when standing -- oh and did I mention that the pockets are perfection and very convenient! This dress aslo seems to be made for short girls! Usually I have to buy petite dresses in order for it to not look like I'm swimming in a dress, but the length of this dress was just perfect for my 5'2" frame. The color was amazing -- not quite yellow but not quite green and the exposed gold zipper in the back added a nice little touch of flair. I wore this dress to emcee a pageant and it's safe to say that this dress was a standout (just the right mix of a pop of color without being overwhelming) with my large drop stone earrings and stoned bangle bracelets. Would I rent this dress again? Absolutely!

This dress is in impeccable shape, constructed beautifully, and the prettiest color I've ever had the pleasure of wearing. I rented it for a sorority formal, with a need to really make a statement to my date ( wink wink). If you want to feel classy but sexy in the most confident and commanding way...this Kate spade dress is the one for you. Now, I'm tall and by no means the thinnest girl. I usually run about a 10 in pants, sometimes a stretchy 8 in dresses, usually a Large in all articles of clothing. I actually own a pair of kate spade pants in a tight size 12 so i was skeptical about this dress. I ordered down and boy am i happy i did. SIZE DOWN...unless you have uncommingly large breast. The dress is roomy but the fit is all about the breasts with this dress. I wore a bombshell bra to fill it out because it was even a bit big on me without it and i haven't been a size 8 in years. I never felt better and wish i owned such a splendid article of clothing.

Formal enough for a wedding! I love Rent the Runway!!

I wore this dress to the ESPY Awards for ESPN, and I got so many compliments. I usually wear a size 6, and I ended up wearing the 4 (thank goodness for the free 2nd size!). Even the 4 was a little too large for me. I would recommend definitely going with a size down from your usual. The material is so nice and the pockets are perfect! I would rent this again for sure!

This was my first time using Rent the Runway and I had a great experience! The customer reviews helped me gage if this dress would fit and as soon as I zipped it I knew it was perfect! I wore it to a charity fundraiser that I chaired. I was running around all day and I was confident and comfortable...plus, this dress has pockets!!!! I received so many compliments all day! The color is vibrant, but does have a little lime tint to it. I am a short girl and the length was great on me and the dress made my waist look great. I am sad I have to send the dress back!!!!

For anyone debating whether or not to go with this dress, maybe because it's a bit of a bold color or whatever, DO IT! I am 5'4", 128lbs and am nearly flat-chested, and this dress fit me like a glove (I wore the size 2). I received compliments on it all night, on not only the look but specifically on how well it fit me. Usually I have trouble with v-neck dresses because I don't fill them well, but I had just enough room for a strapless padded bra and it looked great!

I wore this dress for my 50th birthday party. The theme was a Spanish dinner with "colorful cocktail" attire. Felt like belle of the ball. It runs a bit big bc I never wear a 00. Received so many compliments - and was called "Samantha from Bewitched" and "Jane Jetson" bc the dress skirt stands out on it's own! Such a statement dress I am glad to have rented it bc would probably not have an occasion to wear something like this again. Love this dress!!

This dress is quintessential Kate Spade to me with just the right amounts of whimsy and classic. I initially had ordered a sz 0 with the 2 being my backup but ended up being able to try the size 2 on in a store and was swimming it in so I changed to ordering the 00 as my back up and boy am I glad that I am. I tried on both the 0 and the 00 and although the 00 was a bit tight around my chest I felt it was the better fit overall. I opted not to wear a bra as it is a thick fabric and my 32DD were a bit snug. I am petite and it can be a struggle to find a dress that isn't too long. This dress was the perfect length on me. If you are tall you might find this dress to be a bit too short. Moral of the story. Order a sz smaller then you think you should.

This dress was SO flattering. I wish I could own it!! There is a lot of fabric on the bottom, which is perfect for my pear shaped body. I would say that this runs large-ish. I am normally between a 6 and 8 and wore the 6 - it fit perfectly but I was swimming in the 8. The bright yellow stood out in a crowd. It's more of green toned yellow and is very bright. It worked perfectly for my event. Highly recommended!!

This dress was perfect for the evening wedding I just attended this last weekend. Bold and beautiful and simple. I received many compliments during the night and this dress was so comfortable! I felt this ran large in the bust/chest but fit well at the waist. If you're tall this might be too short for you.

The is a great dress for petites! Usually, dresses need to be shortened in the strap area, but this dress fit just right- like an actual petite sized dress. I received so many compliments from many different types of people. Also, this dress has pockets! I wore it for a daytime event but this could totally be worn for an evening event.

Fit true to size and not too short (I am 5'3'')!

The dresses I originally wanted was not available this was my 3rd choice and FANTASTIC. So many compliments even walking over to the Apollo. It stood out I wore the size * and i am a D cup. A little tight so if you are a D cup you may want the 10. The pockets were great as the bag was small. The fabric was luxurious and would rent again if so many photos were not taken. LOL. One of my favorite rentals to date.

Just like many of the comments stated, the wow factor is in the bodice/neckline. The size 2 fit as well and could have been a more conservative/less revealing choice.

The only problem I had with this dress was that it was a little on the short side (I am 5'8 and in the heels I was wearing I was 6'0) so I had to be careful to not bend over, or my butt would be exposed. Also, I have a large chest, so if you're like me-small body with large breasts, then this dress can be tricky. I'm normally a 4 in dresses, but my boobs were a little constricted in this. I still loved how it looked on me though!

Absolutely LOVED this dress! The color was amazing! The fit was amazing! Everything was amazing about it! I wore it to a fashion conference and literally received compliments all day! The only con to this dress is that it wrinkles quite easily, but it still looks fabulous. This dress can be worn for so many different occasions, I definitely recommend this rental!

Fit runs large. Size zero fit well but back was too short when I bent over. Also color was a big disappointing...there are lime undertones in the yellow, not what I was expecting. Ended up returning it before my wedding event.

Fabric is on the heavier side, but not overbearing. Sleeves fell on my shoulders a little but nothing egregious!
