I found the fit to be true to size. I wore it to a family friend's wedding so I loved that it was conservative enough but still had a fun back. The material is pretty thick so it might be a bit hot for an outdoor event, luckily I had no issues.

It is a little long for shorter gals, but I did't mind. The bust was little tight, but better than having a gap. I overall loved the dress though! I felt like Karlie Kloss.

I wore it as a bridesmaid dress to a daytime wedding. Fit really well and was really breathable. I'm pretty small chested so it was a tiny bit loose in the top, so it would definitely fit a more endowed woman even though the fabric had little elasticity to it.

I ordered this dress thinking I'd wear a size 2, but was SO happy that I got a 0 as my backup size. The chest area of this dress is definitely a bit big. Normally my stomach and hip area fits into a size 2 or even 4, but for this dress, go for the size of your chest and natural waist - the full skirt covers up the rest which makes you look super tiny! Wished it was like an inch shorter - I'm short so it was a bit long on me. The zipper was a bit difficult to get past the seam, but if you get someone to help you, it's not bad. Also this was my first RTR dress - thought the process was super easy and I'll definitely be renting again!

This dress was extremely comfortable and stylish. There are pockets, but they are located in an odd place in the front between pleats. Overall a super fun dress and would rent again.

A lot of people had mentioned that this dress ran big in the chest. I found that it fit pretty true to size. The neckline is supposed to be a cowl and not lay flat against your chest. After I rented this dress and was awaiting its arrival, I read a review that it had pockets, and I was stoked. It did take me a minute to find the pockets. They are in a hidden front seam kind of like a hoodie pocket. All in all, this dress was great, and it was made by one of my favorite designers. I wore it with the navy and gold piano keys necklace which you can rent right now.

I wore this dress to a June wedding at a beachside country club. The dress was super comfy and fun to twirl in. I got a lot of compliments about the bow detailing in the back. It was a subtle fun detail that kept the dress from being too plain. I wore the 4 but could have probably gone with a 2.

Fit true to size but was a little large in the bust area. Also it's hard to zip up with out help. Color was the same as shown in photo and the material is thick. This made the dress a little stiff.

This dress was okay. I normally wear a size 2 in Kate Spade dresses and in this one the 4 was hard to zip up- tight in the chest area. The material is heavy (hot for an outdoor wedding) and has a casual almost worn look to it. Unfortunately the lining was hanging out of the dress and had to be safety pinned up in order for me to wear it. Overall it had a nice cut to it and was flattering.The bow detail in the back was really darling.

After an extensive search for something to wear to my sister's graduation, I instantly fell in love with this adorable Kate Spade number, especially the cleverly concealed front pockets and bow detailing. As a very short and pretty petite person, though, the dress itself fit perfectly, with the exception of the straps; they were inevitably too long, so some small adjustments had to be made (built-in bra strap anchors did help). Nevertheless, it still fit high enough in the underarm area for the strap length to be an almost non-issue. Upon close inspection, it was clear that it's a dress that has been well-loved and enjoyed by many, but still looks great, photographs well and certainly has several more wears left. Comfortable enough to be easily worn all day, but large busts and rib cages beware, this dress is designed to fit snugly, so if in doubt, be sure to also order your second size one size up from your usual dress size. Overall, a universally flattering fit on just about everyone, whether you're 5'2" (like me) or 5'7", like my sweet "little" sister. Enjoy!

Wore this for doctoral graduation. Perfect style for something dressy but needing a little personality! Lots of compliments and was comfortable all day. The fabric is a little heavier than expected but it was in the low 70s on my day so it was perfect!

Wore this for my engagement photos and it worked out great. Fits a little bit snugger than I'd like, but it all worked out.

This dress looked great with a jean jacket, heeled sandals on indoors, and was fun for an outdoor backyard graduation party with flats. The back is high enough for a strapless bra, I would suggest sizing down-- I'm normally a 4 and could have gone with the 2 as the top had room to spare (32D). The full skirt fell right above the knee (5'2") but was modest and comfortable with pockets for a family party. The fabric is a thick cotton that can get heavy in the summer.

As many mentioned, the material is a bit heavy. I wore this to a work gala outside in the summer in California... so I was definitely sweating. However, I liked that the dress hid some of the problem areas, and highlighted the not-so-problem areas. Overall, the dress is adorable- loved the bow in the back- everyone kept commenting on it all night! I would highly recommend it.

I got a ton of compliments on this dress! It was perfect for a wedding, simple but still very pretty. I don't have much of a natural waistline, but this dress was great at defining what I have. I'm also not very tall, but this dress was the perfect length! I found it fit between true to size and slightly small, which is why I went with the larger size. There was a little bit of extra fabric at the neck that prevented it from laying flat, but it looked fine. Overall, it was hard to say goodbye to this dress!

I absolutely love Kate Spade, but having a larger chest, I always have difficulty with her dresses in the top. Others had said that this dress was extremely loose in the chest area, but I also have broad shoulders, so with the high neckline, unforgiving fabric, and the short straps in the back, it felt a little constricting. It was a beautiful dress though, and I love the bow detail in the back. I paired it with a yellow and blue statement necklace and yellow heels for a pop of color.

Fit true to size. A little plain in front so I added my own belt - the necklace was also a RTR and that really dressed it up too. It also came a tad wrinkled, but letting it "air" a little helped. Overall a great choice with a couple snazzy accessories to dress her up!

The dress is pretty fitted throughout the chest and waist. I wore the larger size and it worked well. It's forgiving in the stomach, butt, legs region, so it's nice to not worry about the fit in those areas. It's a bit longer, which is great for me (I'm 5'10"). People really liked the bow. The material was pretty heavy, and could be informal. It's more matte than the picture makes it seem. But you can dress it up for a wedding.

The dress fit perfectly. The zipper stuck a little bit between the skirt and the bodice, but once it was up it was perfect.

I really liked this dress. I do wish I could have rented the 00, but it wasn't available for when I needed it. The size 0 was a little big in the top, but it still worked for me. The back of this dress is adorable, and I loved the full skirt! Perfect dress for a graduation! I definitely recommend this dress, but size down for your backup!!

A simple, yet dainty dress. The bow on the back adds for a cute detail. Dress can be worn casual (during the day, maybe with a Spring jacket), or dressed up with some statement earrings or a necklace!

I wore this dress for my senior pictures. It is not very comfortable, but it ended up photographing really well. The fabric is fairly heavy and the skirt is full. This dress nips in at the waist to give you a nice shape. I had a great time taking pictures in it, but I would not recommend it for a long event.

This dress did not flatter my body type at all, even once I added a belt around the waist. The high cut top puckered in weird places, and the excess volume in the skirt made me look larger than I liked. The fabric was also wayyy too casual for the office party I was attending - this would be a great dress for brunch, or an outdoor picnic, not an office holiday party or formal event. But, I will always love Kate Spade, even though this dress didn't work out :-)

I loved the back of this dress, the color and the fact that it had pockets! I was worried because I could only rent one size but was surprised because at first it seemed big. Parts of the dress was big is spots (bust area) and other spots it was too small (the back). Overall I was happy with the dress but not sure if I would rent it again.

I wore this dress to a fall wedding and I received lots of compliments (and helped spread the news about rent the runway to some new ladies!). I typically wear a size 6, but the size 4 fit a bit better in the chest and waist so I wore a size down. It was perfect for a formal wedding and it was great to dance in. It's different than your standard LBD as it's navy and my best discovery were the two front pockets! Definitely recommend it!
