I rented this for a weekend trip to Napa to wear during the day to the wineries. It was perfect and very comfortable. It was shorter on me as I am 6'2" but I was still able to wear. It has pockets and the belt is attached and strictly decorative. It is a thick cotton so it keeps a nice shape.

This dress was not my first choice and it was sent as a backup but I ended up loving it! The colors were bright and bold and the fabric was a thick cotton (but breathable). The dress fit like a glove and I received many compliments. It was in great shape and seemed like it had only been worn a few times. The bust area was a bit stretched out but it wasn't terrible. The dress is extremely classy and I felt amazing in it. It was so hard to return.

This dress is gorgeous! Beautiful bright pink in color and very flattering. I loved it so much I wanted to keep it.

Waist is snug if you're a little thicker in the middle, but overall true to size. Perfect Kentucky Derby dress, it felt and looked great!

This dress fit great - It was very comfortable to wear and got lots of compliments. I had no issues with the size of the top or fit of the bottom. It is a very lovely color and I felt like I could wear it for both a day or a night event - I just changed the accessories and shoes. Looked lovely with a silk wrap.

The waist was very tight, but one size larger was too big in the bust. If you have a larger chest this might be too low cut.

Definitely fitted in the waist (belt does not adjust) however, not uncomfortable. I zipped it up and never had to fuss with it or worry about the dress for the rest of the night. HUGE pockets which were a big bonus!!!!! Not even visible to anyone, skirt was nice and full. Held everything, I didn't carry a bag!

Fit was perfect and very true to size. Material is a bit stiff, so it was great for a breezy day because it stayed put. All around, amazing.

So bummed that I can't keep this dress. Wore it to a summer wedding and received non stop complements all night! Love the pockets! The dress fit well everywhere other than my ribs. I rented the 2 and 4 (expected the 4 to be a bit too big) but then had to contact RTR to get the size 6! The customer service was BEYOND AWESOME and they overnighted me the 6. I ended up wearing the 4 as the 6 was way definitely too big. I mentioned it in my review for the dress that I wore to the rehearsal dinner, I think I have unusually large ribs. Were it not for the fit in the ribs, the size 2 fit the best of the 3 sizes, but I had to go with the 4 which was a tiny bit big in the other areas but OK in the ribs. The belt is odd. It is very difficult to make it not look wrinkly and messy, but after a bunch of messing around with it, it was good enough. I absolutely loved the color, length and style. I would rent it all over again in a heartbeat. I felt awesome in the dress and truly appreciated all the complements.

I rented this dress for my bridal shower and it was perfect. I got tons of compliments and it was super comfortable. Loved the pockets. It was tough to get zipped over the belt part but once it was zipped it fit perfectly and accented all the right parts and hid the problem (stomach) areas!

I wore this dress to Afternoon Tea at the Plaza Hotel. It fit perfectly and in all the right places! I received so many compliment on the color and cut of the dress. It is a real stunner and I almost want to purchase it. The fabric is so high quality - KateSpade never fails. Great for a luncheon affair - wedding or baby shower!

Love this dress! This was selected by a RTR stylist since a backup size for my requested dress was unavailable. I chose to wear this dress instead - it is beautiful. Great material, very rich looking. The waist is fitted, so beware if you have a thicker waist. The front is low cut, but being a smaller size was fine. Larger breasted women may feel too low. The back zipper is tough to zip when it nears the belt, so make sure you have someone to help you zip it up or down. Wore this to my son's first communion. Received a lot if compliments at the church and brunch. Strangers were stopping me. I would definitely rent (and even buy) this dress. I am already thinking of other events so I can wear it.

Wore this to a brunch-- received tons of compliments on it. I wear 34D, and the 8 fit perfect. This dress is good for a larger bust and a smaller waist. It accents the waist and doesn't bring attention to the stomach (which I try to hide in dresses). It was very comfortable & still had the tags on it when I received it- so it was crisp and brand new. I had ordered another dress but they didn't have my backup size, so they sent this one instead. I am happy RTR did that bc I loved this one more! Great replacement on their part.

It was a great fit, zipper was a bit difficult to move up, not because it was tight fitting, maybe just needed to get oiled up. Dress came brand spanking new with the tags still on. Perfect if torso is a smaller size than hips/ legs and you want to conceal. Received many compliments on it

I ordered this dress for a wedding at a sailing club. I thought the white and navy stripe brought a nautical feel to the dress. The fabric was a little stiff but not uncomfortable. It fit like a glove! I was also able to wear a normal bra with it. Which was nice since I usually wear dresses that need strapless or backless bras. The only complaint is that the zipper got stuck in the fabric and took a team of 3 people to get it zipped without ripping anything! Other than that, it was a great dress! I got tons of compliments and felt amazing all night!

Good fit tight in the top if you have large breast

I was mistress of ceremonies for an outdoor wedding and this dress was perfect for it. It fit like a glove. It allowed me to move around quickly wasn't restricting. I am pear shaped and it fit my top half perfectly, while hiding the bottom half. I am also really tall and it hit just right above my knees. Any shorter and it would have been too short. The dress arrived and looked like it had never been worn. Wish I didn't have to send it back.

This was my first rent the runway dress. The dress was perfect for the wedding I attended. The only issue is that it runs small in the waist otherwise it was true to size. I requested a size 2 and 4 and ended up wearing the 4.

Much more low cut than the RTR photos suggest, I'm only a B and I still felt like I was overexposed. That was the only thing stopping it from getting 5 stars. The fabric and color are both incredible, and the pockets made my night so easy!

This dress was gorgeous but the fit was really awkward. If you are busty like I am you may feel self-conscious. Also it was extremely tight around the tummy area, not good for those of us with a pooch. I just barely fit into the 8 so go with your normal size and size up. Still really cute though. I wore with white heels.

I thought this dress was flattering and very pretty. I got a lot of compliments on it and I'm glad I went with it - it was my backup after my first pick's backup size wasn't returned to RTR on time. Like others, I did notice that the waist/belt area was pretty snug, and I almost went up to the size 6, but it didn't look as nice, so I stuck with the 4. I was still able to dance and move around fine, but I did feel a little uncomfortable by the end of the night after eating dinner at a wedding. The snug belt area (not adjustable) is the only reason i didn't give this dress a five. Overall, it was a great RTR experience!

I absolutely loved this dress and got so many compliments on it. This was my first time renting from RTR and I could not be happier! I've turned about 10 more women onto using RTR as well after I told them about my experience. The dress fit perfectly. I was a little concerned after reading previous reviews about the tightness through the midsection, but I personally felt incredibly comfortable and I am by no means skinny. The bust was also more comfortable than I thought it was going to be. I didn't feel overexposed in any way even with a larger bust line in the dress. The best part was the pockets! How can anyone not love a dress with pockets?!

This is a lovely dress for a semi-formal event...it's a bit tight in the waist but I loved the color and the pockets.

Love, love this dress. Unfortunately I did not get to wear it to the intended event because of a slip up with the delivery location, but when I did finally receive it, I tried it on for fun, and it was just fabulous, so tasteful and elegant but fun and sweet at the same time. It could be dressed up for a wedding, but also could definitely be dressed down for a less formal event. Definitely on my list of possible future rentals if the right event arises again to wear it!

I loved the pockets and the dress. The dress is pretty narrow in the rib cage, so be aware of that. I tend to wear a much larger dress size than pant size because of my ribs, so definitely go up a size if you have this body type.

I did not rent this for my sister's bridal shower, but I ended up with this dress after the dress I had rented was damaged by the prior renter. RTR was so helpful and kind when the stylist pick they sent me in place of the dress that was damaged did not work at all. They overnighted this dress in both sizes to me. I could not be happier with what could have been a disastrous situation. The waistline is tight, as others have noted. The size 6 fit in the waist comfortable, but it was too large in the chest/shoulders. The size 4 was tight in the waist, but fit perfectly everywhere else. This dress is perfect for larger chested ladies. I am a size 32DD normally, and am currently breastfeeding....so I have cleavage to spare. This dress allowed me to wear a normal bra, and showed some cleavage but I felt covered and supported. Also - the cut of this dress is super flattering. The belt is at your ribs, and then it flares out nicely, hiding any belly/baby bump you may want to. I felt comfortable, super lady-like, and got SO MANY compliments on this dress. Everyone asked me where I got it.

I loved this dress! I ordered a 4 and a 6. The six fit a little smaller than a usual six. It was a little hard getting it zipped up, especially around the bow part of the waist. I couldn't wear a bra because it wouldn't zip up all the way. I loved that it had pockets as well. Overall I LOVED it!

The zipper was a little difficult to pull up over the belted area, so you may need some assistance!

I found this dress to be a bit small around my rib cage, which is odd for me since my waste is on the smaller side. I loved this dress but would recommend getting a backup size , one size up, instead of one down just in case.

Great dress, wore it to brunch for a friend's birthday and to church and dinner with family after. Was stopped several times by strangers to ask about it. Great colors. Only thing I didn't like was the weird pleats above the bow on your boobs.

I wore this to a daytime birthday party held at a restaurant on the river, so I loved the nautical feel this dress added to the occasion. The comfortable cotton fabric and warm vibrant color added to the pleasure of wearing this dress. I've got broad shoulders, so the upper back was a little tight. If I rent again, I'll go with the 8, since the fitting the hip is irrelevant (full skirt) and the waist can be adjusted a little bit with the sewn-in belt. Length fell to 2-3" above my knees.

The waist is very narrow in this dress. I always wear a 2-4 in dress sizes, but the 4 in this dress was still too small in the waist and I had to fight to zip it!

I thought it was cute but the bust was pretty big for a size 2.

Like this but did not work for me. I needed this for a church event. It runs small but I find most Kate Spades dresses do and even the six was snug in the bust. I typically wear s size 4 in most designers but go up a size in Kate Spade. Also it is a little but low but can be fixed with a Cami.

Loved the colors, but too tight around the waist! Too bad.
