Does fit tightly in the waist, mine is narrow and the size 4 fit perfectly anything tighter would have felt uncomfortable after eating & drinking.

This dress is so princessy but so perfect. Kate Spade to a T. The rose gold zipper in the back takes the cake. It's satiny and heavy so you know it's real and the pockets make it amazing. I love the way he flare gives me hips yet the top is fitted and makes me feel tiny. Kate does fit right on top so large chested ladies size up. The only thing about this dress that annoys me is the princess seam going right down the center but what else would you expect from a princess dress?

This was a perfect wedding dress since it was comfortable to dance in while being heavy enough material that I wasn't afraid if it blowing up in the wind or on the dance floor. I received so many compliments on how different it was.

The dress runs true to size and fit great. It was a little tight around the rib cage but the next size up was way too big all around. And the dress had pockets!! Loved that. I added the belt which I think made it look even better. Great dress. Would rent again.

Kate Spade makes fun, amazing dresses that fit well, are flattering, and usually have pockets which is always a winner. This one is no different. The pattern is really fun and bright, the fabric is high quality and moves and feels great. The only thing that confused me was the seam down the front of the dress. I belted it for contrast but you could go without.

Very cute and flattering dress for a spring wedding! The colors were great and the fabric was thick. I added a thin black waist belt for a bit of definition which for me was needed or else my shape got a little lost in the dress. The deep pockets were definitely an added bonus, kept my phone and lip gloss in there all night! Received many compliments and overall a great rental!

The dress fit like a glove and the length was appropriate for any wedding or day outing. I loved the material and accentuates all the right areas!

The fit of this dress was perfect. I'm short, barely 5 foot tall. I was worried this dress would look a little awkward on me with the length but it was great! The quality of the dress was like its never been worn before. I loved this dress so much I may actually buy it.

Wore this to a beautiful evening 'cocktail attire' wedding. I was nervous because they only had a size 4 and usually I'm a size 6. Thankfully, it fit perfectly! I loved the colors of the dress as well as the quality of the fabric. The style was flattering, although I thought a little black belt helped the look, and so would definitely recommend one. I wore the necklace on the model but unfortunately it arrived missing one of the jewels. I used my make-shift crafting skills to remedy this problem, but definitely NOT a problem you want the day of a nice wedding!

The top and midsection area runs a bit small. I could have gotten away with the 4, but the 6 gave a bit more room up top and in the middle. If you are larger up top I would aim towards the next size up. Great overall fit and look as the top and waist area is fitted and the bottom flairs out. Perfect balance of modesty and sophistication I need to wear to the church to christen my godson.

Fit runs a little large, I usually opt for a size 4 since I am 5'10" and have an athletic build but the 2 fit perfectly. Great length and the skirt was nice and full.

I wore this to a "Best Friend Date Night" to go to the theater to see Newsies. It was great! It was cold here, but the fabric was plenty thick enough to keep me warm. I also got more compliments on this dress than I've ever gotten on one from my own wardrobe, and that felt nice :) I'm looking forward to renting another dress for the next show we see! Thanks, RTR!

This dress was beautiful! I rented an 8 and a 10 and I think I was between sizes. I ended up wearing the 8, but it was very tight around my chest. I wear a DD, so this is a common problem for me. I wore with black tights for an anniversary party and was complimented all night.

This dress was great for a fall outdoor wedding. The material is substantial, but at the same time not too heavy. I did wear a sweater as the night went on and the temp dropped. As mentioned in previous reviews, the cut was tight in the ribcage area (but I am busty). That being said, I could still fit into the 10 which is my normal size. The A-line cut was really flattering for my curvy shape - accentuating areas I like and hiding those I don't. This was my first experience with RTR and I will definitely use this website again!

This dress was beautiful and very well made. I am a little small up top so I had to wear a bra. The dress has pockets too which is always a bonus!

Loved this dress! Felt classy and feminine with the flared skirt and color. It was perfect for the occasion. This dress definitely ran small through the midsection - I would recommend going a size up. I ended up using my second size 8.

I am very small on top and the size four fit snug on top but I was comfortable. The fabric had nice body to it which could also make it warm for some.

The dress is very well made (it makes you look like you have a tiny waist!) The bottom is very full and flairs out a bit - flattering for all body types!

Fit - a little tight around the bust. Probably should have sized up to an 8 for my second size. I didn't even try on the 4, the 6 fit for sure, but would have been good to have another option. Love that it came down almost to my knees. I hate dresses that are too short. Pretty conservative cut, which I really like, but still a super fun print!

Wore this to my brother in laws outdoor September wedding in Tahoe. I was comfortable all night! I didn't get too hot yet it's a thicker material which actually helped as the temperature started to drop in the evening. Wore with black peep toe heels. Recommend this dress!

I am between dress sizes 4 and 6 at the moment as my lower half is now a six :(. However, this dress was perfect in a 4 with this silhouette and I was still able to step into it.

The dress fit perfectly. It was extremely flattering. All the reviews about it being snug through the chest were accurate. It was comfortable and absolutely beautiful. Some folks said that the pink was more than expected. I thought all of the colors mixed well. Love RTR can't wait for my next event!

The material is a bit heavy, so it's probably not great for a super hot day. I also don't think if you are particularly large-chested that it would work for you, as it fit me exactly.

I don't think the photos do this dress justice. I feel in love when I put this dress on. It's a thicker fabric but was perfect for a summer outdoor wedding August. I loved all the shades if gray and pink in the dress! Fits pretty true to size and has pockets! It fit me like a glove and did not want to send it back. I received many compliments and felt great all night in the dress!! I so rented the Lilly Pulitzer necklace the model is wearing, I loved it with the dress. Although the dress a busy pattern, the necklace was a great addition. #wedding #popofcolor

Fits true to size for Kate Spade, could have worn the 2 but it was small in the bust so stayed with the 4. The material is gorgeous but lined and thick, so be careful if it's hot out!

This dress was really nice and fun to wear. It was very comfortable and had pockets. My first dress arrived damaged with a hem that hung below it but Rent the Runway was able to send out another the next morning just in time for me to leave to our function. The dress fit in my usual size and I did not order a backup size. I would rent this dress again.

Like some reviews have stated it is a little tight in the bust, but not uncomfortably so. This dress was extremely comfortable and was very easy to move around in. Would definitely rent this one again.

This is a pretty and comfortable dress. I sized up which made it very comfy around the waist. The armholes & shoulders were perhaps a little big on me, but I prefer to be comfortable over wearing a dress that squeezes me. It's fairly thick fabric, and it is completely lined. This particular dress no longer had its rose gold zipper; it had been replaced by a silver zipper which didn't slide all that smoothly. Took quite a bit of care to keep the lining from getting stuck in the zipper. Also, the dress needed a good pressing to remove what looked like "bubbles" between the outer layer and what it was bonded to. The dress had some condition issues, but RTR customer service resolved them very well. I also chose the necklace shown on the model - thought it went with the dress nicely.

The only complaint I have about this dress is there's really no stretch to the fabric. I have 34DD and I usually wear a size 8. I pretty much had to cram my chest to for in a size 8 and the size 10 wasn't available. But it didn't look crazy after zipping it since the fabric is pretty thick.

While listing that it runs small, it only runs small in one place-- natural waist/rib cage. Otherwise, very true to size. I was still able to wear my usual 4, but with a tighter bra (and I don't have a particularly large chest), and it was snug. I loved the shape it gave me, though it definitely needs a good necklace to counter the very high neckline. The one on the model is what I rented and it was PERFECT. In real life, the fabric feels very rich, and the color is much prettier than the pictures make it out to be. Lastly, pockets. Enough said.

This dress was perfect!!! I got so many compliments on it. It's very comfortable and I love the pockets! I ordered size 4 but the 2 seemed to fit a little better, I recently lost weight though so I think the fit is true to size. Definitely another great RTR moment!

Dress fit great, the bust is slightly unforgiving but it wasn't a problem, I would definitely recommend this dress to anyone!

I wore it with black peep toe shoes, the matching necklace and bag and some black stretch bracelets and black diamond earrings. It was so comfortable and allowed me to enjoy the entire night. Another great dress from Kate Spade!
