If you can get past how big and bulky this coat is, it's the warmest piece of clothing I've ever rented. For that reason alone, I'd rent again.

I typically wear a size 16, and this fit me perfectly with some room to spare. It's pretty heavy. The fabric is so soft that I couldn't stop petting the coat all night.

This coat is very heavy! You want to wear it, not carry it, so make sure the weather is cold enough to warrant this coat. Many compliments on this teddy bear coat!

This coat was so cozy and warm. It fit true to size (for coats) and I was able to wear chunk sweaters underneath. If you had thin layers on, it runs a little large. I received lots of compliments. You can dress it up or down. I'd definitely rent it again!

True to size - I chose L because I wanted it to fit over sweaters but really M would have worked - plenty roomy. The color and the teddy-type material were fun and pretty while keeping me really warm at outdoor cookie stroll event. This is a heavy (in weight) coat. Overall I loved it. Would rent again!

This coat was SO good. I never write RTR reviews but I felt compelled for this one since it's my favorite thing I've reented. Wore it to a winter wedding and was so cozy and definitely warm enough in 30-40 degree weather. It's SUPER SOFT and luxurious... feels like you're wearing the most perfect weighted blanket if that makes sense. Color was a nice neutral pinkish. I got a L and it was definitely an oversized fit for me (5'9", 160 lbs, and long arms haha) but I didn't mind that it was huge since it made it that much cozier. So tough to send this one back!!!

It runs large. I really need a large or maybe even a medium.

Confession: I rented this because seemingly every mom in lower Manhattan has a similar jacket-- and now I understand why. It's giant, it's fluffy and it's a hug magnet for every kid you come in contact with whether you gave birth to them or not. The dusty purple is slightly worrisome because in poor lighting it can appear grungy and dirty. Great rental; on the fence purchasing.

I loved this coat. It was so warm (great for a 30 degree night) and incredibly soft. The gentle pink color was so pretty, and the lining was just beautiful. Every time I put it on I felt just a little more dressed up, even if I was wearing jeans. It has a button at the left collar so you can wear it without a scarf and still stay warm, and the pockets are very deep. I had a hard time sending this one back. Fit is TTS, though it's meant to be a bit oversized for sure.

This jacket is gigantic and cozy and fuzzy which means it feels like you're wrapped in the comfiest bath robe while you run your errands. I love this jacket even though it may look a bit ridiculous for everyday wear!

Super soft and fluffy jacket. Got so many compliments. Only thing to be aware of if you're tall with long arms is that the sleeves are short. I'm 5"11.

This was perfect for winter in Rhode Island, so comfy, heavy in a good way, like wearing a huge blanket. It's a little bit of a paler more muted color than in the photo.

A fantastic coat, better than anticipated, that I received sincere compliments for. Beautiful quality and adolescent indulgence all in one. Be prepared to feel a combination of teddy bear hug security and pink princess femininity. The happiness I felt due to wearing this coat makes my RTR subscription analogous to a prescription for anti-depressants.

Really warm and soft coat. Nice pockets. The only reason 4 star is that the color to me was a little more dusty than pink and I would have preferred a more vibrant pink hue.

I think I got a size bigger, and it just does not look good, it looks very bulky. It is very warm, but I would not get it again.

I was so excited to rock this jacket. It was way too big for me (16) and I ordered the XL and it also just made me look way bigger than I am which was disheartening. I had a feeling it could go either way on that but I'm on a weight loss journey and maybe it will look better when I've lost some more lbs!

This jacket was perfect for NYE. It kept me warm on a pretty cold night (maybe 40 degrees) and was super soft and fun to wear. It runs large, so I sized down and it was perfect.

It's forgiving - you can cram thick sweaters underneath or just wear a thin shirt. It's warm and the satin lining is sublime.

The Giant Teddy Coat Conundrum is a mathematical ratio that describes how simultaneously boss/ridiculous you feel in an oversized luxury teddy coat. The lining is super soft satin and the teddy fur itself is very cozy. I wish the color was a little less dingy, it reads as slightly dirty to me. I kept this coat for the better part of a month because I liked wearing it that much.

I loved the color and texture of this coat, from the pink satin-y lining to the unbelievably soft faux fur. It was super warm too, could easily wear it in below-freezing temperatures, and it came down almost to my knees. The only thing was the medium was almost too big - treading the line between "chic oversized" and just ridiculous. Gotta wear it with swag or else be engulfed.
