I love it - it's very chic but not too intense for work. There are little clasps in between the buttons so people can't peek through the gaps and see your bra (always happens to me in button downs). Really love!

Rented this dress for a work event. Smaller size fit but there was some slight pulling at buttons, so opted to wear the bigger size.

This was easy to wear and had a lot of smart details. There were some hook and eye closures where the dress would typically pull, and the horizontal pleating at the waist was also a flattering touch. The length shows some knee even though it's a midi. I would definitely rent again.

This dress is perfect! It is figure flattering, but in no way overly provocative for work. I love the extra waist definition, and smart details like a small hook and eye hidden closure at the waist to prevent any skin peek thru. I might have to purchase this one!!

I usually wear a 12/14 and the 16 fit just right so I think it runs small. It was a great fit, though. Lightweight and good for warm days.

I like everything about this dress! The waist is phenomenal and accentuates the hips wonderfully. Also love the way the buttons run from hem to collar; makes the whole look so chic.

This dress was nice. It was a little past my knees so maybe a bit frumpy? The back cinch with the belt is strange. The fabric is too thick to go through the belt loop so the excess fabric just hangs down. It is completely button from top to bottom in the front. There was a little gaping when I sat down. It is formal, but also tight enough to show of the body. I think this would probably be a good funeral/wake dress as well. I paired it with some black wedges.

Such a cute, simple, streamlined dress for work! It was great when I was standing up. Unfortunately when I sat down the buttons gapped and the little teeny snap in the middle didn't cut it. Great dress - guess I just need to shrink my belly!

A rare dress that is both comfortable and appropriate to wear for more formal work occasions in the summer! It was lighter weight than I expected from the photos, but it didn't wrinkle which was great. I'm usually an 8-10, the 10 was roomy here but the belt helped. Think the 8 would work too, though I didn't have a ton of room to spare in the bust.

Fabric is lightweight but not sheer. Dress profile is very work appropriate, and the ruching at the waist is flattering. I agree with other users that the sash adjustment at the small of the back is a little awkward, and instead of trying to use it would have been better for me to size down one. The fabric does have some stretch so I think it would have been fine without causing any pulling/gaping at the buttons.

As a teacher I needed a dress for the first day of school. This was awesome and I think I will rent again. I will probably buy it next time.

This a a pretty dress, but the size is off. It's very loose fitting on top. I should have sized down. I was recommended at 16R, but should have gone with a 14R. I also had to use safety pins to close the gaps on the buttoned down front. It was nice in theory, but I won't rent this again.

Very sheer - need an appropriate black slip dress to wear underneath. I didn't have one, so was unable to wear. Wish it would have come with one.

Literally first time in my life I couldn't get a belt to work. The buckle is really tiny and thin and it was impossible to get the belt strap into it. I don't know how these other ladies did it!

I didn't want to take this off! I'm thin framed so I was nervous this might be too form fitting for work, but it was perfect. Hugged all the right places. Breathable material. Perfect buttons and clasps. Classic in its silhouette and professional in its modesty, I highly recommend.
