I got lots of compliments wearing this! It's super comfortable. The sleeves are loose which was a plus for me. The length was great, very appropriate for work. It was a thin material but not see through.

Rented this for trip to SD in November. This dress was super comfortable and flattering. It was a little long on me (I am 5'4). But still looked good with otk boots. Great for work too!

I rented this dress for work/everyday and it was just as I expected. Fabric was light weight and silky, so it was very comfortable to wear. I was glad it was cold enough for tights because it felt a little short for work with bare legs. I am long waisted so the top was a little short on me and almost fit me more like an empire waist. Because of this I wouldn't rent this again, but it was cute to try.

This is my favorite RTR rental so far! I have worn it several times and am seriously considering keeping it! I always get a ton of compliments and it's very figure flattering. The material is lightweight and airy so the long sleeves are still comfortable in the warmer months. Could also be perfect paired with tights & boots in the fall.

Super cute and comfortable dress! Made of a high-quality, breathable, and flattering fabric. The top is a bit low cut, so I wore a camisole underneath - however, you couldn't see it with the way the tie fell. Loved this and would definitely rent again.

I love the fit and style of this dress. It was conservative enough for work but fun for a night out. I wore once alone and another time with a jean jacket to dress down a little. Worked great at the waist and the length was perfect.

It really hurts to send this one back! Super easy to wear and great for the office and your evening out afterwards. Tons of compliments. Waist hit me a little higher than natural waist, but wasn't a big issue since I'm only 5'3". Like all Kate Spade, runs a little big, so if you're unsure on sizing, go down.

this is v comfy with tights, easy to throw on for the office. however, it fits big pretty much everywhere. I wish the waist was a little tighter so it had more shape. plenty of space in the arms and across the chest. however, if I sized down I'd never be able to wear this without rights as it's quite short.

This dress was a little more casual than I typically wear for work, but it was still appropriate for my business-dress office. I loved the little "Kate Spade" hidden in the scribbled pattern and the stretchy, forgiving fabric.

I *liked* this dress, but didn't love it. Pros, great length and super comfy and different. Cons, lots of fabric and my husband thought it looks way too bulky. I didn't find it unflattering, but agree it could have had less volume of material and been more sleek.

I absolutely loved the pattern and quality of fabric. Very comfortable as everyday dress in spring time. My challenge was the cut. High waist made me even bigger than I am normally and gave no definition. I looked like I was back in 6 months pregnant. That being said, elastic waist made it very comfortable and probably works great as sophisticated maternity wear. I wore it to work as tunic with leggings as the length was a bit too short as a dress (and even more emphasized the maternity look), and this coming from 5'3. Because of its comfort, I still wore it a few times.

Will definitely size down next time, it's very pretty. Sleeves and waist (elastic) were way too big on me (felt that it gave me a pregnant look on the side and I'm not pregnant ha!) but the print is gorgeous and the material is very comfy. Basic work dress!

Pros: very comfortable pretty design and thin flowy fabric, perfect for cool spring/warm winter day. Elastic waistband with plenty of stretch. I'm very curvy and the large was perfect. Subtle "Kate Spade" written in the design, I thought was cute. Cons: band was right under my chest so I had to hold my posture to not look pregnant, not necessarily a fault of the dress but should be noted of your tummy is a trouble spot. Just a touch shorter than I would have liked so I wore tights. Im 5'8".

I really liked the writing/drawing pattern and that it looked nice with leggings. Very comfortable! The "Kate Spade" writing in the pattern was unexpected though, as I don't like wearing an overt brand.

This dress ran a little short in the waist for me (granted I'm 5'll) but overall was a great work week staple. I added a belt, black tights and over the knee boots and it was very comfortable for a full office day. I would suggest sizing down one size unless you are busty.

This is the second time I rented this dress. The dress runs a little large compared to others from this brand. RTR suggested XXL originally, but that was way too big. XL still a little big. I probably could have rented L for more form fitting look. This is one that I will rent again and look to buy when it goes on sale. Great look for day or night! I wore to work and a happy hour after; compliments all day!

I'm usually between a L and XL. I went with the XL and it was really low cut/showed cleavage. If you go between the two sizes, size down. The rest of the dress is cut generously.

I wore this to work and for a date night. The sleeves were about 2 inches too long on me, but the wrist is a bit fitted, so it wasn't a big deal. The neckline is a bit low for work, but the tie covers it and I had no issues.
