Pro- gorgeous. It's shimmery, but not over the top. I wore it for my birthday. It fit my bust perfectly and created a waist line. Con- I could see why some people think it's matronly, but dress it up with cute shoes and accessories and you're a sexy hot mama.

Just enough cleavage showing to still be work appropriate. Anything larger than my bust size might not be for work. This dress was fun and comfortable. I felt sexy and got a ton of compliments!

True to size. Glittery, so depending upon the work environment, might be too dressy for work. However, can be worn with a blazer to tone it down for work (although I paired with a black leather jacket for work). Mid calf length on me. Lower cut, but not too low for work.

I wore once. Just kind of hung on me, very thick fabric. Was warm but I felt very frumpy all day. Maybe not meant for shorter folks.

I wore this dress to a wine tasting event and also to work, and I felt like it worked for both. It's very comfortable and I love the sparkle.

Obviously you can't see this in pictures but the way this dress flows and moves it's DREAMY, the little sparkle is so subtle yet so unique, it's impossible not to look at it, even being such a basic design, it does wonders for a girl's curves. I can see myself renting this over and over

This is a good dress to either dress up or down. Can do with heels or flats. Light sparkle so could do for a party or holiday event, but I wore for work and didn't feel like it was too much. Really comfortable and flattering knit. True to size, which isn't always the case with knit. It is below the knee (I'm 5'6) which is a consideration depending on your height. Got a lot of compliments

Such comfortable stretchy material! Length is mid calf so might not work on shorter people. Band at waist is small but stretchy. Very sparkly could totally be dressed up for night out. I wore with over knee black boots for work winter look.

I was concerned the small might be a bit big, but it fit perfectly. This dress feels and looks great, and the sparkles make it just fancy enough to transition to evening from work. It's very soft and warm as well.

This dress lives up to Kate Spade's motto "she leaves a little sparkle wherever she goes." I paired this dressed with a charcoal blazer and wore this dress to work. The dress was great for my body type (tall and curvy). But it was a little snug in the bust area (I wouldn't recommend it for anyone larger than a 36C.

If you have an hourglass figure this would be perfect. I don't, but still loves the dress. The fabric is very sparkly, hard to tell in pictures, so perf for formal/casual affairs like Xmas eve, but not so much for work.

I wore this dress for Thanksgiving and it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful and pulled together but also...seriously the MOST comfortable dress I've ever worn. The fabric is buttery soft. I wore this with tall suede boots and loved the look. I want to own this one! Another note- doesn't wrinkle- great for travel!

I liked this dress. Comfortable and put together. Perfect for a conservative look at a wedding or work party. I originally rented this to wear to a work party but decided to go with a sparkly blazer instead for that event. I wore this dress to work with tights and a cropped leather jacket and it was perfect.

Beautiful fit and flow of fabric. The weight of the skirt is pleasant and warm while still twirly. I feel like a ballerina in my office. This could certainly be worn out to dinner or a special event....bit great to add something special to your Thursday.

Snug in top, but I'm busty, sexy and comfortable.

I'm 5'5" and built like a square at the moment so this did not work for me. The waist hit me at a weird spot and the heavy skirt fabric pulled down so it couldn't have been less flattering. Large size fit fine, comfy fabric with a nice sparkle for an understated look, just didn't flatter me. Waist in photo is 31, hips 40, bust 38.

I wore this for work and the length was very appropriate. I was actually surprised at how long it was (and I'm 5'9). Shorter girls beware if you don't like your dresses too long. It was super comfy, and I love the sparkle. I expected it to be too tight but it had just enough stretch to fit perfectly but not show off any curves you don't want to be seen. I'd rent again in the later fall or winter time and wear tights with it.

Really good basic sweater dress. Has a stretchy waistband, pleated skirt and the faux wrap upper part is seen shut throughout so no concerns with cleavage getting worse over the night. The fabric was starchy but soft. Wasn't the best sweater material but definitely not the worst either. Big bonus is despite the sparkly fabric, it was not itchy so yay! Great dress for holidays or when you want a little sparkle but still want to be really comfortable.

This Kate Spade dress is stunning in person. I love the metallic thread woven throughout, as well as the interesting texture of the skirt. At 5'6", the hem of the dress hits mid-calf; if I purchased this item, I would hem it to hit directly above the knee (as a shortened silhouette would be more flattering). I wore this dress to dinner and was complimented on it twice. Would definitely rent again!

Dress fits just right- cinches at the waist, neckline low enough to be interesting but still appropriate, length was perfect, sleeves were 3/4 length, and fabric was both elegant and comfortable. Felt like a perfect fit for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner!

Nice for a dinner or event, I think it was just a bit too long for me (I’m 5’4 and got the SR) and the pleats were too much on my curvy bottom. I didn’t end up wearing, but it was a great dress if you’re not too curvy on the bottom and looking to dress things up.
