My pictures don't do this justice, but it's adorable. Flattering, comfortable, perfect with jeans for a casual work environment or dinner party, but I'm sure it could easily pair well with dress pants. I definitely want to rent this again. One thing to note -- needs a strapless bra if you don't want the straps to show.

This shirt is wonderful!! I was concerned it would be too tight, however I found it to be loose. I usually wear a 16W & have a large bust. This shirt was loose on neck, arms were fine and fit well. Was not tight at all, but not too loose that it was unflattering. I got a ton of compliments- my husband said to buy it immediately!! Felt very pretty in it. Dressed it down w jeans & heels for a dinner in the village in nyc. Was perfect !!

I adore this top. The detail at the top really pops and I got plenty of compliments. I usually wear a Large and Medium was available and I took the chance. Glad I did and M fit perfectly. High end look and feel.

Please please rent this top!! It is SO elegant and flirty and cute all at the same time. I paired this with black jeans and boots and loved going out to dinners. This top is truly a statement piece and I received so many compliments and felt great in it. Very comfortable too!

This is the perfect shirt for a date night, or even under a blazer for work. (I wore it for both of those!!) it's loose and flowy, which is nice. Probably could've gotten away with a smaller size, but will definitely be ordering again!

Loved the lace pattern on the top and how flowy the rest of the shirt was. Would have preferred the neck area to be more tight, but it was roomy enough to be comfortable for everyone. Definitely a dressy top that you can play up or down.

I wore this to work, to dinner, out at night. Probably the most I've ever worn an item from RTR. I'll definitely rent again and probably buy it. It's not form fitting. Order your true size so it doesn't "eat your armpits"- but expect a loose fitting blouse.

I love this top so much, I'm tempted to keep it! It's such a classic black top with a little bit of flare. The neck wasn't tight or itchy, the sleeves were flattering (and hid any imperfections around my armpit), and unlike most shells, it wasn't obviously baggy even though it wasn't fitted. I wore this for a Florence and the Machine concert and will definitely get another wear out of it before I send it back!

Beautiful top...lace makes you feel special. Wore it to work with patterned dress pants, then out to work after. I would love it with a pair of jeans! IF it was a little less expensive I might have bought it. Great basic black piece to have in your wardrobe. Only complaint is that it does make the neck feel a little constricted...but it was worth it for the look. Highly recommend!

It's definitely on the looser side, I likely could have sized down and either size would have worked great. The detail around the neck and shoulders is beautiful and I received a ton of compliments. I wore this to sing at an event and even with lights and cameras no one noticed I had a regular bra on and the nude straps wren't visible through the lace. The only con to this top is you couldn't put on a cardigan or light jacket over it, the ruffles at the shoulders make for an awkward lumpy mess. On it's own though it's awesome - will definitely rent again!

I love this shirt! I was a little apprehensive because some reviews said it was a little tight in the chest, and I have a full bust. I did not have this problem, though. The shirt fit perfectly, and was very slimming. I got so many compliments all night!
