I love this fun work dress. It is flattering and modest enough to teach in. The length is just above the knee, and, while it is a v-neck, it covers everything. The ruffle makes their plaid dress playful and fun.

Used this dress to take new headshots in for work and loved how it fit! Tight in all the right places. Felt amazing!

I wore this dress a couple of times, both on it's own and with a black blazer, and it was everything I had hoped for--feminine, professional, and comfortable. I did wear a cami underneath just make sure that my stomach didn't show, since there is a little bit of a gap like can be found in a wrap dress. All in all, I loved this!

Cute dress, not quite as plain as you might think. I notice it's not just gray, there's a hint of blue in the plaid, nice surprise. Cute cut, fits well all around. Current size is size 10 and this dress seems true to size.

I was able to stop by the store and try some of these dresses on and the staff there was incredible! So helpful.

Fit was perfect- a little loose for me but I could tell a six would have been too snug on my rib cage. Received tons of compliments on it. Loved this dress.

This dress fit very well and was surprisingly comfortable. The fabric is a nice, year-round weight--not too hot, not too cold and it was decent quality. I don't think I'd rent it again, just because it was a bit too flouncy for me. It's definitely work appropriate, just not quite my style. But I can recommend it if you're looking for something a bit different and fun.

Rent this! It's absolutely perfect for fall. The cut of the dress is so flattering. It hugs all the right places, while remaining conservative. The heavier weight material with no sleeves makes it a nice transition piece. The skirt has a nice kick to it as you move. This was a tough one to send back. I REALLY wanted to keep it.

I really liked this dress. It was fun and cute, and I felt good in it. It did show lots of boob, so I had to pin it for work. I'd say it fits tts. Would rent again.

Really cute dress. I didn't end up wearing it this time but will rent it for another time. I didn't give it 5 stars because pops open in the front.

This dress was comfortable and fit great but wasn't my favorite. The print is a plaid with navy stripes (I thought they were black) and just seemed like something you would see anywhere. It wasn't a "stand out" dress by any means but it did have a nice fit. I sat through 6 hours of meetings and it was quite comfortable but not sure I'll rent again since it wasn't very unique.

This dress has a ruffle on either side of the top- the one I received is missing a few stitches attaching part of the ruffle on one side. This didn't really bother me. While the dress is cute, I think I should have sized down for a more flattering look because the A line cut is forgiving in the hips and legs.

I wore this to the office and a dinner with partners. It was conservative in terms of the material and plaid pattern, yet fun with the ruffles and cut. Also feminine in the cut, so makes the plaid have flare. Great work dress.

I do like this dress and it's well made and designed. However, I'm 5'4" and it would work better on someone who is at least 3 inches taller-definitely not a good choice for anyone shorter than me.

This dress runs large and doesn't have much structure, which made it look not so great on me. I do Love the color and pattern, and the ruffle gives some visual appeal.

I wanted to love this but I've gained some weight and while I have 2 other Kate Spade dresses I love in this size, this particular dress barely zipped up. I wore it with a slimmer underneath, but could not wait to take it off. It was a little short, too.
