Can be worn off the shoulder or ON the shoulder your could prob get away without a bra if you're small chested it's pretty billowy

This top just screams summer. It was very cute, easy to wear, and true to size. The material was a little more stiff than I was anticipating. It is not particularly flowing.

It does wrinkle easily but otherwise was a great fit and got lots of compliments

Fun summer top that I wore to a Rosé wine tasting party. I paired it with heels and champagne heels that perfectly matched the champagne stripes on the shirt.

It does run large. I should have gotten an XS but the small is fine - just has some extra fabric but still flattering bc off the shoulder so doesn't make you look bigger. Does wrinkle so need to iron if wearing more than once. Super cute with the Zac Posen bag that I rented with it.

Fits well. Gorgeous colors. The fabric is too hard, and has no mobility. Was like having a paper bag as shirt.

The material was stiff and made this look boxy; I couldn't raise my arms at all without the elastic jumping off my shoulders. So ultimately, it stayed at home when I left for vacation.

Wore with a strapless bra and jean shorts. Casual, nice colors. Easy to wear.

This shirt is a great color for summer and stays in place reasonably well. However, it runs very large, and the material is quite stiff, so those two things plus the fact that the stripes are vertical made me look exactly like a circus tent. Definitely size down if you want to give it a try.

Awkward fit ... not flattering. Bulky and stiff.

Top was fun for a spring night. Needed to keep pulling the sleeves down to keep them low on my shoulders. Also, the ruffle would blow up when the wind caught it. Although cute, it needed way more adjusting than it should have. It is also billowy, so not overly flattering. It's whimsical though.

Never wore this shirt- too stiff and frumpy for me...

Sent it back because the fabric was stiff cotton and not flattering. Bottom part of the shirt was short and very boxy.
