A lot of reviews on here say that the waist is odd. It isn't! I think it's just closer to an empire waist than a natural waist, and it's designed for taller women. I'm 5'9" and thought the fit was perfection. I would have bought the bottom hem were finished, but it isn't, and it's already fraying a little. SUCH a cute print though!!!

I love this dress! Everything about it! It sometimes gets a bit warm, but this was mostly welcome, in the office where I work. The pattern is fun and fresh, the dress is lined and well-constructed, and it is incredibly appropriate for work.

This dress is a great cut and a fun print. I sized up because of the buttons in the front and it fit perfectly.

I loved the bold print and the movement of the skirt. A fun update to a classic style. Perfect for my conservative, business casual office. Dress was slightly loose at the waist, but fit everywhere else (not uncommon on my hourglass frame). Will rent again!

Fit nicely

This is an amazing dress for any time of year. The fabric is light enough for a hot, summer day, but could easily transition into a fall or winter piece with the addition of a cardigan. The print is vibrant and cute. The material doesn't wrinkle easily. (I wore it twice while traveling for work and didn't have to iron it.) And it's long enough for tall girls to feel comfortable wearing in conservative settings. I will definitely rent this again.

Loved the style, color & pattern. Perfect for a day that was scheduled with back to back client meetings. Received a ton of compliments throughout the day, felt stylish yet professionally dressed. Length was very appropriate for a business setting. The only thing I wasn't too fond of was the high waistline. Might sit lower/closer too waistline with smaller busts, not sure. Enjoyed wearing it but won't rent again because of the high waist, it felt a bit awkward and wasn't that flattering in that area.

I'm 3 months post partum and got this for work so i could pump easily. The silhouette is classic and made me feel feminine and confident. The print is just OK. The fabric is medium thickness and a bit heavy. I added a belt for waist definition. Probably wouldn't rent again because I've had so many other dresses i likes more but this was good enough. Normally a size 6 and got the 8 because it's Kate spade. Probably could have squeezed into a 6 but it was good to have added comfort.

I'm a big fan of this type of dress, but unfortunately this Kate Spade piece didn't fit my body type as well as Tory Burch dresses. Whether the torso was cut short or just couldn't accommodate a larger chest, the band that should have been at my waist was resting way too high and it made the dress look odd and made lifting my arms up difficult. I won't be renting again

Not my fav Kate Spade. Not much structure, not very flattering, and a bit of an awkward length. I'd usually be a 6 in an A line dress, but knowing Kate Spade runs big, I wish I'd sized down to a 4.

This dress was comfortable and cute. I am usually a 0/2 and got the 2 which was a little loose. The 0 would have fit better. I got many compliments and it's professional yet could be dressed down with a belt or sandals.

I didn't love this dress. The dress is made really well and the sizing is spot on. But it very full skirted which I didn't find very flattering.

I'm in between a 2 and a 4, and the 4 was a bit big on me, particularly on top since I'm pretty straight and narrow. The waistband sits high (just below ribs). Could transition well to cooler weather with tights. Nice conservative dress.

I thought the fit was really great. Wish I had sizes up a little so it could fall lower on my waist. The 6 was pushing it a little bit... the pleats are super pleated and the dress is perfect for twirling! I wore to work on my birthday to feel a little special .

Very pretty dress with a vibrant pattern that drew lots of compliments. Being pear shaped, I likely could have sized down as the top was pretty roomy in my normal size but lots of room in the hips. Wore with black tights and knee length boots for a good fall look.

good fit and comfortable

The dress doesn't have any stretch to it so it was a little tight on me. It technically fit around my body but not in a flattering way. I'm sort of built like a brick, even when I'm not carrying any extra weight my waist and hips are about the same measurement. This dress would flatter someone more curvy than I am, the waist is petite and the top has room.

I love this dress! The colors are amazing. The skirt has enough flare to make the dress aline, but subtle enough that it isn't overpowering. Even with the long sleeves, the dress is lightweight and I was comfortable all day (though my office is always cold). I received countless compliments all day. I am seriously tempted to purchase this dress. That being said, because it is Kate Spade the fit is a little tight. If I would have worn a size up, it would have been too large. So I managed with the tightness anytime I lifted my arms up.

I got this to wear at work on Valentines day. Great pattern and great quality. I usually wear a 4 but i know to size up with kaye spade. Good thing too as my bust would have been too much for this dress.

I wore this to work and it was fabulous. It's super light and easy to wear. The Size 2 was a perfect fit. The pattern is fun. I would definitelt rent this again.

I thought this looked a bit dowdy until I dressed it up with a black blazer and red flats.

The fit is okay but it was really slim in my waist and normally a 4 fits no problem. I could still wear the dress and got compliments on it, but by lunch i needed to unzip the side to breathe. Also, it made my hips look wider, but because the middle was squeezing my waist I kind of liked the intensified "hourglass" look.
