Guys. This dress is even 100 times more adorable in person. Seriously. I rented it as a fun piece, one of those "I wouldn't normally buy something like this, but would be fun to rent". I never want to return it. It's fun and whimsical without being over the top. I wore it to work and even an unexpected meeting, and it worked great in all environments. I do think it runs a little large, a might have been able to go a sizedown depending on how the buttons worked with being chesty. As spring gets closer and everyone is tired of the cold and drab, this is the PERFECT work outfit to add some fun, and smiles to yours and your coworkers faces.

Rented this for work and everyday wear and I'm in love! Not only is the print adorable I like that the belt is detachable so you can wear it with or without it. It's a great fit and TTS, maybe just a little short but other than that super cute!

Gonna buy. Super comfy, flattering, and easy to wear/style. I got TONS of compliments, especially because my workplace is dog-friendly and everyone brings their pups to work.

Love the bell sleeves that don't get in the way of doing work, or reaching for food! Works great in the winter time with leggings.

One of our dogs is a Husky mix so renting this dress was a no-brainer for me. I had to layer a heavier weight cardi on top due to December temps so unfortunately no one can see the cute sleeve detail. I also opted for flats as it's a little too short for my liking even with opaque tights. Otherwise, it's a winner!

I adore this piece so much that I'm considering buying it. The shirt dress cut is flattering on its own but the slightly flared sleeves and husky dog print make it extra adorable. Perfect length for my 5'7" frame.

LOVED this! I've always been wary of shirt dresses but the print of this one won me over... and the fit on this was so good I may try others too! I get that bathroom selfies aren't great, but you can see how nicely the material falls. I used pins between the buttons to ensure closure but was not at all worried during the work day about gaps. The bell sleeves are a great touch and there's enough construction that this really didn't feel too blousy (again, the pictures aren't the greatest!). For the next rental I might try a size down but felt the length was perfect on this so tbd!

Love it! I rented it for pediatric day at work and it went over great! It's comfortable, long enough for an office setting, and subtly FUN! (Side note: mine did not arrive with the sash-belt but it worked just fine with a belt I had at home.)

I would say this is typical sizing for a Kate Spade dress, which for me means it's a tad big (im usually between a medium and large and the medium fit very comfortably to a little big). My only complaint is that i thought the belt that comes with the dress made it kind of look like a bath robe. I subbed in my own skinny black patent leather belt.

As a dog lover, this dress was perfectly suited for me! Very cute design, bell sleeves and comfortable fabric. It runs large and you definitely need the belt to cinch it at the waist (I almost missed the belt at first - they put it in a separate pouch in the garment bag, FYI). Will definitely rent again, perhaps in XS next time.

I absolutely adored this dress. I have an awkwardly long torso so it fit more like an oversized shirt, but i have the same trouble with many dresses. The material is soft and comfortable. I loved the husky print. I received lots of compliments. I'll definitely rent again. Wish i could have bought it.

I got this to try for work! Its super comfortable and feels very lux. I got 372992 compliments for this dress during work. Note: RTR let me know before they sent this out that there was not belt-- so its not pictured. I did a simply black tie one and it did wonders as well!

Love the shirtdress look. Fabric was not see through. Print was super cute. I would rent again. Paired with boots because its chilly in the mornings in AZ but could easily be worn with heels or flats for a more casual look.

I love this dress, I don't want to return it. Fun print, bell sleeves that are just the right length and a great shape once you cinch at the waist with the cloth belt or your own. Fit true to size for me and didn't pull or gape at the chest.

This was a cute, casual dress. I wore it to work on a day I did not have anything going on. It was pretty short on me, but I am 5'11" so that is not surprising. The sleeves were a cute detail. The dress fit large, but I think that was the idea. It is a perfect dress to wear on a "fat" day. Another cute KS everyday dress.

Cute fun print. Super comfortable. It came with matching belt, but the dress doesn't have belt-loops so you can wear without too. I liked it better on me without the belt. Reminded me of nightwear overall though, except for the flouncy sleeves.

This is a nice, comfortable dress that is classic in style, but with a twist thanks to the print on the material. I opted to wear with leggings, even though perhaps not the best look, since I was going to be running around and getting up and down a lot on windy day. However, it is certainly long enough to be work appropriate (at least if you are average height) in normal circumstances.

The print is cute and the fit is comfortable. My husband teased me a little - he thought the print was a bit juvenile, but for everyday wear, it's fine. I thought it looked best styled with stockings and booties.

The print is absolutely adorable and the dress is very comfortable. I was disappointed that it did not come with the belt as pictured though. This dress runs fairly large, so if you are on the very petite side, this may not work for you.

I rented this dress for my family holiday gathering. I liked it initally because of the adorable print. When the dress came in the mail, I was a little turned off by the bell sleves- but wearing it, it was much more of an understated look than I first thought. Its cute and flattering.

The little pup print looks just like my dog so of course I was so eager to rent this dress ASAP and probably buy it, I thought! It was always sold out so I knew it would be amazing, so I thought. It's shapeless and lifeless on me and if it didn't have the cute pups all over it I would not even like it. Maybe I would try a smaller size and it'd look less like a sack? Either way, this one is going straight back without even being worn cause it makes me feel frumpy, bummer! I wanted to love it!

I loved this dress and so did everyone else. It was easy to wear and flattering. Plus, the print is great!

There are not loops for the belt so that's a bit free form. I didn't mind at all because I like that it sat at my waist; however, this did cause the dress to billow up above the belt a bit and shorten so watch out for that.

I love this dress so much! I've thought about purchasing it several times. The wrong belt arrived in my shipment so I wore the dress without the belt and it looked flowy & cute. I paired it with black tights and boots. It is a great dress. Great fabric, fit, & style.
