When I first held this dress up to the light, I thought there was no way it wasn't going to be completely see-through. But it is lined with the same fabric so you see the same print coming through- I was able to wear without a slip or anything! Length and fit was great- love the button detail up the front.

I had to pin this up top and put a cardigan over. I can’t tell if this dress is a busty girl’s bff or worst nightmare because it did edge a bit low cut. I loved it for an everyday cute dress with white sneakers but you could wear this to brunch, a spring luncheon, tea, so many occasions. Versatile and the pattern is SO pretty. Rent it!

I absolutely loved this dress! I have olive skin, and did not find issue with the see-through aspect. It was not see-through for me, personally. It IS low cut, and I taped the dress to my chest for insurance, but I didn't really have to. It is a gorgeous dress and versatile.

Perfect Meet the Parents dress, ladies! So darling, light and airy with a double layer for modesty in the lower half. I would wear this all summer! All of the cute, tiny buttons are operable and it was sexy but understated.

Love this dress - have rented it a few times in different sizes as I lost weight. The sleeves are elastic, which I like because I feel The Kooples tends to squeeze my arms. But I don't know if it was supposed to have a liner but it is definitely see through. Good thing no one was on the street!

Incredibly flattering and elegant. I've never gotten more compliments. The shoulder pads are a nice touch, as are the buttons. Can be worn to work or dressed up.

Fit perfectly. I love the stretchy sleeves because sometimes sleeves are too tight on me! DEFINITELY needed a slip underneath. Got tons of compliments!

Loved this dress. Feminine and flattering cut. Pretty print and color. Good length for tall. I had to pin top as too low cut but fit perfectly elsewhere. The dress is lined except the top-half of the back. I could wear without a bra so it didn't bother me that the back was fairly sheer, but if you wear a bra you would see the outline at the back. I wore with the shoulder pads but they are removable. Zips up the back so don't have to deal with the buttons down front.

I only wore this to work but it would be great for a spring/summer occasion. I wore a tank underneath but could've done without if not at work. The floral pattern is so pretty, and something about the flow of the dress was so gorgeous - I felt very elegant while I walked! Definitely runs large since I usually rent a 4 at the very smallest and more often a 6.

This dress was really pretty and perfect for Easter brunch. It's pretty sheer, so I put a nude slip underneath. I also put a safety pin at the top of the neckline because it was just a tiny bit too deep. I was worried about the sleeves (I have bigger arms), but they're elastic- yay! I ordered the size that was suggested (the 2) but probably could have even gone done one. I didn't mind the extra room, though. The fabric is so light and airy. I would definitely rent this again for a wedding or outdoor event.

I liked wearing this cute spring dress, but it was a lot of cleavage - had to wear something underneath.

Neckline is very low and I wore a bralette/ camisole under it. The back was also low so it was a bit awkward.

Absolute spring perfection! I wore this dress for Easter, and received so many compliments. I’ve gained weight recently, and always feel self conscious, but not in this dress! I read all the reviews, and noted that wearing a slip was recommended but forgot to order one, and in the South Florida heat it was perfectly fine to wear the dress without one. Yes, the dress is a bit sheer, but I just wore nude-colored underwear and no bra, and it was fine and not overly revealing. I wore this dress to church and to a formal Easter lunch and I felt very comfortable, feminine, and beautiful! The colors of the florals and the slightly puffed sleeves are my favorite part of this dress. Don’t hesitate to rent this. It’s so perfect that I might consider buying it!

This dress is very sexy and flirty - be warned it is very low cut so you will have to adjust undergarments accordingly.

Wore to my daughter's college graduation. Nice material for a sunny day. Very low cut. I'm 5'4", 145 lbs, 36B. 3R fit perfectly but found a lovely bush camisole to wear underneath.

The material is very thin, it is light. I am fairly small chested and while it would have been ok not to wear a bra, I would have felt more comfortable in a bra, so since its low cut I did wear a cami - still looked great like others pictured. I am 5'2" #170, and am curvy and with a cami and spanks I loved the look of this dress. Of course it was a little long but, story of my life. Beautiful and would get it again for any other occasion.

The reviews are beyond accurate - this dress is extremely sheer. You need a slip underneath it. And your slip needs to have a deep v-neck. It's super cute, but didn't end up wearing it because I didn't have a slip to work.

If you're between sizes, I'd size down (I am a 10, and rented the 4, but would have been happier in the 3). I dressed it up with heels for an Easter celebration and then dressed it down with a jean jacket and knee high leather boots and got tons of compliments both times. I did find it to be low cut and wore a cami underneath, but if I weren't a suburban mom, I'd probably have just gone with showing some skin. I probably would have bought this, but the nearly $600 retail price is sort of insane-- while I felt pretty in it, it's not THAT much different than a dress you'd find at a Marshall's type store for a fraction of the price (e.g., the bottom hem was puckered, which could be from it having been rented a lot, or just not great craftsmanship).

Lovely dress. Perfect for Easter or Mother’s Day or anything feminine and not-an-ounce-edgy. Very slim through waist. Bounteous buttons down front felt onerous until dramatic discovery of zipper down back. Hoping RTR folks will notice the poor placement of their tag right in the middle of the sheer fabric front of the dress - making the dress completely unwearable.

The dress fit well in the waist and hem but the upper part was too long, making the chest more revealing than it should've been. I'm already a busty person but I wouldn't even be able to use tape with it because the shoulders were so big that the top kept flopping open. It's a shame because it's a pretty dress, just didn't work for my shape

I was hoping to wear this to a bridal shower wear we were all supposed to wear pink, but was this strange mix of a super prim print, but very low cut with a very high slit at the front and very sheer.

This is a beautiful but thin/sheer fabric that is very flattering. Fit true to size (I'm normally a 2, wore a 1R). I didn't end up wearing it because it was so low cut and there was a small hole in the one that I received, but I think it would look great with a bralette or nude slip underneath.

I love the print and the flowy chiffon fabric, but it's very sheer. You definitely need a slip with it. the zipper sort of pokes out at the bottom on the one I had. Not sure if all sizes do this, but mine did. It was a little loose, so maybe if it was tighter, it wouldn't do that. I still loved it though!

Dress is super cute and comfortable. I highly recommend wearing a slip under the dress, it is a bit see through. In addiiton to that, it is a bit low cut so be aware of the bra / slip you are wearing.

I sized up to fit my chest and ended up having to wear a tube tube underneath. But I got so many compliments, it fit like a dream, felt great!

So comfortable and so beautiful! This dress is slightly larger than other The Kooples dresses I have rented in the past. Erring on the conservative side, I sized up after a disastrous rental with their white eyelet dress last week. I rented the 2R and it was ample everywhere but it didn't look or feel giant on me. I wore it once already and I am saving it for Easter Sunday.
