Flowy! (But wrinkly)
Great skirt that sits on natural waist. The material is lovely and flows so nicely but after sitting for a while I got some serious lap wrinkles. The length and ruffles are adorable and the color was super pair-able. Wore with a yellow T-shirt and then again with a black onesie. So cute!
