I was worried about the reviews saying itvwas too thivk etc. Its definitely a coat meant for outside, but i had no problem hanging out in it all day inside snd out. It runs small (i usually wear a medium, and the large fot like a glove. I wouldnt be able to wear a thicker shirt/sweater underneath, but it looks great with a tshirt! I do smell the soap, but i love how this looks/feels so much that i dont care. Currently figuring out how to justify purchasing it!

Normally, I don't mind the RTR scent, but this was very powerful on a jacket that's supposed to be leather. It was overpowering for me. Also the material is very shiny so not sure it's actual leather. The fit is also pretty snug for a S. I would go with M if you want to layer.

Fit is comfy, leather is a little too crinkled and shiny for me, but other than that I really liked it! It's warm and stylish and I think it fits exactly true to size. I even wore it on the plane and I was comfortable. Need a leather jacket? Can't go wrong with this one!

This is very bulky jacket, also with a square cut that doesn't do you any favors if you have any broadness in your shoulders. I'm usually a size M, but only L was available so I went with it. I would not have been able to wear the M given how snugly the L fit me.

Simple styling, quality leather, the arms were just a tad too tight through the sleeve, unlayered.

Sleeves are a tad bit short but the jacket fits and looks great with everything!

Loved the coat but it was a little bulky on me, just not as flattering as I had wanted it to be.

My broad shoulders and arms could not make this work. I could put it on, but honestly I like to move around and I am no longer in my 20s when I made really crazy outfits work all the time. This would look great on someone with trim arms and shoulders. And there is no stretch so I would size up if you are concerned about being big boned or athletic or bigger on top. It is edgy, so if you just want a simple leather jacket, this is not for you. It's super hip, think Rolling Stones, an intimate late night concert, skinny jeans or wide leg pants...

Very heavy leather and really warm which was nice. I marked true to size as it fits how I would expect an XS from a designer to fit which is SMALLER than a retail brand (this XS would be like an XXS from somewhere like JCrew). The sleeves were snug so if you want this for layering (I had to wear something sleeveless to make it comfortable) definitely go up a size. That said, pockets were great and the leather was so very soft and the slightly worn in look was great.

Liked the look of the jacket but overall was kinda thick for everyday wear. Also, belt did not come with order.

Arms were so tiny. I am a slightly broad, but skinny gal and this wasn't even close to fitting. Definitely go up a size. The leather was a dream though. Wish it fit better

Runs small

I usually wear at 10 but got the xtra large after seeing it was snug on others. Good job I did, it fit perfectly. I did have to take it off during a theater performance because the smell was SO STRONG. It arrived missing the belt at bottom and the zippers have been warn, this jacket has obviously been in the rotation a while. I was glad to wear it twice, but surprised at how warn it was.

The jacket was gorgeous and the leather was super soft. It's quite heavy and would definitely be good for a cold day or else you're going to break a serious sweat. The fit is quite narrow so if you're like me and you're busty and/or have broad shoulders, size up if you're able. Unfortunately this jacket didn't work for me. I would say it fit more like a snug L or loose M.

Great fit, perfect for a downtown club. Did not use because it was so warm with thick lining. Real biker look.

This jacket was REALLY thick and heavy. Perfect for winter but definitely not spring in sunny SoCal.

RTR has a great selection of leather jackets, so when compared to others, this one is kind of blah. It's actually slightly heavy and warm, so you cannot really wear inside. For the retail cost, it just is kind of boring and doesn't have that 'pop' or 'wow' factor.

Didn't ever wear it out of the house bc the jacket was rather bulky. I wanted it to be a slim fit, but it has more lining- I'm sure it would be warmer, but that's not what I was looking for.

I loved the look of this jacket, but it was so snug that it was uncomfortable. I actually ended up carrying it for most of the evening.

Unfortunately this runs very small. As a 36B, with long arms I found it very uncomfortable and was unable to wear it.

IT looks good. It's semi heavy quality. so it's not a light jacket.. better for cooler days

I rented this to wear over a dress for a party. It is super edgy which I normally like, but this looks like a literal biker's jacket , not nods at one. The leather is nice quality and it is lined, which made it warm but it made me feel bulky. I barely wore it since we didn't go outside much at the party but i wouldn't rent it again. I did order a size up too based on other reviews and that worked out!
