Runs wayyy small. I read the other reviews that gave this heads up, and so ordered a medium and large, being confident the medium would be fine. (I'm usually a small or medium, size 4 or 6.) But whoa the M was way too small and so I wore the L. That said, the L did fit perfectly and I felt fantastic all evening.

This dress was different and attracted lots of compliments. I loved the midi kick hem. 4 stars because this dress did run small (the medium would have been wearable if I didn't want to dance or sit down.) overall loved this rental- I was sad to return!

This dress made me feel glamorous but was still so comfortable! I danced and got some great photos with friends and my wedding date. I loved the length and the cute sleeves. I rarely wear black but this was so interesting and feminine that I loved it!

This was the only full length pic I had of myself in the dress (sorry, it's awful!). Loved the dress, received compliments the whole day/night. I chose the medium, I thought it ran a little small (130/5'6) - it was pretty tight, didn't wear a bra with it to make it less tight. It's a very interesting dress, loved the detail, pretty flattering too. Totally recommend!

Form fitting but true to size. Elegant for black tie wedding. Flattering for a woman with curves but small waist.

I wore this to a rehearsal dinner for a wedding. I was nervous, as there were no other reviews to help! The dress fit fine, but was a little loose at the bottom (which made it look a little baggy and wrinkly in photos). Otherwise, the dress was gorgeous, comfortable, and unique. I did not need to wear a bra under this dress.

I have an athletic frame and wore the large. It fit nicely but is definitely a form-fitting dress. I received tons of compliments all night, very happy with my choice!

So many compliments throughout the night! Fit great. Mermaid style- fits more snug around the hips and thighs had to go up a size. Medium instead of small!

Great dress for a black tie optional wedding. Formal, but not over or under dressed. I wore the XSR because I was in a total pinch and I tried it on at the store. It was definitely small (because I never wear XS). But I got tons of compliments! Great rent for the price.

Loved the style of this dress! I was told I was "best dressed" at the wedding. My only complaint is that the lining along the front lower abdomen of the dress made an unnatural "poof". I have a slim waistline and flat abdomen, but unfortunately the seams on bilateral sides of the abdomen of the dress made my lower abdomen look like it was protruding! Other than that very picky critique, the dress was a show stopper.

The dress is tighter around the hips but truly fit like a glove. Because of the sheer bottom, it was a little more difficult to dance in that a typical dress, but the overall look made up for it. People complimented the dress throughout the night and loved how unique and formal it was. The back seam of the dress is a bit funky, as others mentioned, but I wasn't too bothered by it. I wish there was a little more give in the dress under the bust, but overall, the fit was fine, comfortable and the neckline was very flattering. Would recommend having Static Guard on hand with this one though!

Beautiful dress!! One of a kind. Felt glamorous. Best part is that the dress is the show stopper so I left my hair in a simple bun. It runs on the small side. No give. So size up if you can.

Kind of hard to dance in, not the most flattering fit on the tummy (if you've got one) I'm a little curvy- in certain angles I thought the dress was so flattering then in photos maybe not so much. This is definitely meant for thin girls but I managed to squeeze into the large and have an amazing night.

The dress looks amazing in person, I received a ton of compliments. It was a little tight around the waist , so I went up to the large instead of medium. Beautiful intricate lace pattern- loved the see through areas, skirt flare and shoulder ruffles. I am 5'11" flat foot. Would considering purchasing!

There is a strange seem down the back of the dress starting right on your rear end. Not sure if it was just my dress or all of them, but I didn't end up wearing the dress.

I didn't end up wearing this because the back seam was so terrible. Literally starts right in the middle of your butt crack. Can't imagine wearing this anywhere. And the model photo doesn't show this seam at all!

Hard to move in it. But, it looks amazing! So worth it.

This dress was really pretty, I got lots of compliments. The dress fit well, I wore the size medium. Only criticism was that it was late and had a small tear in it. RTR credited my rental back to my account which was nice.

I am 5ft 9. I weigh 160lb. I have a 34 DD bust. I ordered the dress in a medium. Because they large was not available. The bottom part fit perfectly right up to the waist but even without a bra of any kind I could I could not zip up the dress. The medium said it fit sizes 8 and 10 so I thought with me wearing a 6, that I would be good. But the medium did not fit and I have doubts as to whether the large would have fit but it would have been nice to have that option.. it was very pretty, but I was left without a dress for the Main Event.

I thought this was a super pretty dress. It was a little baggy around my rib cage so it felt a little big there. This was my back up dress and chose the other dress to wear but still loved this one! Definitely a classic dress that still feels unique and won't look like every other black dress there

So pretty but runs small in the hips. I️ have a lager butt and smaller top so the top fit great but I️ couldn't even sit the lower part of the dress is so tight and no stretch.

The skirt looks flowy but actually is tight where the seams are. Also, I wasn't able to zip it on my own as the zipper stuck in one place right in the middle of the back even though it fit fine. Looked beautiful on.

The "look" of this dress deserves a 5 star rating, but the reason I gave it a 2 is because it is very uncomfortable. The neck is very tight and it is almost impossible to move in it. I say it fits true to size simply because the rest of the dress fit my body, it wasn't tight everywhere - just in certain spots, but it felt awkward all night. I did receive many compliments, so it's worth trying, but don't expect it to be comfortable.
