I loved this blouse!! Perfect for work or cocktails. I wore it with jeans, slacks and a pencil skirt. It really looks great with everything. The stock photos look white, buts it's actually a pale pink color. I'm a bit busty too and the blouse still fit me nicely.

It fit pretty loose and I'd recommend going down a size. I was happy with the sleeves fitment... I'm 5'2" and was afraid they'd be too long but they were just right. The color was a pretty pale-pink. Great for Winter/Spring.

I length on this is short and with the decorative fabric atop the buttons, it is more flattering to wear untucked like the model. However, I wore this tucked with a long pencil skirt and heels and still looked great.

Nice fit and very pretty shirt. Great for my formal office and then out to dinner for my boyfriend's birthday. Will definitely rent again

I love this shirt with a blazer on. The front ruffle makes it almost look like a tie so it is very cute if you're going for a business formal look. I had a trip to my HQ and this was a big hit.

Loved the fabric and the draping in the front. Worked great with a blazer or alone with jeans. Not very long in the torso (best for average torso IMO.)

Very pretty pale pink color and nice fabric. I'm used to having issues with button-up tops gaping around the bust, but this one had a pretty loose cut. The sleeves were a tad short on my long arms.

It's a great cut and length for me since I have a little extra weight around my midsection. I love the flounce. It was so feminine without being girly. It was sophisticated and sexy. LOVED this shirt!

Everything fit nicely. I have long arms so I felt like the sleeves were a perfect fit at the end of my wrists. Very light and flattering. I got compliments all day!

This is a beautiful top, a bit pinker than it is in the photo (Steele Magnolia's "blush"), looks great paired with a pencil skirt or tucked into ankle pants. Only thing I would say is that it needs to be tucked in; its length/shape is a little awkward/boxy to be left untucked. The XS had plenty of room, you could probably size down.

I am petite, but have a long torso. With mid-rise Theory slacks, I felt it was too short to tuck in but not long enough to wear over my waistband.

I loved how professional I felt in this shirt. The ruffle feels like a big tie, in a good way. The arms were the perfect length on me. It was a little short in the torso. There were small holes near where the sleeve and cuff meet but not noticeable to passersby. The color of the shirt was kind of beige, not blush like another reviewer said.

I liked this shirt! It really is silk, so I'd be careful with hot beverages around it.. especially with the center fabric fold protruding. Love the high neck and the subtle classy-ness. Very very pale pink.

I got this blouse just to update my work wardrobe a bit. I felt very "put together" wearing this cute shirt. It is a little see through, so I work a tank underneath, but it still looked good with the shirt. I loved it!

I rented this shirt to wear to work. The color was beautiful and a very pale pink, so would work well with many different outfits. I didn't realize that the extra fabric was connected to the buttons, I thought it was more of tie in the front look, so I just thought it looked weird on me (I never button things up all the way to the neck). I thought the shirt was a nice material and a great color -- and will probably work for many other people. I personally didn't end up wearing it because it didn't fit my "style".

This shirt was a great, neutral color. I wore it underneath a suit and it provided a little fun design with the thing on the front. One downside about the fabric on the front was that if you wanted to unbutton it a button or two, it kind of fell to one side flat and lost it's fun look. The shirt was slightly boxy, but still nice.

Kind of a funny fit; very snug in the forearms, but broad through the body and shoulders. I wore it, but probably wouldn't rent again.

Sleeves are VERY tight. I would have tried to make it work still, but the length is such that the blouse was wide and boxing. Simply not as flattering as I hoped.
