I loved this dress! RTR sent this as a backup after my first option didn't work and I was so pleased! You can't wear a bra and I definitely had to be on watch but it was beautiful. I am small chested so was a bit big on top but still worked. The back is gorgeous as well!

This dress was even better in person! The color was a very pretty shade of blue that complemented my skin tone and the fit was perfect. I chose to pin the bodice just to ensure modesty as it was for prom (I was a chaperone) and so I didn't want to take any chances that it might show more than intended. Other than that, it was a gorgeous dress that I'd rent again for sure!

The top of the dress was a bit large on me and required some pins and body tape to stay in place, but overall I was really happy with the fit of this dress!

I love the color and lines of this dress! I wear a size 8 but needed to size up to the large to fit my athletic legs and hips.

I rented this to wear to a Broadway show. It was longer on me than on the picture, and I am not that short (5'5"). It was also much more low cut than the picture shows It draped differently. I had to safety pin it. But it was a pretty color.

This dress is gorgeous. Eventually it was just $16 to purchase. I didn't do it because while it was great for the event I didn't love the extra seam that's quite awkward at the hips. You can see it in the photo I've attached. So while super affordable, this wasn't worth the closet real estate to me given this design flaw.

I absolutely loved and recommend this dress! The back was stunning and I loved the "cowl" like front. I did have to keep a close eye on the girls when sitting down for dinner, though. No bra needed. It was a little on the tight side especially when sitting, so if you are nervous about sizing or plan on sitting a good amount in this dress, I would size up.

One of my top RTR rentals of all time. I felt amazing in this dress. It's a bit tight in the tummy (no stretch) and although the cut is low it didn't feel inadequate for my large bust. The color was stunning for my skin tone and hair color. Wish I could buy this!

This dress was true to size. It is a little low in front but it falls nicely and covers everything. It was the perfect mix of classy and sexy. The back is very pretty but I didn't take a picture of it.

The dress was great! The top was a bit large (because I'm a 30G I thought that was strange) and the bottom extremely fitted but with a few safety pins it fit perfectly.

The dress fit perfectly, true to size. I'm 5'3, 129 lbs and a 34C. Couldn't wear a bra, but used pasties and it was perfect!

I am 5'3 and 120. It was a little tight on my booty but the small was wayyyyy too big.

I went with the size Small. The x-small was just a little too snug for comfort around my thighs while standing. I didn't have to use double sided tape as others did. It covered the chest area just fine. I however, did get a little nervous when sitting down but I made due. I'd rent it again.

I loved this dress. Definitely needs a little sticky tape on the top but I loved it. The color was beautiful, the plunge was perfect and the side slit was sexy! Definitely recommend!

I loved this dress and it fit like a glove. The color was a deep teal and the material was very light. The top is difficult to wear a bra with but the material is thick enough you don't really need one. The back is really gorgeous too and I got a lot of compliments.

I loved wearing this dress. It's a great mix of conservative and sexy. The front is very open - I safety pinned it to be sure it wouldn't flop open. I also wore the small instead of the XS. I think the waist on the XS was too small so the whole dress rode up and the top part was too loose both front and back.

I would have bought this dress if it were a better fit for me. Unfortunately, the waist was an inch or two higher than where mine is thanks to my long torso. If you are of normal proportions, give it a go!

The dress was beautiful. The color was a unique blue. The only problem was I needed to size up for my hips and ended up having too much room up top and on my waist. Other than that it was great! I ended up not wearing a bra even though I'm a 32 DDD.

The dress runs a little small (I feel). I'm pretty tall but still generally wear mediums. However, I ordered the large as my backup size and ended up wearing it because the medium was kind of tight around my hips. But it was great. I got lots of compliments on cut and color. I did end up using fashion tape to keep the neckline in place (there is a high risk of accidental front and side cleavage/wardrobe malfunction). Also the neckline renders a necklace unnecessary. So I just wore some big gold earrings. Overall, I would strongly recommend this dress!

This dress is a really beautiful blue color that would be flattering on lots of people. I sized up to medium and was glad I did as the bottom was snug. The top was overall too large for someone my high. I pinned it the next to hole up the material but didn't have to pin or take anywhere else. I just wore petals underneath. It's a beaut dress and although made for taller people can work on shorter people as well.

I am 5’11” and general wear a medium. This dress was very flattering, and I received numerous compliments all night, but it was quite tight through the hips. There’s no stretch to the dress, so it’s fine while standing, but not great for sitting through a wedding. Before and after the wedding was great. It looked good in photos, and I danced the night away. Just a little snug through the hips, which is not usually a problem for me.

I loved the halter and the back. The bottom was a bit tight through my hips. I'm definitely smaller up top. My husband loved it! And I got many compliments on the pretty color.

First time using RTR! I'm around 5'6", 128#, 32C. I usually wear a size 4. I ended up going with the medium instead of the small - the top on the small fit great but the dress was too tight on my hips. The medium fit better in the hips but the top could have been a tad smaller. Double sided tape is your best friend for this dress!

I've never worn a size large anything, but was so glad the reviews were true and prompted me to order a large as my second size. I'm typically a small 8, but if I were any bigger, even the large wouldn't have fit me! Although I have hips, my chest is small. In order to fit into the bottom of the dress, I ended up swimming in the top. This was easily fixed by taping the sides. I didn't wear a bra, which made up for the odd sizing of the dress. This was breezy and carefree on top and I got tons of compliments. Perfect length, as the back and top reveal some skin. I wouldn't rent this again, as I prefer my dresses to grow with me. This one was NOT stretchy, but I knew that going in. Would recommend for someone only if they have small hips.

I really liked the dress style, it's color, and it's length but there were a few slightly funky things about the cut. There was a random seam at the waist that caused some bunching and it was definitely cut tight around the hips. I loved how the top of the dress was cut though because I'm a 34D and didn't have to wear a bra but still felt secure and supported which never happens! Overall I was happy with the dress.

I loved this dress. It was very tight around my ribcage. I was a little worried because I have a bigger bust and wore not tape, however this is a dress that needs a bigger bust to keep the dress in place. Tons of compliments, I would definitely wear it again.

I was a little nervous to rent this dress because of many reviews commenting on the weird fit of the top of the dress. I ordered an XS and S (I usually wear an XS). The XS actually fit really great. The top was not too big or baggy. I did ultimately safety pin it in a few spots to make it hang the way I wanted and to not let it cut too low as I was going to a work event. It was a little tight on my butt, but I usually have this problem. I wore a bra that is meant to be worn with low-back dresses, but you could definitely wear it without a bra. I felt great in this dress and got a ton of compliments. It was ultimately very flattering and the color and cut (especially the back) is very unique. I did try on the small that I ordered as a backup and it was way too big on me and the chest was really really big- so I'm glad I was able to fit into the XS as I think it is a little more proportionally cut than the small.

Beautiful dress! I'm usually a size 4 and ordered both the small and medium. Ended up wearing the medium as it was a snug fit with no stretch. Renting it again.

Tight in the hips in medium but too large up top with large. No give whatsoever in hips as others have stated. If you're more curvy with a long torso you may struggle as I did. Still beautiful and no regrets but I wouldn't rent it again, though I would try the designer again as the style and quality were top notch. Had to pull up over hips to sit down and cover slit area with my scarf to be sure it wouldn't tear!

I ordered small but ended up wearing the back up size medium. The buttons around the neck are hard to unfasten. I was able to go braless with no fashiontape, because the top draped perfectly. I felt comfortable and sophisticated.

Loved this dress! Beautiful material and a classy length. I didn't have to worry about finding jewelry or shoes because the dress does it all.

I should have ordered an XS. The Small was fine with a little double sided tape. If I wouldn't have used double sided tape my breast could have easily been exposed bending over and dancing the night away. Make sure to have some double sided tape handy. That is my only complaint, I feel like the XS would have fit me better up top. The color is exceptional and the style of dress was so sexy. I received many comments on the dress and it made me feel great! I hated having to part with it.

Perfect nursing dress. I specifically chose this dress for a wedding I was attending with my nursing baby in tow. While the top functioned amazingly for feeding my baby without having to completely disrobe, it was very loose and since I couldn't really wear a bra with it (something I never do these days) I was nervous about it falling or flowing open so I used body tape to keep it closed. Also early in the night I leaked onto the dress (again no bra...) and was terrified that I would have a mark all night because liquids definitely show on this type of material. However a quick run to the bathroom and it washed out and the wet spot dried clean within a few minutes. Crisis averted! If I were to do it again I would just wear pedals or something to prevent the leaking.

I'm a 34D and found the top a little baggy and asymmetrical. Used some fashion tape to keep everything in place. Overall a successful rental!

Great dress for a more formal, but not black tie, wedding. I wish I had a photo of the back - I loved the closure at the top and the two columns were very dramatic, the only thing that could have made them better was if they laid a little flatter. Like other reviewers, I went bra-less in this dress and it was fine. I secured it with a couple pieces of double-sided dress tape and kept an eye on it, though. Only had to re-stick it a couple of times :) My biggest criticism of the dress is that the fabric had no give whatsoever in it. So it looked great and was very comfortable while I was standing, but when I sat down I kinda had to hike it up to make room for my big hips, causing the slit to ride wayyy up my thigh! I sat really close to my date all during dinner to hide it!! Or made sure it was covered with my napkin or the wrap I had brought. One other thing was that the top definitely lists in one direction. The pics of the model make it look like the V should come down in the center of your chest but I found it to be pretty asymmetric. This wasn't an issue but just a note for future renters to embrace the slant when you are securing the dress with tape (if you decide to go that route). All in all a great dress and excellent first RTR experience! Looking forward to the next one.
