I loved this dress. It was very flirty and elegant at the same time. I loved the open sides. I used during a trip to Italy and it was perfect for a picture at the Trevi fountain.

The middle band has zero give. I suppose I'm wider in the middle than most. Normally I'm size 6 and was pretty co fident the medium was going to work. To my surprise the Large was perfectly banded at the waist. Wish I had about 1/4 inch more to make it a little more comfy, but I made it work. Sticky bra is a must.

The A line cut is particularly flattering and the side cutouts sit high enough on your rib cage that you won't have muffin top spilling out. The fabric was light and airy which was perfect for a rooftop birthday party. Tons of compliments!

I wore this to a wedding in Hawaii and absolutely loved it! Fit is true to size. I did not wear a bra due to the cut.

I wore this for a work conference and received so many compliments. The waist is snug when sitting for long periods but I would definitely rent again. The cutouts are fun! The only thing this dress is missing is pockets.

I rented this dress for my Masters graduation last weekend. I absolutely loved it! It fit great and I got tons of compliments. If I ever need a dress for a bridal/baby shower or a summer wedding, I'd definitely consider picking this one again!

The dress is beautiful!! I felt great and so comfortable in it. However, I did have to make a few adjustments to make it work. The top originally fit very strange and baggy.

This dress was so cute and comfortable! The print is unique and the fit was forgiving. The cut outs added a little edge to an otherwise very classy style. The top is a little big so I do not recommend for very small chested women as it may be a little baggy. I sized down to compensate for this. Great material and overall fun and pretty dress!

Little gappy at side boob

This photo is the large, but actually the medium fit great too, this one was just a little more comfortable in the waist area although a bit baggier in the chest. I'm tall, so I liked the length. I wore it for a date night and a family photo shoot and loved it.

This dress was perfect for a hot summer party outside. It was super light and airy! I had to try on several different bras to find one that was hidden but once I did it was fine. The side parts are skinnier then I thought they would be but show the perfect amount of skin. The length is a little long for my height but I wore high chunky black heels and felt beautiful! Lots of compliments!

Contrary to the look in my second picture, it is not wrinkly- no one told me I needed to pull it down slightly! ;) I loved this dress. Perfect for a wedding and reception because it's light and easy to move in. I'm 5'8" and weigh 140 and a small fit me well. I received many compliments- you need this dress!

Loved everything about this dress, great fit and super unique

Pros: I wore this for a wedding rehearsal dinner. We were moving around a lot and eating a lot and the dress was very comfortable. The pattern is trendy. I felt really pretty. Cons: The top was a little big for my small bust. I had to pin the top over my shoulder to eliminate the gap (so my bra wouldn't show).

I loved this dress, especially since there aren't enough purple options on RTR :) Needed a strapless bra to wear it, and there was some extra room on top, which meant my bra was somewhat showing occasionaly, but I was ok with it. It was comfy, modern, and cute. I would rent it again. As others mention, the black band has no give.

This is a cute dress that can be worn for a variety of occasions. I wore it to a summer wedding and was really comfortable in it. I was worried that after sitting in the hot sun through the ceremony that the white part of the dress would show that I had been sweating, but it didn't! As other reviewers mentioned, the top was slightly on the looser side, but it wasn't too bad or noticeable for me. This was actually a last minute replacement rental after having to return my original dresses, but I've had my eye on it for awhile due to the fun print.

Others reviews I read about the top of this dress were correct that it's a little too loose and sticks out a bit on the sides, but I still really like it overall. The pattern is fun and the skirt is so flowy and comfortable. I could wear just a regular strapless bra with it and full underwear which was nice and kept me comfy all night long. Fair warning - the black middle band has no give (it's not elastic) so I had to wear the small so I could breathe. I like the black accent pieces though because made it easy to match a black clutch and black heels.

I wore this dress to a wedding and it was 100 degrees outside and I was cool! This dress is very comfortable! Please note the cut outs in the sides; they are adorable, but really impact the fit of the dress! I was unable to wear a strapless bra with this because you could see the bottom of the bra thru the top of the cutout. So I just went braless! And for me (and my 36DDs) that was a first! But the fabric is very nice and flowy and it fit perfectly so the tightness of the dress gave me some support! Great dress and I got many compliments on it!

Wore this to a wedding. I liked this dress. It runs a bit tight in the top, so it probably wouldn't work if you are bigger chested. Was comfortable in this dress dancing all night. I'd rent this one again.

I really wish the black band in the middle was stretchy but it isn't. at all. The large size was fine and the medium was def way too tight. If you have a smaller waist then going to normal size would work fine. My waist is pretty boxy so it didn't fit all that great with the medium. Dress was very comfortable and pretty. The color on the website appears whiter than in real life, it is more tan than white. Wouldn't mind renting again.

I have a small waist yet this dress still was pretty darn snug around the band. I was hoping it would hang a bit looser. Loved the neckline and loved how flowy the bottom was. If there was one size higher, I'd rent again for a bit looser fit. I normally don't have a problem with things being too tight around the waist, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Fit was odd. The black waist band had no stretch at all and that got uncomfortable after several hours, so size for your waist, not bust. I wore this to two baby showers on the same day and got so many compliments.

The dress is full coverage minus the cut outs- so you don't feel uncomfortable! I thought it was more flirty than sexy. Great length and a-line made it very spacious for my hips- meaning I could wear a size small when I'm a size 28 in pants.

Love the dress! The cutouts added a bit of fun. The dress is actually a cream color and not as white as the pictures look. My main complaint is at 5'2" the waist, cutouts and bust hit me at awkward/unflattering spots. I shortened the straps with black safety pins and it fit perfectly for me. Would recommend using a backless sticky bra.

I wore this dress for a wedding in VT. It wasn't as great as other dresses I've rented from RTR, but I will say its also the least expensive dress I've rented, so, you get what you pay for. The black waistband has ZERO stretch, so I would size yourself to that to prevent discomfort. It did mean it was a bit big on top (my measurements are 34A-25" waist-37" hip, and I went with Small). Up top there was definitely extra room/some slight gaping to the fabric, but a padded strapless bra probably would have solved that issue (I don't like padded bras, so I just went with pasties). The extra room on top also meant the cutouts were in no way cutting in to your mid section, which was really great and flattering, especially after eating wedding cake! Overall a really sweet dress, great color, nice hi-lo hem (which was perfect since this was an outdoor wedding that turned out to be VERY muddy!).

I wore this dress to a summer wedding in Long Island, NY. As previous reviewers mentioned it was a bit baggy in the chest area (by the cut outs especially) but overall I think runs pretty true to size. While it wasn't my favorite rtr purchase I definitely received several comments on the dress throughout the evening.

I rented this for a brunch wedding and it was perfect for this type of affair. It was true to size, although the band around the waist felt a little tight. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5.

The waist was very slim, which I have experienced with this brand before, so do size up for your backup. That said, the way the top is cut I have no idea who would actually fit it correctly. I do not have a large chest and had to wear a stick-on rather than a real bra, but it had extra fabric sticking out weird on both sides of the top. it's too bad since the cut outs are fun and the pattern / skirt is something different!

This dress would be great without the cutouts. They are in a weird spot, especially the way they are cut. The black band also felt right when I sat down.

If you don't look good on peplum shirts you won't like this. Top was large and I am a 32D waist is not for girls with hips . Top was to baggy and the color is more of a yellow cream. I sent it back. Tall girl dress!

Top was a bit large and since i bought the dress i ended up getting it altered to fit much better. Everywhere else fit like a glove! The slits are super flattering!

So breezy! Really comfortable and flattering. Wore this to a really hot, outside July wedding. I was able to wear a strapless bra and it didn't show at all. It's comfortable once on, but the back of the S wouldn't zip up all the way. Had to size up to a M and even then I had to force the zipper a bit. Don't know why it's so form-fitting on the lower back only.
