Fit true to size. I'm a 4/6 top, 8 bottom and this work perfectly. The tie at the waist helps give you shape and doesn't get loose during the day. I've worn it 3 times in two weeks and would purchase if I could. This can be with sneakers or with heels. My specific dress had a huge rip at the tie, so I won't purchase, but it's a FANTASTIC dress for my pear body type.

Flattering but not too sexy for work!

Very flattering and comfortable. I usually am either a size small or medium and ordered a medium so it wasn't too tight for work settings. Will definitely rent again!

My fiancé took one look at this cotton sweater dress and said "modern goth Jedi" and I knew this was made for me. The fabric is a stretch 95% cotton blend that was perfect for our cloudy 68° nyc day. The knot in the front is made with two lengths of knitted fabric and is 100% customizable. There is a hidden slit on one side that goes up to just about the knee and allows for easy movement. The only piece that might be an issue for some is the fitted sleeves, the cuffs were a little bit tight when I first put it on but where fine by end. Pro tip- if you do your makeup before getting dressed, throw a T-shirt over your face before pulling this on so you don't accidentally transfer any concealer onto the collar!

The arms hit at an awkward just below elbow length but the belt tie was very flattering. The fabric was ribbed and comfortable. Very appropriate for a conservative office for casual Friday.

This dress is cute, if not a bit conservative for me. It's definitely a "work dress" and would be great in a formal work environment (which mine is not). It's super comfortable and relatively flattering (maybe even more so if it were just a bit tighter on me.) No regrets, but given my many other choices on RTR I'm not sure I'll wear again.

I wore this dress to work and a nice family dinner out. The mock neck and three quarter sleeves made this a great conservative choice for both occasions while the tie waist and slit made it more fun and stylish. Loved the navy blue color and ribbed fabric for something different. Size S was all that was available when I rented this dress. I would rent again, but in an XS since I found the S too large for me. I was able to wear the S with some creative folding and rolling of the extra fabric.

love a dress with sleeves. because of the tie that adjusts the dress to your figure, i imagine this one will look great on literally everyone. the knit fabric means the dress is quite casual

Could not wear to a funeral it was very faded and stretched out.

Loved this sweater dress. Was great for work because of the length. The wrap at the waist makes it super flattering. Fabric is definitely stretchy and comfortable.

I normally wear size S/M and the medium was a perfect fit to be office appropriate. If wearing to work you may want to size up. Some people (including myself) may want to wear Spanx underneath or something similar to smooth everything out. This dress doesn't leave much to the imagination.

Showed my curves too much. Didn't feel flattering so didn't end up wearing. A shame since it seemed like a well made, versatile dress.

I really liked the fabric, the neckline and the extra length. As a shorter woman, the dress looked nice with heels and a high bun. But it was too tight for my preference. It definitely hugs every curve and I wasn’t comfortable wearing it to work. I love the idea of this dress but it didn’t work for my body type.

The tie front ended up being a little awkward - it made the dress furrow up in the back with little rolls of material. Ended up not wearing it.

I was disappointed with this one. From the pictures, I thought it could have been a modest chic look, but the fabric was quite thin and ribbed, which made it seem cheap. And the neckline just wasn't flattering on my build. I might have tried to dress it down, but there was also a strange odor to the one I received that I couldn't tolerate.
