RTR Team Review

Elegant with a twist of chic! What makes this Kaufman Franco dress unique is the see-through mesh side slit and open back. I personally wear a size 0 or 2 depending on the style of the dress, however in this particular dress I am wearing a size 4 and if fit me perfectly. Therefore, this dress does run small and we recommend to size up for both your primary and backup size if you’re smaller framed and if curvier to size up two sizes for your primary. The fabric overall has no stretch and is fitted throughout the midsection and very fitted at the natural waist and hips. This style dress works best for A to C cups sizes and a nude strapless bra should be worn underneath. At 5’5, the hemline hit me between mid-thigh to knee length. Pair with nude accessories to your night-time event!

Stylist Review!

I love this unique modern silver style! The cut out in the front and partially open back compliments this look a lot. This style is fitted and the fabric does not have a lot of stretch. I would recommend this style for a smaller cup size as the bust area is fitted. I would also recommend sizing up if you are curvy as this style is extremely form fitting in the hip area as well. The dress can easily be both classic or trendy with different accessories. This is the perfect dress for a night out!

I ordered this for fun to try on with my Unlimited. Very cool but not made for my body type.

This is definitely made for either a tall, thin/not curvy individual or a super petite gal. I didn't realize there would be netting on the cutout--which I think made it feel a little off. There was also netting on the back, which makes sense, but I didn't think of that at the time. Overall it's a very cool garment, but not for my body right now. Also, I have pretty sensitive skin and the sequins definitely left red marks on my body after walking around for a few minutes in my apartment. So if you have sensitive skin, be aware that this may not be for you or you need some sort of magic trick haha. Due to the dress not being sorted for curves of any sort (in my opinion), it was true-to-size/a little big on the top for me, while tight on the bottom. I was trying to avoid that issue with a size 6.

Not worn for event as the dress ran small.

Had to return the dress without wearing as it did not fit well. The material definitely does not give and is also a bit scratchy. I rented 2 other dresses in size 8 from 2 different designers and they fit very well unlike this dress which I rented in a size 10 due to the reviews but still did not fit well.
