Thought this ran small because I'm usually a 2. I'm 5'5 and the petite was the perfect length! Has a corset inside which was tight fitting but not too uncomfortable. Tons of compliments!

This style is very fitted throughout the midsection into the hips and runs fairly true to size. I am in between sizes 2 and 4, and opted for a 2 due to the ample room in the bust. The built in corset also adds support, making this style easy to wear without bra. I recommend this gown for clients who have a full bust, hourglass or pear shaped body type. If you have larger hips, you may want to size up. The length runs long, so those who are shorter may need a higher pair of heels with this style. This is a gorgeous dress in person. Very flattering and the fabric is amazing. Classy but also playful due to the silver inset. I ordered a 4R and it fit pretty well, however it was a little snug on my hips.

I really wanted this dress to be amazing - not so. For this sexy minimalist concept to work, it needed to have perfect construction, to look really tailored, to fit like a glove and it just didn't quite get there. I feel like the main section of the dress wasn't structured enough, despite having something resembling a corset on the inside.

It was a confusing fit, as the corset fit perfectly, and was almost tight, but once I zipped up the dress, it was super super loose on the top. It gave me no shape, and had a very boxy look. Did not get to wear it for the wedding unfortunately.
