Never showed up. Ne, low-budget delivery service never showed up.
Your new low budget carrier is terrible. The shipment came in two deliveries day late, after my event and AFTER I CHECKED OUT of the hotel. No one answered the phone or tweets or email at RtR. When the second package was ABANDONED, I had to track it down to get it back to you. UNACCEPTABLE. I used RtR when traveling and I can't afford to be left with no clothes on the road. I told ALL my friends about RtR and now I have to tell them I take it all back and we all just need to pack and check our luggage because RtR will take our money and disappear for days.
