Winter work perfect
Great dress that doesn't require a cami or any crazy wardrobe modifications to be work appropriate. Throw on tights, chinch the waist (for us curvy girls it is needed), and go. I added some enamel pins for extra flair. Love the length, long sleeves for winter/fall dress.

Huge but kinda fun
Fit: enormous. I chose the smallest size (34) and could have fit my two closest friends in it with me. I don't think you need to worry a lot about which size is available. Pros: fabric is luxurious with a nice weight; dress is comfortable and easy to lounge in; the color and pattern are fantastic; interesting details and dramatic feel. Cons: not super flattering (though not unflattering per se - just doesn't highlight anything); looks a bit robe-like; sleeves cinch just below the elbow so it constricts certain arm movements a bit. Really fun for a rental but won't rent again.

Fantastic funky details
As others have noted, this is large and not flattering. I wouldn’t say it specifically makes any part of your body look bad, it just really covers you up, so it’s best if you aren’t concerned about that, otherwise this dress will make you sad. The dress itself is quite beautiful - the print is lovely, the cut is cool, and the details/trim are really great. I liked especially how the sleeves were shaped, and how the back was kind of just drapey - I didn’t love the shirred voluminous shape of the torso as much, it was a little Grecian goddess for me. It does look nice with black tights, but the fabric is light and the sleeves short, so it’s best for warm-ish weather.

Grew on me
I ordered down but still hesitated to wear it. This dress got positive comments from coworkers who like retro/out of the box style. My husband looked at me and said "George Washington's wife?" Gorgeous color and print. Unique. Looks best if you gather it like the RTR photo.

Be ready to embrace the oversized look
If you like an oversized style then this is a look for you, otherwise do not rent. Consider yourself warned I fell in love with the fabric- super drapey and such a pretty icy blue print. Rented it thinking I could belt it or cinch it more then shown on the model. But it was way too much fabric and the tie at the waist doesn't go fully around your body. So I channeled that oversized Balenciaga fashion girl and just had fun with it Would consider renting again, but in a smaller size

Runs Very Big
As others have said this runs very large but the pattern is beautiful and if you tie the waist tightly it creates more of a silhouette. It could also be worn open as a kimono with jeans

Rent this!
I've been eyeing this number for years now, always too skeptical to get it, based on the mixed reviews. Yes, it does run large. However, it is so beautiful when it is tied properly! Lots of compliments from friends. I'm so glad I took the leap and wore this. Love!

So feminine and great colors. Lots of compliments!
Might be a lot of fabric for someone that is very thin--I had to pull the drawstring to the max to have a waist, but beautiful fabric and colors. I'd definitely rent again!

If you can pull it off and you like a unique style, go for it. It's cool and high quality, and very oversized.

HUGE!
This dress is absurdly huge. I wear a 6 and rented the 2 and it was still terrible. I love oversized, shapeless dresses but this is way too voluminous to be flattering unless you are stick thin.

Different but fun
I wouldn't normally wear something with a looser fit like this but I really liked the pattern and details. I tried to cinch the waist all the way at first, but it looked a little off since it's got a lot of fabric. Once I left the ribbon looser as it is in the picture and evened out the material bunching it was fine. Wore it with black patterned tights and black leather ankle boots to work. It's a lighter material and was really comfortable. The arms felt a little weird in my winter coat but were fine throughout the day. I'd rent it again.

Heavier-than-expected material was ideal for 65 degree crisp weather. Lots of compliments on the print, and the fit was very forgiving. Would certainly recommend.

Takes Confidence
This is a really unique and statement-making dress and I considered taking it off a million times before finally deciding to go with it and wear it to work. It's physically a lot of dress with all the fabric, and you shouldn't cinch it tight around your waist, it should be a looser drop waist. At 5'6" it was probably mid-calf length. I would say it runs large but it fit like it was supposed to across my shoulders. It's beautiful and well-made, but definitely not for everybody.

Beyond Large
I'm usually a size 2 but during my 3rd trimester of pregnancy I've been wearing size 8-10. After reading the reviews on how large this dress runs, I decided to go with size 38 (equivalent to a size 4). To say this dress runs large is an understatement. At 9 months pregnant the size 4 was so huge that even after trying to belt it, it still looked like I was wearing a sheet. Needless to say I didn't wear it.

Runs big as others have noted
This dress is really pretty. The blue color contrasting with the black lace is beautiful however as many have noted, it runs quite large. I tried to cinch the waist tight, but it didn't look right. I also tried to wear it as a caftan but it didn't look quite right either. I just couldn't make it work. Best for taller girls.

This dress has such a pretty fabric, but it runs HUGE. I normally wear a 10, but the 42 (8) was swimming on me. Maybe if I sized down a 4 it would fit?
